The first time that I called Eber and Wein Publishing customer service in November 2022 to enquirer when the new books would be mailed out I was spoken to with the utmost disrespect by a customer service person. Then when the book finally arrived I found that they had completely botched the printing of my poem by misspelling an easy three letter word in the title. I was downright traumatized by this considering the fact that they publish thousands of these books. So, I both called them with my complaint and left a message and emailed the and got no response. These people treat poets, most of whom are rather sensitive, like so much cattle.
Desired outcome: My money back.
