Beware of them. Will sign you up for something you didn’t request.
I ordered 2 pair os socks from them. Noticed they had been taking $16.95 our of my account 6 months. Said I signed up for a vip program. I DID NOT. Why would I pay $16.95 a month to them just to get 10% off? They are a rip off co. Will either get my refund or will file a charge back on them. BEWARE if you order from them. I did not join any kind of program.

It has been months since my husband placed the order and we still have not received the item or a refund.
Their corporate office is located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, which is 87 miles away from our home in Waukesha, Wisconsin. My husband has been calling them since then and today was the fourth time. The first time he called, they told him it would take three weeks to get the refund. The second time he called, they told him it would take another five weeks. The third time he called, someone answered from the Philippines and he couldn't understand them. Today is September 13th, 2019 and we still have not received anything. When my husband called again, he got the runaround again!
As seniors, we rely on companies like EasyComforts to provide us with the products we need. However, our experience with them has been very disappointing. We hope that they will improve their customer service and be more transparent with their refund process. Poor Customer Service and Uncomfortable Slippers from EasyComforts
I bought some shower slippers from EasyComforts and was disappointed to find that they didn't fit me properly. They were very tight and uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, the bottom of the slippers was extremely slippery. I almost fell in the shower because of it!
When I contacted EasyComforts to request a shipping label so I could return the slippers, I was told that they couldn't send me one through the mail. I was surprised by this, as every other business I've dealt with has been able to do so. The representative I spoke with suggested that I print out the label myself, but unfortunately, my printer wasn't working properly.
I explained this to the representative, but he just kept repeating that they couldn't send me a label through the mail. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there weren't any available. I asked how I could get in touch with a supervisor, and was told that someone would call me in 4 or 5 days. However, when I asked for the name of the person who would be calling me, I was told that it couldn't be disclosed.
I was extremely frustrated with the service I received from EasyComforts, and the representative's attitude didn't help matters. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

I just noticed $14.95 was taken monthly from my acct. I called they said l signed up for a VIP acct. I don't need a VIP acct. To buy socks, mugs and clocks, no l can go to Walmart and it's cheaper there too.They took 10 monthly payments out $14.95, but would only refund me 6 payments back $89.70. They still owe me $59.80. I am disabled, They sign you up without your knowledge and take your money each month the $14.95. It's doesn't matter how many payments they take out before you catch them they will "ONLY" REIMBURSE YOU FOR 6 PAYMENTS. I am on PERMANT DISABILITY, I GET $1,010.00 EACH MONTH. I spoke to GAVIN and he said l was only getting 6 payments back and that's the policy. I asked him could l speak to someone in management, he said do you want someone to call or text you? I said both. Gavin attitude was get lost, we have your money and there's nothing you can do about it, we got you dummy.

My elderly mother ordered some products from their website and when her order arrived, we found out that they had signed her up for their "Easy Comforts Rewards Buyers Club Membership" without her consent and charged her $24.99 for it. We were very upset about this because my mother did not sign up for this membership and she filled out her order form by hand, so she did not have a copy of it. We tried to dispute this with their customer service, but they told us that the membership was non-refundable and we had no proof that my mother did not sign up for it.
To make matters worse, the flyer that came with my mother's card stated that the membership included free shipping and handling. However, we were still charged for handling even though we now had a membership card that we did not even want in the first place. When I called customer service to ask them to remove the handling fee, I was told by a representative named "Manuel" that handling was not included in the membership. I read to him from the card that clearly stated that it covered shipping and handling, but he still refused to remove the handling fee. We were at a stalemate and had to pay for the benefits that were supposed to be included in the membership.
Overall, my experience with EasyComforts was very frustrating and disappointing. It seems like this company preys on the elderly and will scam them any chance they get. Their customer service was not helpful at all and we were stuck with a membership that we did not want and had to pay for benefits that were supposed to be included in the membership. I recently made a purchase from EasyComforts for a twin sized Mattress Genie. I needed it to help me during my 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. I chose Easy Comfort because their website showed that it was in stock and ready to ship, and everywhere else I looked it was not in stock. I was relieved to find it available on their website and quickly placed my order.
I paid $35 for 1 day shipping, as I needed it urgently. However, after 3 days, the shipment was still showing as pending. I contacted their customer service and was put on hold for a long time. Finally, a representative came on the line and told me that it had shipped and would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. I was shocked and frustrated as I had paid for 1 day delivery.
I told the representative that I had proof that 1 day delivery was available for the item and that I had paid for it. I explained that I was starting chemo and radiation next week for cancer and needed it ASAP. The representative put me on hold again and came back to tell me that the item was not in stock.
I was confused as their website still showed the item as "In stock. Ready to ship!" and they were still offering 1 day shipping. The representative then stated that it was on back order. I was extremely disappointed and demanded an immediate refund. The representative put me on hold again and came back to say that he had filled out the paperwork for a refund.
I am still waiting for my refund and it has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. Even today, a day later, their website still shows the twin sized Mattress Genie as "In stock. Ready to ship!" and they are still offering 1 day shipping, which is not true. This has caused me to delay my treatment, which is very frustrating.

I called the company again requesting a full refund, but the person on the phone said that shipping and handling is not refundable. I was really frustrated and asked for his full name and employee number, but he said they are not allowed to give either nor are there any supervisors available. I finally found out that he was in the Philippines and "can't transfer me to a supervisor." I was really angry and told him that I would be disputing the fee with my credit card company and reporting them to the BBB for false advertising and anything else that may apply in this situation.
They made the mistake of having a survey at the end of the call, and the only reason they got 1's on their review was because zeroes weren't an option. I would definitely not recommend using this company at your own risk/peril!

At first, I thought they had switched the item with a more expensive one, but it turned out to be a mistake.
The first person I spoke to said that they would refund the $8.40 to my PayPal account within a couple of days. However, I did not receive the refund, so I followed up with customer service. They told me that it would take 2-5 days. After six emails and a week, I still had not received the refund.
I decided to call them, and the customer service person told me that I would never receive a refund on PayPal because they did not have my PayPal account information. I was surprised because I had used PayPal to place the order, and they had my email address associated with my PayPal account.
He told me that the refund was sitting in my account. When I asked him why the other customer service people had said that I would get a refund on PayPal, he acted like I was an idiot for asking. He said that they would issue a refund check that would be sent within 10 days to 2 weeks. I asked him if I would have received a refund if I had not called, and he said maybe eventually if someone detected the refund in the system.
I am very disappointed with this company, and I will never order from them again. The products I received were not very good either.
