So, I gotta tell ya about my experience with InkedShop. I was on the hunt for this shirt that I just had to have, and I finally found it on their website. I was so stoked to finally get my hands on it! I placed my order on August 11, 2018 at 6:53 pm, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. I got a confirmation email and was eagerly awaiting my package.
Then, today at 10:15 am, I got a notification that my shipment was on its way, complete with a tracking number. I was pumped! But then, at 1:36 pm, I got an email about a refund. I was confused - why would they refund me after my package had already been shipped? The email didn't make much sense, but it said something about the shirt being out of stock.
Honestly, I'm a little worried now. I've never had a company refund my purchase after I've already received my tracking number. It makes me wonder if my credit card information is at risk. I'm not sure I trust this company anymore, and I'd be careful if you decide to order from them. Who knows if you'll actually get what you paid for?
InkedShop Jumper Review: Disappointing Quality and Sneaky Marketing Tactics
So, I bought a jumper from InkedShop and it took ages to get to me. But, I guess that's kinda okay since I live in Australia and all. When it finally arrived, I was pretty excited to try it on. But, when I did, I was pretty disappointed. The fabric was so thin that it was basically just a long sleeve shirt. My partner couldn't help but laugh when I showed it to them. I mean, I thought I was getting a jumper, not a shirt!
To make matters worse, the item didn't even have hems. It was just rough cut. I couldn't even tell from the photo because of the way the model was posing and because it was black. And, to top it all off, it ended up costing me a whopping $70AU after currency exchange and shipping. And that was even with the item being on sale!
Now, don't get me wrong, the buying process was pretty easy. And, the item did eventually arrive. But, I was pretty disappointed with the quality and the sneaky marketing tactics. I mean, I have a feeling that it was probably made in China or somewhere like that. And, for that reason, I don't think I'll be shopping there again.
Disappointing Experience with InkedShop: Order Not Received and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with InkedShop. I ordered a couple of tops from their website back on September 3rd, and with shipping, it cost me a whopping $66.84. But here's the kicker - it's now October 5th, and I still haven't received my order.
I've been tracking the package, and one top was last seen in Chicago on September 18th, while the other was last tracked in Miami on September 13th. I've tried contacting customer service a few times, but the first time they just told me to go to USPS. I mean, come on, I live in South Africa - it's not like I can just make a bunch of phone calls to chase down my package. I feel like for the amount of money I spent, they could at least make a small effort to help me out and make sure I get what I paid for.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with InkedShop. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and if I could give them zero stars, I would.
InkedShop's Poor Customer Service: Beware of Damaged Boxes and No Returns/Exchanges
So, I wanna talk about InkedShop's customer service. I bought these super cute shoes from them and when they arrived, the box was a little messed up. But, I was so excited about the shoes that I didn't really care about the box. Unfortunately, the shoes ended up being too small for me, so I decided to send them back for either a refund or an exchange.
A week later, I got an email from InkedShop saying that they couldn't accept the shoes because the box was damaged. I was pretty annoyed by this, so I called them up and left a message. But, nobody ever called me back. And then, to make matters worse, they just sent the shoes back to me without any explanation.
Honestly, I think this kind of customer service is just ridiculous. I mean, I could have been a repeat customer if they had just handled this situation better. But, because of the way they treated me, I don't really see any reason to order from them again.
So, if you're thinking about buying something from InkedShop, I would definitely caution you to be careful if it comes in a box. Because, even if the box is damaged through no fault of your own, they might not accept a return or exchange. And that's just not cool.
I have a dispute with Capital One over a scam that I had to handle entirely on my own because they were unwilling to assist me. They are siding with the other party due to incorrect information that was provided to them, and I have yet to receive any support from Capital One. They believe the inaccurate information that the other party has provided, and I have never encountered such poor service. With a different credit card company, when I was scammed, they took the initiative to investigate, and I didn't have to lift a finger; the dispute was resolved in just 3 days. Therefore, I don't consider Capital One a dependable credit card company that looks after its customers. Despite being a customer since 2014 and having a substantial amount invested with them, they still show no concern for their clients regardless of how long they've been with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I am seriously contemplating terminating my services with Capital One since they are not willing to assist with the $2,160 that I was scammed out of.
Helped my son get a car loan. Capital One was the only lender to help and my son did an awesome job paying back his car loan with NO late or missing payments. I was the cosigner to the loan so it affected my credit too. I recently applied for a Capital One card to go with my other two cards, a Chase Freedom credit card and a Discover card. Been working on my credit and so far it's been great until I applied for the Capital One Savor One card. My credit score is at 675 - 680. Both Chase and Discover gave me a nice starting limit. I have a stellar repayment history and haven't missed any payments and I'm ALWAYS in good standing... I applied for the Savor One card and was approved and they smacked me in the face with an insulting $500 credit limit, like I am some newbie out of college trying to build first-time credit... Capital One can forget about getting any of my business from this point moving forward. Customer service is outsourced and everyone I've spoken to had NO ANSWERS for me and was literally no help. So now I'm stuck with this card that's activated and won't be used because I won't give them my business or satisfaction. I expected more from Capital One and this just proves that they are like every other company and don't care about their customers as long as they can get our money... VERY ANGRY AND FEELING DUPED

Therefore I will also not have access to pay my account in the future either. Will not use my two new cards . After I receive the second cc in the mail I will cancel both new accounts. InkedShop Review: Terrible Quality and Customer Service, Not Worth Your Money
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from InkedShop. The clothes they sell look like they're from the dollar store or Wish. They're cheaply made and look like they're meant for toddlers. I ordered two items from them, but they arrived in separate deliveries over a week apart. When I received the first package, I knew I was going to return it because of the poor quality. I decided to wait until the second item arrived so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping twice.
I tried to contact InkedShop by email and phone to request a refund, but I didn't receive a response. I had to call them four or five times before I finally spoke to someone. They confirmed that they received my return, but told me that I had to return it within a week. How was I supposed to do that when my order came in two separate packages a week apart? They refused to reimburse me and kept my money even though I returned the items with the tags and original packaging.

I placed an order for 3 items on December 11th from InkedShop (inkedshop.com). I was excited to receive my items, but unfortunately, only 2 of them arrived 2 weeks ago. I was disappointed that the third item had not yet left the facility. I decided to contact customer service via email to inquire about the status of my order. They apologized and assured me that they were going to the warehouse to get it shipped out. However, a week has passed and I still haven't received any updates.
Yesterday, I decided to call and speak to a gentleman about my order. He apologized for the delay and promised to go to the warehouse right away to ensure that my order would be shipped out. He also assured me that since I had selected 2-day shipping, my wife would still receive the item by Christmas. I checked the tracking information all day, but unfortunately, the item still hasn't moved.
I have now sent 3 emails and called at least 15 times, but nobody has responded or answered the phone. I even tried calling 3 times this afternoon, but the phone system seems to be down. I am extremely frustrated with this experience and feel like I have wasted my time and money. I spent $70 on December 11th, but I can't even get InkedShop to ship my package. It's a crock of $#*!

So, I was looking for a new bikini bottom for a beach party that I'm going to this Saturday. I stumbled upon InkedShop's website and found a really cute "Skipper" Bikini Bottom by Fables by Barrie (Black). I placed my order on Sunday, a week before the party, and chose express mail to make sure it would arrive on time. However, I was disappointed when it took them 2 days to email me back. And to make matters worse, they told me that the bikini bottom was out of stock! I paid over $50 for it, and now I have to wait 3-4 business days for a refund. I had a really bad experience with InkedShop. Their customer service is just terrible. I don't even know how they're still in business. I accidentally ordered a small shirt for my girlfriend, so I immediately emailed customer service to ask if they could send a medium instead. I got a reply from someone named Arielle, but it was clear that she wasn't very educated. All she said was "Ill see what i can do" and "i will contact the warehouse". I waited for 5 days without any answer or shipment confirmation, so I emailed them again. I asked if they had sent out the medium yet, and I got a reply that said "I told the warehouse to send a large, if they did or didn't I don't know".
A LARGE shirt? Where did that even come from? It was clear that they weren't even paying attention to my request. And to make matters worse, no one ever answers the phones.

They were quick to respond to my emails and were able to get my items to me, even if it took a bit longer than expected.

I placed and received my order just fine, unfortunately I needed the next size up. So I emailed the Customer Service email, and got a reply that I had to pay for my own return but that if I put my order number and what I needed to be done, they would take care of it. So ok, not horrible, I can print up my own label. I shipped the return/exchange and it arrived to their Returns Center on 2/13/17. I waited until 2/20/17 to make contact because I had not received a new tracking number or even confirmation that the product had shipped out, I left 3 voice messages, once on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd and I had sent 2 emails out on the 20th and the 21st. Not a single response. Finally, I reached out to their Facebook page, seeing it said they 'typically reply instantly' I thought 'awesome, we can get this taken care of'. I did get in contact with someone through Facebook who issued me a refund of my first order in the form of a gift card so I could replace my order, however, going to the next size up, the price went up, and would leave me paying for shipping, yet again. So I explained the situation to them, and kindly asked if I could get shipping reimbursed as well for this second transaction, from then on, they had read the messages, but not responded to anything. As sad as it makes me to say this, I most likely will never order from them again.

Purchased a cool bag from this website www.inkedshop.com. It was a birthday present for my girlfriend. My order was placed back in August and birthday was in September. Bag never arrived and it is now mid November. I think that I'll receive it and the worst part here is that I can't get my money back. They claim they shipped the bag and that I did receive it. They said that if I want a refund I need to ship it back. No bag - no refund. Avoid!
Never received my order and bad customer service
I would give a 0 stars reveiw if it was an option. I purchased 2 tops from the InkedShop website on 3 September. With shipping the cost was $66.84.The one top was last tracked in Chicago on 18 September and the other in Miami on 13 September. It is now 5 October and still no sign of the tops. The first time I contacted the InkedShop customer services querying the order they told me to go directly to USPS but I only got automated answering services which told me that my tracking number didn't exist. I have since contacted Scott at InkedShop Customer services 3 more times asking for assistance but he has not bothered to so much as respond. I live in South Africa so it's difficult for me to make many phonecalls chasing the tops. I would think that a small effort would be made by this vendor to help ensure I receive the goods I paid a lot of money for
I got only fake tracking number and no idea how to return money back
OMG. People, stay away from the company www.inkedshop.com. I placed large order on the website and spent more than $300. After that the seller provided fake tracking number, and all problems began. I checked the tracking number, but it showed nothing. After that I tried to reach the seller, but this jerk ignored me. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
The seller lies and doesn't provide info about the order
I bought hoodie from the company www.inkedshop.com. After these ### got my money, they stopped to provide any precise info about the order and I heard only blah-blah and stupid promises. I was really angry and wanted to get money from them, but it was impossible, ‘coz the seller continued to advise me to wait more. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
They haven't provided free T-shirt and I heard a lot of fake promises
The website www.inkedshop.com is total scam, so be aware and better don’t subscribe for them. I ordered magazine subscription and free T-shirt from them. After 3 months I still haven’t received the T-shirt. I called them and left messages, but they only promised and blah-blah, but in result my subscription ended, but I haven’t received this free T-shirt and they continued to promise something. Stay away from them and share this info in order to warn other people.
Dishonest seller, who lies and steals
I ordered black woman hoodie from the website www.inkedshop.com. I received red hoodie and the size wasn’t mine. I sent multiple emails to the seller, but he refused to change it, because as the seller stated it was only my fault. Bu I placed the correct order. I won’t recommend this website, because you will lose money and receive useless clothes. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
No problem with delivery received my order promptly
I bought hat and shirt from the website www.inkedshop.com. I haven’t received any confirmation email or any other info. I waited couple of days, but the seller provided nothing. Ok, I contacted the customer services and they announced that they couldn’t find my order. They instantly charged my account, when I placed the order, but now they couldn’t find my clothes. WTF? I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
