Beware of fraud! I opened a shop in January 2024 and sold one item. When it was successfully delivered I tried to transfer money to my bank account but until today (July the 20th) I received nothing! I contacted customer support several times - they apologized for a delay but still I don’t see my money! I took down all the listing. They are scammers!

Products are very overpriced for their cheap quality. Customer service is awful to non-existent. They look for every way to get out of accommodating the customer for any issues with their products. In my case, the product arrived unsealed, and now they refuse to have it returned due to it being unsealed. So they trap you and take your money. Quite a scam they have going. Have contacted customer service at least 10 times and getting nowhere in returning a product just as they sent it to me, for a refund. In their view, the customer is wrong no matter what the issue.
Recommendation: Save yourself the headache, buy elsewhere.

I gotta say, I was really excited to get my hands on those jellyfish from Inspire Uplift. I mean, who wouldn't want some cool floating creatures in their home, right? I bought foot mat from Inspire Uplift on August 9th 2022. The mat I got did not work - did not produce any electrical impulses. Contacted customer service for return/refund, they asked to send video. Obviously it is not possible to show on video the absence of impulses. And then they refused to refund. They sell broken items and refuse to return your money. Even more, they block any negative reviews on their web site.

The minute I opened the outside, packaging material I noticed the box was crushed a little. I also thought the lamp looked like it was worth about a fraction of what I paid and did not want to give it as a gift. It was embarassing. I did NOT open the box it was orginally packaged in as I wanted to return it right away.
This company would not take the return for any reason other than if it was broken.
I had no choice but to give it as a gift.

Run don't walk away from this site, A complete rip off. Received a defective product, Item did not have parts, they attempted to send me the part, which by the way is the plug that actually turns the light on. Sent me a fictitious tracking that it arrived, it did not. And tells me they can't refund because box was opened, the absolute audacity of that. They send defective merchandise and cannot refund because box was opened. How would you know item received has an issue if you don't open the box.
Never purchase from this site.

They hustle crap to you and then keep your money. Anything they hustle you can find at any 99 cents store.
I sent them $129 for what they call a Levitating Moon which is something a 3rd grader would make for homework.
After 2 days I sent it back to the thieves. They tell me they don't do refunds.
Their only responses are computer generated apologies and that's it.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES

I had the same experience with a fleece pad for my recliner. Ordered the item, waited weeks to get it and when it did not fit and was of poor quality, I was told I could not return it because of COVID. There was nothing on the website to that fact. Only statement on website was "satisfaction guaranteed". The only fleecing in this transaction was their fleecing of me.

The company is selling low quality products (11 kg max. lifting capacity instead of promised 40 "... are effective enough to lighten about 40kg from a person's own weight")
And when you are complaining, they tell you to send it back (on your expenses) and after an additional 20% reduction of your purchase, you can buy another creepy product. Well, just the same old chinese way of making business...
I sold items on this site and have not been able to get paid for them for half a year now. The site apparently just stole them and spent them. There are a lot of us. The founder of the site does not get in touch. I do not advise anyone this scam site.
