All of my 81 year old mum's furniture was broken and damaged. The extreme nature of the damages is shocking! The fridge was actually bent and dented! Not a single plate survived! Please see the pictures of the damages to understand the extreme nature of them. The vehicle was overloaded and stopped in Heidelberg, where they had to offload and reload. We suspect that it was here that the furniture was damaged.
Desired outcome: Full refund of our money spent on this load , so that we can repair the damaged furniture .
