Eclaimsline review: Travel insurance

This company is fraudulent and a huge scam. I filed a claim with them over six months ago and they still have not processed it. They ask me for the same paperwork over and over that I have already sent to them. I have contacted them 25 times, they keep telling me that they will send the claim to someone to process it, but they never do. I have jumped through every hoop and provided every single thing they have asked for. There is no excuse for this poor service. I spend a lot of money for my Chase sapphire card every year and this “benefit“ is useless.
