This company is so wondrful to work with. I had the pleasure to work with both Andrew and Chantelle. They were very professional, kind, open minded, and above all dedicated to helping my family and i find the perfect rental. They dont give up and they are truly a blessing and if you are looking for good people to work with your search to buy or rent, these are your people. Would definitely use them again in the future. ?

Me and my famly have been livin' in this house for 2 years now and we pay $945 a month. This place don't even have no permit for occupancy, but we had to move here 'cause our last house got condemned by the city. Ain't no repairs been done since we been here, 'cept for a lil' bit of roof fixin' 'cause I had to complain 'bout leaks. I sent 'em some pictures of the repairs through email and mail, but ain't nobody come by to fix it. My fiancé *** got murdered on their property, and now I'm gettin' voicemails 'bout overdue payments, even though I'm workin' with two programs to help me out! This company don't give a damn 'bout their tenants and they let us live in any ol' way while chargin' us high prices. I got three girls and I'm expectin' a baby next year, and still no repairs have been made. My fiancé was holdin' this house together 'cause they never bothered to come out!

This property management company is really unprofessional and charges way too much for an HOA fee that gives you subpar, if not terrible, services. We own our property and pay around $200 a month for HOA fees. They're really rude when it comes to customer service and maintenance requests, and they take forever to actually do anything. There have been two times when we asked them to fix something outside of our condo, and both times they made a huge mess that we had to clean up ourselves. One time, we asked them to clean our gutter, and the worker just blew all the gunk into our garden and back porch without even telling us. They didn't clean anything up, so we had to do it ourselves. Another time, we asked them to trim a tree in our garden, and the person they sent trampled all over our plants and left a big mess of branches and debris behind. We called Eaton properties to complain both times, but they just ignored us. They still have really bad customer service, service technicians, and it takes forever to get any help. They charge way too much for what they actually give you.
