Dear Complaint Review Board:
Greetings & Blessings to you & yours from our Blessed Redeemer. My name is Vicky Marie Colvert. I was born in 1966 & raised near Fordyce, Arkansas where my beloved 85-year-young mother, Ms. Mary Grace Colvert, worked for 20 years before having to take early retirement in 2001 to help raise my adopted nephew after my only sibling was called Home instantly after a horrible car wreck from a brain aneurysm. During her working years, Mom invested in Edward Jones & unfortunately trusted her rep, Roger Bell,
to help her plan for her “golden years”. Well, she is now in her sunset years & a ward of the state because she began physically attacking me after I moved her into my home after she was diagnosed w/ dementia this time last year & had no choice but to call the Suicide Prevention Hotline b/c she wants to go Home before her time & APS to request a case be opened on my mom for her well being as well as mine. It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make in my life, but God is in control, & all is well w/ my soul. Mom is totally dependent on Medicare & SS & just over the income for qualifying for Medicaid. According to Mom, Mr. Bell disappeared overnight along w/ her life savings & was never heard from again. My mother is not one to file charges or “rock the boat” in anyway having grown up in a home w/ a lot of dysfunctional boat rocking going on. I realize the statute of limitations has run out b/c it has been way over three years. I just wanted someone to know after all these years b/c I am now 58 & planning for my own “golden years” & have considered consulting w/ an Edward Jones financial advisor. Thank you for your time.
