I made a big order and purchase a lot of things from this site but received only half of my order. Another half never showed up and I contacted Elite Depot many times about my refund and they assured me I'll get my money any time soon. I waited patiently and nothing. They said one and the same thing again and again, but one day they suddenly said that I already received my money! That was a lie! And not matter how hard I've tried to prove them I was telling the truth they refused to listen! This is a total scam, don't buy from this site!
no product and constant spam
The physical address of this company actually belongs to another company according to the BBB. They did not send my product for more than a month. I had to chase them down and after I finally canceled the order, it took me some time to get the charge reimbursed on my credit card (that only happened with this company - other refunds show up rapidly from other companies). They send a lot of spam and refuse to stop - they say that I am off the list, but I get a couple a day at least. Single most number of spam from one sender.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I order some face powder on Oct 16 (paid online and got confirmation). It is now Nov 2 and I still do no have the item. Nor do i have any shipping notice.

I phoned Obagi to see if they are authorized resellers, and they are not authorized sellers of Obagi skin care products. Obagi told me they are probably getting their products from third parties and that Obagi will not backup any purchases made on their site. First time I ordered from this company and will be the last. They have great discounts, however you get what your pay for. Received a box in the mail poorly packed and damaged. The mailing carton was damaged, however when I check the contents inside one of my items was not in the box. I have reported to them, requested an image of the package and a picture of the contents. I sent it to them in a timely matter. And there has been no other correspondence with them. The only way you can contact them is by email. I am extremely disappointed how this has been handled, and how long it is taking them to get back to me. I believe they sent me a used box which had been opened, because the seal was broken when I received it and one of the bottles was missing.
I received the product I ordered but the three tubes were in a box unwrapped. One of the tubes had broken during shipping. I found the customer service phone number on their site and have called twice. Both times I was told they would resend that tube but nothing has happened, no shipping email, no replacement tube. Customer service sounded like someone answering their cell phone, very unprofessional.
I have been waiting for products now for 12 days and no response to e-mails or phone calls. What recourse do we have here? Any suggestions from anyone?
22 days after I ordered some face powder I can't get any tracking number or shipping info. They don't respond to emails.
Do not purchase from this web site. They charged my credit card and never sent out my product. They have no phone to contact them and they don't answer emails.

Expired Products / Partial Shipment
I recieved only a partial shipment and the Obagi Products I did recieve were either not authentic or expired. I tried to contact them via email with no response. They do not have a phone number to contact. I contacted my credit card and they reversed charges but then Elite Depot wroted back and called me dishonest. They also lied to my credit card company saying that they had sent a replacement for the product I did not recieve which was not true. Almost 400. worth of Obagi products I was taken from by Elite Depot.
expired Obagi product
I purchased 3 Obagi products on 6/15/10 and upon receipt of the product, I noticed that there is no expiration date on the "Obagi Nu-Derm Exfoderm" and the lotion is very runny; an indication that it has been expired. Nevertheless, I started using the product on 6/29/10 and up to today, it's been 6 weeks and there's no change in my skin tone; no redness and no peeling. I have purchased Obagi before through Kaiser and had seen the product worked after just 3-4 weeks. I believe I have received expired Obagi product and demanded a refund of my purchases. However, I still haven't received a response about my complaint and no refund was issued. DO NOT BUY FROM ELITE DEPOT. THEY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS.
Please list the phone number if you really found it on the website because I have searched and found nothing! I just purchased the same items from Kaiser last month and after just two weeks of Kaiser's product, I am noticing peeling already. Whereas with Elite Depot's obagi products, there were absolutely no peeling and no effect what so ever after two months of using the product.
If you purchase anything from this company you must give them your email address. They will harass you and bombard you with marketing emails thereafter despite your election to unsubscribe. They have been reported to the BBB for online harassment. I received FOUR just yesterday.

I have purchased Obagi products from Elite Depot many times, and have been totally satisfied. There is a phone number on their website that you can call to get a immediate response. I don not do business with any company that doesn't have a phone number for customer service. I will continue to purchase from EliteDepot, they have the lowest prices on Obagi, the products arrive quickley and they are fresh.
I have been a customer of Elite depot for many years and have always been satisfied. I bought the product right to my dermatologist and it was inf fact genuine and did not expire for 2 years. We all have different experiences, but before accusing a company of wrong doing perhaps you should do some research! I am a big fan of Obagi and of Elite Depot! The products come direclty from Obagi. To peel you need the full nuderm system. Clear and blender to get the full results.
Exfordem never has an expiration date. The consistancy is thin and runny. Exfoderm forte it much thicker.
