Hi
I have a domain with you
eidermere.com
it has been used for many years & was on an auto renewal.
The existing renewal expires on 9th April 2024.
I signed in to cancel the auto renewal to realise that the next 5year renewal had already been charged to my credit car, nearly a month before it expires.
I have been speaking with customer services, but they say there is no way they can refund the renewal because it has now been sent to the register.
That may well be the policy but thats not really my fault?
I no longer need the eidermere.com domain & was not going to renew it in April when it was due.
here is case reference

I can understand if the renewal period had started but the existing period I have paid for does not expire until th April.
So I really dont know why you have taken the payment so early.
Please dont say its in the terms & conditions as they are so overly complicated & long.
I just feel im paying for a service that I dont need & so early.
if I was not on an auto renewal you would have still maintained the domain, & taken payment when I made it, which would not have been so early.
so by being a good customer & auto renewing for many years im now being penalised.
please help
Claimed loss: renewal fee for a domain that has not yet expired.
Desired outcome: a refund of the fee charged for the renewal of the domain & email service.
