Elwods.store review: Order never received. No refund.

April 18, 2023: Ordered a "crafters" storage cabinet. Unfortunately I can't remember where I saw the ad for it. Seemed like a really good deal (we know what they say about that!) They were charging me $39.99 for 1, then offered me another one for only $9.99 (total came out to be just under the $50 min. for my credit card co. to get involved!

After almost 4 weeks of not receiving it, I sent an email ([protected]@support24h. store) asking where it was. Received an email back with a link to a tracking service. When I checked it said it was delivered. I went to my post office with the tracking info and was told the number was unrecognizable to their system and they couldn't help.

Ever since I've been emailing back and forth asking for a refund; multiple times they tried to get me to accept another order. When I refused I stopped hearing from them.
