Emaxim Hair and Beauty Salon review: Refund

Good day, for the past 3 months I have been facing problems with one of your employees, im am entitled to a refund which I went through the proper channels to lodge it, a gentleman by the name of 'Hendrick Swart' was assigned to assist me, since then nothing was done to assist me, instead for the passed 3 months ive been asked to send the same documents over and over and after ive sent them he will then go AWOL on me. this is highly important and truly a serious matter. can I please be refunded before I now go and open a case against Telkom as a company and Mr Hendrick as your employee, its absurd to be owed for so long. my number is
