I didn't remember I am subscribed to americanswan.com. but the SMSs came from that site are irritating me. I already mailed to them for unsubscribe my number from their database. But no response received from them. And also there is no way there to unsubscribe from SMS list. My number is +91-[protected]. Please help me in this. Please look into the issue and do the needful. Fraud / Cheat / Non delivery of items / No response / No refund
I placed an order on 23rd of Oct 2015 and got an confirmation about the successful placing an order. On 24th i got a mail stating that your order is dispatched with indicn post and with a tracking id which didn't work till 26th. I called the customer care and finally the tracking id worked on 27th and updated till 28th. since 29th of Oct, i am calling customer care almost daily but not getting a reply. I have sent multiple mails even to the CEO also, as usual no reply from there also. Now from last 2 days i.e from 3rd, they are not ready to talk even and no refund is being given as itss a prepaid shopping. I am not able to understand what to do to get the refund. Can anyone help me out. Order iD is order number: AS231015788579 and indian post tracking id is EQ197807078IN

I'm a registered customer of this website www.americanswan.com). Few days ago, i have placed 2 orders; one on 10th June 2015, Order No.: AS100615743065. And 2nd on 11th June 2015, Order No.: AS110615744757. The first order was received on 14th June 2015 & the 2nd Order is received on 15th June 2015.
I want return & refund for the 1st order (size issues). I've already tried to call their customer care but the call was not connecting.
Please do the needful in this regards.
