Hi. I purchased a smart projector through their website without noticing that is a company in China. There was 14 days return guarantee and I completed my purchase via Paypal. I received the projector in 10 days and it wasn't working as it's described. HDMI wasn't working to use TV for the projector and same thing for the laptop. That's why I wanted to return it but their website doesn't have a return address. It was saying that we need to send an email first to get the shipping address which is weird. They didn't answer me first but when they ansered it, like an automated email, it kept asking a video proof about the product is not working. What about 14 day return guarantee? I opened a file through Paypal and they finally gave me their shipping address in 2 weeks. They accepted to return my money if I ship the item back to China which is almost $100 cost. They refused to pay for shipment. This company is scam. Please go for other options because they never help you if you have an issue about the product.

Looks like you caught onto their shady tactics quickly. The hoops they’re making you jump through are ridiculous, especially for a so-called “guarantee.” Spending $100 just to return a faulty product? Definitely not worth it. Here’s hoping you get your refund and steer clear of these scams in the future.

You're right. Now I am sharing my experience all platforms to warn people. I will leave a comment in alibaba. I already did in Amazon
