change platform without announce
Kami sekeluarga 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak kecil telah membeli train ticket dari Padang Besar ke Kuala Lumpur yang bertarikh 27/12 pagi 11.15am, total rm320.Kami telah sampai 2 jam awal dekat KTM station dan kami tunggu. Ada papan yang menunjukkan tunggu di platform 1. Kami turun ke tempat naik train platform 1 hampir 45minute awal sebelum train sampai. Sebelum turun, kami juga memastikan ia menunjukkan di platform 1. Kami telah tanya KTM officer tempat yang sepatutnya kami tunggu train. Officer beritahu platform 1.
Kami tunggu sampai masa 11.15am pun tiada train sampai. Lepas itu kami dengar announcement train pergi Kuala lumpur di platform 2 akan berjalan sekarang. Kami lari pergi platform 2, tak sampai 30saat, tak sempat bagi Kami naik train, train sedang bertolak.
Polis yang berada panggir Kami terus pergi jumpa KTM manager yang bertugas, tetapi manager tiada. Pengurus station yang layan kami adalah EN. Basri. Kami sampai telah minta bukti yang menunjukkan KTM ada buat announcement sebelum 5 atau 10 minute awal mengenai tukar platform pergi 2. Mereka ada cadang naik train pergi Buterworth dan naik bus balik KL. Mereka tak dapat buktikan apa apa lepas tunggu 2 jam. Kami tanyakan next train yang pergi KL, Boleh kami naik? Lepas tunggu mereka Check dan tanya orang atasan, lepas 2 jam, mereka kata tak ada ticket pergi KL, dia cadangkan perlu tukar train dekat ipoh dan pergi ke KL. Tetapi semua perlu dibayar lagi.
Soalan kami, kami tiada salah, mengapa nak kami bayar lagi untuk beli ticket baru? Dia kata hanya Boleh tolong bagi free ticket sampai Buterworth sahaja. Orang atasan tak benarkan. Next train pergi KL pada pukul 2.20pm, kami minta masuk walaupun tiada tempat duduk. Walaupun duduk di kantin, kami pun boleh terima. Tetapi, Officer itu kata orang atasan tak benarkan.
Dengan tiada pilihan lain, kami terpaksa tukar pergi Buterworth dan naik bus balik ke Johor. Kami terpaksa beli ticket bus baru yang berharga rm240 lagi. KTM Officer hanya jawab dia tak boleh buat apa-apa. Kami sebagai mangsa, telah rugi wang, rugi masa, tambahan kejar bas di Buterworth lagi. Itu tak perlu cerita di sini.
Kami harap Ketua KTM boleh menyiasat kejadian ini dan memberi kami penjelasan
yang boleh diterima. Di sini, kami juga minta bayaran balik atas kerugian ticket train kami sahaja kerana ini adalah kesalahan pihak KTM. Kalau KTM dapat buktikan ada buat announcement awal memberitahu tukar platform, sila tunjukkan.
Lampiran adalah ticket train kami yang beli dan 1 ticket sementara yang dibuka oleh Officer KTM pergi Buterworth untuk rujukan tuan.
Di sini, email ini kami pun cc bagi Transport Minister, Antony Loke. Harap YB boleh mengenalpasti masalah yang berlaku di KTM juga. Kali ini adalah kali pertama nak bawa anak nak cuba naik train melancong dengan berbesar hati, tetapi kecewa semua orang akhirnya. Apa akan berlaku jika sekarang adalah pelancong dari luar negara? Mereka nak pergi mana buat aduan? Memang kecewa hati terhadap KTM MALAYSIA ini.

ets cancel my exam without refund
I would like to notify you that I am not satisfied with the service I have received from the gre test center due to the cancellation of my exam.
The first cancellation was on october 28, 2017 three days before the exam and then I received a confirmation and when I called the center they told me it was cancelled! As you can see in the attached emails and at that time I had to cancel my trip to jeddah.
Later I received an email confirming that the makeup test date will be 25 november 2017 but at this time I was not confident of the efficiency of the electronic email so I called the test center to get the confirmation of exam date and as in attached email, I have got the confirmation at (25 november 2017).
I booked a hotel and traveled to jeddah and went to coral international school on the exam day and I found that the school is closed!. I found a lot of students waiting and no one responsible from the exam was there. I spoke to security guards and got the number of school principals "miss rania" and she told me she did get nothing and she received an email that the exam was canceled on 24 november 2017!
I sent lots of email to [protected]@ets.org but I have to response at all. I also asked them to transfer the money to my account so I can register for gre mathematics test on 27 oct 2018 but I have no response from them.

Dear sirs, mdm,
I m amazed with the launched of double track. When this was first started, the travelling was assured within less than 2 hours to 2.05 hr. However, as time goes by, the schedule hour has been slowly and surely extended. Of course this, may due to multiple stop train. Not only the schedule was extended. The timing and punctuality has become worst. The train has never be on time as far as my ride is concern. This has affected most of our meeting, appointment, relative who fetch us and traffic jam outside the train station cos of waiting queue. I really hope the ets which suppose to be latest introduction with double track can improve on the punctuality.

Initially I scheduled my toefl exam for 12-nov-2017 (pune). But they rescheduled it to 25-nov. And afterwards they rescheduled it again to 2-dec.
Ideally if some test center is not available, it should not be displayed on the website for booking.
Some universities have deadlines of 1-dec and I will miss those dates. And if it keeps rescheduling, I will drastically affect my plans for masters.

I am in the midst of applying to graduate school. I took the gre test in may, but was not able to find one of the schools I intended to send my scores to on the ets database, and so I submitted my score to 3 schools electronically and 1 school manually.
After 3 weeks, I had received my official scores and found that while the 3 schools I had sent my scores to had received them, the manual scores sent to the school were not logged on the website. I contacted the testing center to ask what had happened and they told me it would be handled and should appear within 2-3 weeks. Since they told me they would take care of it, I did not contact ets directly. To my frustration, this issue was never resolved.
I lost track of the issue over the summer, but as I am currently in the process of applying to schools, I am seeking the final score that I originally paid and sent to the school to be resolved. When I called ets directly, I was told that the opportunity to have my scores sent to the school in question as part of the initial payment for the test had expired. When I asked to speak to urmila, she was not able to give me a straight answer about the policy to rectify the situation.
Explicitly, she only told me that ets was in no position to send the scores to the school for free. When I tried to ascertain the explicit point at which this "policy" to send the score to the school had expired, she refused to give me a straight answer. She told me that after 15 days, I was supposed to call them. I asked at what point was this upper bound of the period to which I could have submitted such a request, but urmila refused to give me a clear answer. After trying to understand one last time so I could quote her interpretation of the policy in this email, urmila disrespectfully hung up on me.
As I mentioned in the second paragraph, I was given incorrect information by the testing center and therefore never followed up with ets directly. I am happy to rightfully pay for additional scores that I send (and I have, see my account), but it is poor service to renege on the original terms of the contract when I paid to take the test and send my test scores to 4 different schools.in this email, I am simply requesting that the terms of the original agreement are upheld in good faith. I hope it is clear from my actions to purchase additional test scores to be sent that I have demonstrated good faith as well.
In response to this email, I hope that, in addition to sending my score to my final school, you can clarify the terms of the policy for this, including when exactly the offer was set to expire — was it after 20 days? 3 months? 5 months? I am disappointed that expectations were so poorly set and that the policy was improperly and poorly communicated by multiple parties.

I have taken the test twice at the same location (st. Cloud university) within the span of six months (april and october 2017). The first time I took it, I followed the address written on the ticket. And I was taken to a different location from the test center. Whoever was in charge of inputting the address on the test ticket did not do their job correctly. I was late for my test and in an unproductive state of mind when I was taking it. The second time I took it, six months later, I was surprised to learn that ets decided to change the rules of the subject test. This affected the structure, content, and scoring of the test. I had been preparing for the test in its prior format for the past six months. Ets gave me no notification regarding this change. Was I to expect a change like this every time I take this test? Now the scores probably will not accurately reflect my ability again. And I will have to retake the test again. Ets gets to take more of my money all the while having incompetent employees unable to handle testing addresses, experimenting different test formats affecting the structure, scoring, and content of the test without my knowledge. There is little to no validity or reliability to the scoring of my two tests because of these two separate incidences. I am so disappointed with ets. Why programs require their subject tests is beyond me.
train delay
Dear ets,
I am really disappointed with your service. It had been the second time your train from ipoh to butterworth delayed.
Your staff can't even provide the estimated time of arrival for the train and their attitude isn't good. (counter staff)
By the way, your staff didnt make any announcement for train delay and we (customer) had to ask by our own.
Please improve your service, it isn't right to let customer bear the risk after choosing ets.
Greetings and its really getting into the nerve as without any notice the train ETS 9420 is delayed for an hour and the personnel in KTM Ipoh takes things so easy. Not even an apology and to calm the passengers and this is not the first time on delays it happens very regular nowadays. We have other appointments which have to be postponed and all my damage is not paid by ETS KTM rite. be a bit customer orientated and handle the situation in a professional manner.
Please do send me a favorable reply on the delay ETS 9420 Ipoh To Padang Besar, train suppose to leave at 12.05pm delayed one hour and I need to know the reason and what action was taken and what was done to the passengers who have been waiting in KTM IPOH.

communication regarding identification document
In the website of ets, its written that while appearing for examination/test all candidates need to bring "valid identification document" as per their country identification policy. I belong from pakistan, here valid identification document is "computerized national identitiy card" I brought that when appearing for test. However, prometric (ets affiliated institution) didn't let me appear for test. I belong from a very under privileged family, I couldn't afford worth cost of $200 to pay ets again. Incompetence and Racism
This is a copy of my last Email, hope someone read it.
First of all I want to start saying that I feel insulted and abused by this company and his employees, I do not know who is the owner of this company but I think that you guys are the best example of racism and incompetence in the same package.
You guys stole my money a couple weeks ago based on the best excuse ever that it always works anywhere: "Sorry but those are the rules. If you did not put your second surname on the registration form you cannot take the test". Then the employees in the same test center (Washington D.C) almost kicked me out and treated me like I was a terrorist and a liar, simply because I forgot to put my second surname on the registration form. Wow, it was 8 am and I was having an excellent day already.
I called the TOEFL phone number and oh surprise, a lady with a worse accent than me told me with no manners at all, that there was nothing she can do "Those are the rules" she said.
I went home at 9 am, knowing that I gave you 200 dollars in exchange for a bad treatment and abuse, and also knowing that you guys have the monopoly of the English certification for people like me, and there was not other option but paying again, so I opened my laptop ready to correct my ridiculous mistake and try to find another day available to take the test, but oh surprise! I am not allow to change my personal information, I have to contact the customer service and explain everything again, so I did it, I called it the first time, but the lady on the phone believed that she was not allow to do this complicated task "I am sorry sir, but you have to contact another representative and explain your situation" so I did it and guess what was the answer "Well, you are going to have to send us prove that you are telling the truth, send us a copy of your passport, copy of your license, and your green card as well, that is going to take us two business days to analyze it and change it".
I have been waiting more than eight days to see those changes. I imagine that going into the TOEFL web page and add a last name is a complex and a delicate task to do, and has to be analyzed by the CIA and the FBI perhaps.
Your company is supposed to help professional emigrants to keep going in their careers, not to be an obstacle and take advantage of the language disabilities of us, I believe you think that because we are not fluent in English you can treat us like cows and do as you pleased, but let me tell you that I am not a cow, I am a person like you, trying to make my dreams come true and have a descent job like the one you have right now.
I hope someone with some respect for emigrants like me reads this, because it is amazing the incompetence and racism that I have seen so far. If it was not because the Law school that I want to apply for requires this certification, I would not doubt to go to another company, but there it is the TOEFL monopoly of the English test, acting and showing that they have the power and nobody can do anything to stop their injustices.
Hope you guys have a good day in the office playing with your fancy cellphones, or watching the news feed on Facebook, because if you guys need more than 8 days to add 6 words on a profile, I am sure that is pretty much what you do during your office hours.
BTW: I am sending a copy of this to the Modern Language Association and the National Consumer Complaint Board.

I never got reimbursed or paid for the work
Offered a job hotel inspecting by the company director matthew saunders after many meetings discussing salary and interviews I was offered a job I was explained about the expenses being paid and then claiming them back and the procedure and the salary after thing had been booked for me more hotels were being booked than I visited and I never got reimbursed or paid for the work.
testing location changed without notification
I was scheduled to take the engl lang, literature, and composition: essays on june 11, 2011. My report time was 10:45 am. I reported to the testing center early. When I arrived, all of the doors were locked. I immediately called ets to inform them that I could not enter the building. After being placed on hold for some minutes, I was informed the testing location had changed. I received no notification of this change even though ets has several different contacts for me. Since I still had time to make it to the testing location the agent gave me, I attempted to do so.
Once I started looking, it became immediately clear that all of the entrances to the campus were closed; I was still on the phone with ets. After about five minutes of trying to find the "new location" malcom of ets told me that I was now too late to take the exam and I would not be permitted into the building even if I did locate it. He also informed me that I "may have forfeited my money." after the conversation with malcom (ets supervisor), I took many videos and pictures of the campus' entrances.
On 6/22/18 our company credit card ending in 6837 was charged for $80.00 without our knowledge or consent.
All the description said was "ETS " no phone number provided, only the orderfind.com web address.
I am currently disputing this charge with our bank.
