I ordered a shirt on 5/31 and it is still currently processing as of 6/13. I have sent several emails to the customer support on the website but I have yet to receive a response. I have ordered from this website before but it was before covid . I have attached the order confirmation number . There should be a number I can call for customer service but there isn't one provided on website.

My order not coming and no contact with the comapny
I’m really bummed about this and I knew it was too good to be true with cds and other accessories for cheap. I’ve bought a couple of cds a few months back with some hopes that the latest it will come in would be the following month but has been way longer. I would just like a refund now and a warning to anyone using this website to get anything. Another thing they definitely should work on if they are the real deal is contact information and being active to their customers.

Back on April 9th I ordered 21 CDs and then on April 13th I ordered 15 more CDs. On April 20th I ordered two t-shirts and 4 more CDs. After about a month I began emailing the company to check on my orders. After corresponding sporadically for months I was told to be patient and I would receive my orders. On August the 10th I received my order from April the 20th and haven’t heard or seen anything since.
Claimed loss: 36 CDs and or approximately 250 dollars.
Desired outcome: I either want my CDs or my money

CD order
I placed an order for a CD on July 18th, it said the shipping was 7 to 10 days, today is August 1st it still has not arrived, & every time I try to track the order it says the order is "processing". I've contacted customer service twice and left my number it said I would hear back from someone within 12 hours, I never heard back from anybody. I've also sent an email to the website, asking for an order update or if my order hasn't been shipped out yet, a refund. I still haven't heard back from anyone. This is very bad business, how are you a expecting to be reputable company that doesn't have a legit customer service or even proper tracking on customers orders?
Desired outcome: Either my order that I payed for, like ASAP. OR - If my order hasn't even been shipped out, I'd like a refund.
Order CDs
I’ve placed an order on 4/17/2023 and here it is 7/05/2023 haven’t received my order yet still saying processing but they took my money. I have order CDs with them last yr but it didn’t take this long so that’s why I placed another order with them. I had sent bout 4 messages from the website to customer service and still no response. I even emailed them.Never ordering nothing from them again.

I usually know better than to order something from an unknown vendor, so I guess I was scammed. This PISSES ME OFF! I'm contacting the BBB to report Mixunit! Nobody responds and the phone number for customer service is no longer in service. Maybe, they are already in jail, where they should be! I will now report these scammers to my credit card company to get my money back! Shame on you! KARMA!

No updates on ordered items
I recently placed an order near the end of April. About April 23rd I believe it was. Today is May 8th and the status of my order still shows it is being processed & has been showing this the entire time.
My bank has already been charged for this item. I can’t get a hold of anybody. The listed phone numbers don’t work, disconnected or to a different entity. I found an email address and have yet to receive any kind of response or update.
Desired outcome: Refund me or send me what I ordered. Provide customer service

Two CDS
I ordered Two CDS in OCT 2022 for two Christmas gifts and I keep sending an email on the status of the two CDS and I keep getting an email about one of their employees is sick with blood transfusions in the hospital and to be patient because he is still recovering. I finally asked for a refund this month April 2023 and they tell me to be patient as he is still healing in the hospital. I have been patient but someone needs to either complete my order or send me a refund This is horrible service. I had to get two family members different gifts for Christmas as this order never came. At this point I think I was scammed and will never see the two CDS or a refund. Wanted to share my experience here as I now see so many others have had the same thing happen. Thanks Lisa

I didn't receive orders for two cd's, the first one is by crunchy black & la chat titled"hood" & the other cd is by 3-6 mafia titled "laws of power" the crunchy black & la chat cd was ordered in December 2022 or January 2023 & the 3-6 mafia cd was ordered early April 2023. Please send a email for the timeline for shipment & please send a e-mail for the day the shipment is received, thank you.

I ordered a shirt on December 1,2022 as a Christmas gift and it is now February and I still haven’t received it! Two weeks after I ordered it I emailed them to ask about my order and they gave me some story about the owner being in and out of the hospital! Christmas passed and my loved one didn’t get the shirt so I emailed them again to ask for a refund of my $30 but no one ever responded! I noticed that their Instagram and Facebook accounts have been taken down but their site is still up and I’m sure they are still taking orders and not fulfilling them. Someone needs to send these scam artists to jail! I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I bought the shirt because it looks like so many people have had the same experience! It just makes me so angry that people can get away with doing that!

Placed an order in November 2022 and as of January 9-2023, no merchandise has been received.
Continually contacting their "support line" and I keep receiving the response that the owner is sick and in and out of the hospital! Well, I emailed them AGAIN today and the same excuse - about the owner being in and out of the hospital yet they took my money.
If the owner is in and out of the hospital and you can't process orders then stop taking peoples money.

My orders placed in November has not arrived and is still in process. I haven't had a bad experience until now. So I want my money refunded for order number 215305. Please . The order is for 6 cds , they were going to be presents, 3 for December birthdays , which have passed now . Some for Christmas but I am looking at other options. Below are screenshots from where I asked about my order . It also shows each cd and the cdal number for each. This experience drove me toward another company to rely on. The site needs to stop taking orders and let the public know what is going on. I placed an order in October of 2022 for six cd's and 1 shirt. This was my third online order from them and great experience up until now. It is January 2023 and I still do not have my products or my $68 refunded.
I will say that I have sent an email numerous times and someone responded. I keep getting this same email response (read below). I truly feel for the owner and hopes he heals soon but the company needs to stop taking orders if they can not fulfill them without the owner. Terrible!

Thanks for checking in. At this time we really don't have an exact ETA of when orders will be processed (including cancellations/refunds/returns). You may or may not know our owner who was the most hands-on with the company and did mostly everything on his own; he has been in and out of the hospital with serious health issues and is currently recovering. We are a VERY small team so this has definitely been a struggle for everyone all around but what we can do is guarantee that every order will arrive safely, we just don't have an accurate time frame of when that will happen.

I've been in and out of the hospital the past few days yet I still paid them. If you can't process orders because of the owner health then don't take peoples. Seems like a Scam! The BBB needs to temporarily shut business down until the owner or someone else in the company can turn things around. The cds were sent to a correction facility in louisiana and they would not take them for parental advisory they immediately sent them back in the same box with the same wrapping in them within the amount of days that it needed to be refunded to them my card to be refunded with the money yet I have not heard from anybody in the money has not been put on my card and he has no cd so I paid for cds that yet are not in my presence.
Terrible experience
I have purchased several t-shirts from www.mixunit.com which were on sale. These were supposed to arrive weeks ago but still nothing and I don't have any idea what is going on. Of course I've tried to contact MixUnit, but it seems like they don't really care and no one ever answered. I want to get a refund, but since these guys decided to ignore me I doubt...
