Bud's Art Books Offended

I ordered 2 books from budplant.com and by mistake put in wrong information about my credit card. I received an email from their service lady called Diane that they couldn't process my order and possible errors are either address or card number. Since they didn't send me confirmation of order and the printed out webpage only showed my address but not the credit card number, I thought my mistake was typing in Bangkok twice. I sent her an apology with the correct address. She wrote an offensive mail back saying that she has cancelled my order and implied that I was trying to use other people's credit card. I pointed out that had I got a proper confirmation, I would know that the problem is the card number not the address. I also told her that her note was offensive because she could just let me know what was wrong. She wrote back an even more offensive note that because there are a lot of fraud in 'my part of the world' and she had to do what she had to do to protect her company. She not only offended me but 'this part of the world' as well.

This interesting company is not going to send my order, and asks for my personal data, which I will under no circumstances provide.

They do not respond to my messages, I ask for a refund.

I don’t recommend dealing with this... at a time when there are plenty of excellent services like Amazon!

I think this site is a scam. I ordered a comic book and under the pretext of covid, it can take several months. Of course there is no tracking number. I waited 1 month, then 2 and wrote to them. They tell me to wait another month and if I still get nothing, they’ll refund me or send me back another comic. Once the deadline has passed, I write to them again and there, no more answers from them ... site not recommended, lack of seriousness.

Je pense que ce site est une arnaque. J'ai commandé un comic book et sous prétexte de covid, l'envoi peut prendre plusieurs mois. bien évidemment il n'y a aucun numéro de suivi. j' ai attendu 1 mois, puis 2 et leur ai écrit. Ils me disent d'attendre encore 1 mois de plus et si je ne reçois toujours rien, ils me rembourseront ou me renverront un autre comic. Une fois le délai passé, je leur écris de nouveau et là, plus aucune réponse de leur part ... site déconseillé, manque de sérieux.
