Empowerment USA Group, LLC review: Will take your money and do nothing

In October of 2009 I signed on with Charles McGriff to help with a tax problem. Our initial conversation went well and I let him know that I just lost $1800.00 with Strategic Tax Resolutions and I was very nervous about getting ripped off again and he assured me that would not happen. Well in the beginning he told me what he thought I wanted to hear. Then time went by and nothing was getting done. I started hounding him because I was sending him checks and nothing. After sending him $500.00 and the only time we talked was when I called him. Then I tried calling him his phone was disconnected. Well I had his cell phone, called and was told he was moving to Florida. If I did not call I would have never known he moved. That was it, I called a lawyer to help with my tax problem she was appalled at the way Charles McGriff and Empowerment USA Group has handled my case. The only reason I signed on with Mr.McGriff was because in his letter it says and I quote "WE GUARANTEE RESOLUTION, OR YOUR MONEY BACK". I called Mr. McGriff a little over 3 weeks ago and told him I wanted my money and the sensitive material back that I sent him. Still nothing, so he took my money, did nothing now won't give my money back. So I would like help getting my money back plus any lawyer costs. Also to let people know in CO and Fthat Charles McGriff and Empowerment USA Group, LLC will take your money and do nothing.
