I ordered my trainers on 21/122018. Paid £7.99 as I wanted them the next day for a Xmas present. Order number is [protected].

To this date I have still not received them. I initially was told my parcel had been sent to the wrong depot. They were sent to Ipswich I stress of Milton Keynes. I was told I would get them in a couple of days. I accepted this as it was Xmas.
I complained numerous times to DHL and was assured each time my parcel would be delivered. I have now heard nothing and can not get through to them by phone any more. I called allsole on 31/12/2018 and the lady was very apologetic and offered me the £7.99 back and told me I would hear something for definite in 48 hours. It is now 7 days later and I have heard nothing!
I have paid a lot of money for something I wanted before Xmas to give as a present. It is now the second week of January and I still do not have my parcel. I am appalled at the service I have received and do not understand why it is taking so long to get a parcel from one depot to another?
I want someone to respond to this email within 24 hours and tell me exactly when my parcel will be arriving. It is unacceptable that I am having to ask this from a reputable company.
I have suffered a huge expense at the incompetence of allsole and their chosen delivery methods as I have had to buy extra gifts to compensate for not having what I originally ordered from yourself.
I look forward to hearing from you imminently and also to receiving my parcel. I expect a courier delivery at the very least to ensure I am not kept waiting any longer than necessary.

Purchased two pairs of shoes. On pair was ok, the second one was too small. I contacted AllSole and asked for a replacement. I thought it would be easy to get a replacement pair because it was their mistake, but they refused to help!
They said that I ordered wrong size, but that was a total lie because I ordered two pairs in one size. Their customer service rep wasn't nice to me, and he was quite rude, and I think that's not a good way to do business. I will not buy from them again.

I have placed an order with AllSole over three months ago and still haven't received anything! After I paid I received a payment confirmation email and they promised that I'll get my shoes within two weeks.
Waited patiently and nothing arrived, so I contacted AllSole customer care service and they assured me that everything was fine. I decided to wait a bit longer, but it took me nowhere and I asked them to cancel my order, but there was no response!
I'm very disappointed with AllSole!
