terrible shopping experience!
I have purchased two pairs of shoes from www.clogoutlet.com and none of them fit! I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund and they said that I have to sent the incorrect ones back and then I'll get the money.
I did as they said and later they contacted me and said that refund was not possible since these two pairs were on final sale!
Then I asked them to give the shoes back and they said that I have to pay for the shipping!
Terrible experience! Will never order from ClogOutlet again!
Buyer beware
I usually don't leave negative reviews but this company deserves it! Don't fall for their cheap prices, because things they sell is just a garbage and that is the reason why everything is so cheap. Better go to your local store and buy some shoes there. My sister ordered five pairs of shoes from ClogOutlet. Shoes were extremely small and none of them fit her. So she sent everything back to them and was told that there will be no refunds since the shoes were on final sale. But there was nothing mentioned about it on their website. Then their rep had the nerve to tell that he was calling to tell that shoes were sent to us again and we need to pay for the shipping! Horrible scam! Avoid this website at all costs!
Problems with the sizes
I bought two pairs of shoes from the website www.clogoutlet.com. Not recommended website, ‘coz their size system was strange and I ordered the size 5, but it was small for me. I returned the shoes, but the seller told me that everything was sold out. Ok, I waited for the new pair, but they haven’t provided it. WTF? I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem?
