I won some money at a fairly disreputable casino and I was told the only way I could receive it would be by going through Ecopayz. It's been over a week now and they have yet to verify ONE picture that's left for verification in order to "upgrade" my account which is the only way to access my money. Why have a classic account if it's entirely worthless? Literally you cannot transfer funds, customers have actually no access to their funds at all with the account until you are forced to do their "upgrade" to a silver account. It states on their website "quick, easy, free" well it's none of those. They have taken over a week and still haven't finished verification for me. I received an email on Sept. 4 2023 where they stayed they usually get back to customers the same day and their live chat is very busy. I haven't even been able to connect to an agent via the live chat in 9 days. This company is clearly very poorly run and nothing but a money grab.

Desired outcome: I want my account verified and I want to transfer my funds which they have been withholding into my proper bank account. I don't want to pay their fees as their lack of communication and outright disregard for their customers
