This company, Exclusive Nail Couture, is not worth your time or money. I made the mistake of ordering from them without doing my research first, and I regret it. The customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you have a problem with your order, good luck getting any help from them. They take forever to respond to emails, and the shipping takes way too long. I've ordered things from China that arrived faster than my order from this company.
I ordered an acrylic kit from them, and it's nothing special. The only thing that caught my attention was the cotton candy scent, but it doesn't smell like cotton candy at all. I tried to contact customer service about it, but they were no help. They wouldn't even consider sending me a replacement or anything. I offered to pay for shipping so they could smell it themselves, but they didn't care. They made it clear that unless the product was completely unusable or defective, they wouldn't do anything about it.
I also ordered a drill bit from them, and it was just wrapped in a piece of paper and labeled with a sloppy sharpie. It's great that they're trying to recycle paper, but if they're going to promote their company with cute packaging, they should put more effort into it. The drill bit was already in a plastic container, so there was no need to wrap it in paper.
Overall, I don't recommend this company. There are better products and better companies out there that actually care about their customers. Don't waste your time or money on Exclusive Nail Couture.
Horrible Experience with Exclusive Nail Couture: Unprofessional Customer Service and Long Wait Times
I have been a loyal customer of Exclusive Nail Couture (enailcouture.com) for a few years now, and I have never had any problems until now. My recent experience with them was horrible. In March, I placed an order, and it took three weeks to arrive. I accepted and understood that there might be some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in May, I placed another order, thinking that it would arrive soon since most businesses were open. But to my surprise, I am still waiting for my order, and it has been over two months now. I discovered that hundreds of other clients are in the same situation as me, waiting for their orders for over two months.
I tried emailing and calling the company, but they never responded. Some clients even complained on their social media page, but the company was disrespectful and unprofessional in their responses. I decided to file a claim with my bank, and thankfully, they resolved it the same day. However, after reloading the page, my order was duplicated, and I paid twice for the same order. I tried to cancel it, but the company had hidden their new policy, and I was unable to do so. I filed a second claim with Afterpay, but they said they needed more time to send my goods.
I am extremely frustrated and angry because I never agreed to pay and wait for over two months to receive my goods. I had to send a second email, and within five minutes, they miraculously created a label to send my goods. I have learned that this company does not care about their customers and does not provide good customer service. I will never buy anything from them again, and I do not recommend anyone else to do so.
It seems like a fraud scheme because they take our money and start buying from wholesalers or producers, which puts our money and mental peace at risk. I cannot put my work on hold for such a long time, and I cannot tolerate such horrible, unprofessional, and disrespectful customer service. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone not to buy from this company.

I recently made a purchase from Exclusive Nail Couture (enailcouture.com) and I must say, I am quite disappointed with my experience. It took over 5 weeks for my order to arrive, and I have heard from others that they have been waiting for up to 8 weeks. The customer service is not up to par, as they do not take responsibility for anything once the order leaves their facility. They do not allow for any changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds, which is quite frustrating. I have never encountered a company that does not prioritize customer satisfaction. They blame the shipping delays on the number of orders and COVID-19, but I have ordered from larger companies with more orders and have not experienced such long shipping times.
Furthermore, I tried to use AfterPay, but it charged my card for the full amount anyway. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they simply told me it was not their problem and that I would have to contact AfterPay myself. This lack of assistance was quite disappointing.
When I finally received my products after over 6 weeks, I was excited to try them out. However, I noticed that the nails were quite flimsy, despite following the application process exactly as demonstrated in their videos. I used the coffin style, which has a nice C-curve and should be stronger, but I still managed to bend three nails within 24 hours of application. These were not even extreme activities, just everyday tasks like pulling up my pants or drying off with a towel. The nails are very flexible and not as strong as I had hoped.
Overall, while the rest of the system seems good, the nails need to be stronger. I am hesitant to make another purchase and wish I could cancel my second order. Hopefully, the ballerina style will be less flimsy.

I placed an order with Exclusive Nail Couture (enailcouture.com) 15 days ago and I am extremely disappointed with the service. It seems that the owner is only interested in taking customers' money for his own economic gain during the pandemic, with no intention of delivering items in a timely manner, if at all.
While waiting for my shipment, I decided to do some research on the people behind this pink bubblegum nail company. I came across a YouTube video about 123 go and was intrigued to try it out. However, to my dismay, the owner, Max, seems to be a psychopath in his 40s. His contact lenses are an attempt to distract from his psychopathic stare and the Candyland/bubblegum theme is aimed to distract from his Chester vibes. He has degraded and attacked his customers, who spend their hard-earned money on his products. In mean girl style, he embarrasses customers on social media. For example, he keeps 5% of your payment if you cancel your order (even though processing time is longer than 14 days). Customers are paying for his inability to run a small nail supply business. God forbid he was Safeway home delivery! Sally's Beauty and Sephora serve a wider population, are more backed up but have kept buyers updated with emails and were only delayed by two days.
Psychopaths like Max are notorious for taking advantage of people during times of crisis and vulnerability. The biggest red flag is the fact that he sends out 1 to 2 spam emails each day advertising his products with a promo code and free shipping over $99. He also states that "items will not be restocked." Why is he trying to get as many people to send him money when he is "so backed up on orders"? There are no delays with USPS or FedEx, so is it his lack of inventory to fulfill his shipments? With all the payments he has received so far, shouldn't he be able to restock?! If he presented himself as a respectable person, I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I can only imagine what a creepy, mediocre nail tech with no people skills finessed to start enailcouture.
Since it's my money, I should have the first choice in investing it rather than handing it over to a fake persona with a fake legit business. I would not recommend Exclusive Nail Couture to anyone and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Exclusive Nail Couture Review: Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Order Fulfillment
Hold on tight, because this review is a wild ride! I placed an order for the souffle cream gel, 30ml in clear on May 13th from Exclusive Nail Couture (enailcouture.com). I knew it would take a while to arrive, as their lengthy and concerning message after checkout stated that it could take up to 30 business days for my order to ship. So, I waited patiently for the 30 business days to pass before reaching out to the company. Unfortunately, I received the same automated response that everyone else did. While searching for contact information in my order confirmation, I noticed that the color I had ordered was listed as "lady pink" instead of "clear." I double-checked my basket multiple times before and during checkout, and I had definitely selected "clear." I immediately sent an email to the company to let them know that the color needed to be corrected. However, it took them a whopping 12 days to respond to me! That's not even counting the auto-response they sent initially. When they finally did respond, they basically told me that nothing had been changed on their end and that they were currently out of stock of the clear color. I responded with additional questions, hoping to resolve the issue. I also noticed that the price of the souffle gel had dropped dramatically from $20 to $5.99. I asked for a refund for the price difference if I was charged for the clear color but was going to receive lady pink instead. Their response? They shipped my order knowing that it was incorrect. They didn't even ask if I wanted to wait for clear to become available again. And to top it all off, clear souffle is currently available on their website as I write this review! I had to file a complaint with the BBB when I didn't receive a response about my order months ago. I'm pretty sure that's the only reason my order was shipped at all! It's clear that they don't care whether the order is right or wrong. They just want their money! I'm beyond disgusted and appalled by how this "company" operates. The person running it should probably take their head out of the sand and look around. Although, that might be difficult considering all the fillers and surgeries they've had. I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Exclusive Nail Couture. I placed my order way back on March 8th, and it's now June 30th and I still haven't received anything. I've tried emailing them, but all I got was a generic message about COVID. I get that safety is important, but come on, other nail places are still shipping out orders. Even AliExpress, which is based in China and has slow shipping, has managed to get me my stuff faster than Exclusive Nail Couture.
And don't even get me started on their constant emails about "hot products." Like, seriously? Maybe send me my original order before trying to sell me more stuff. It's not like I'm going to be enticed to buy more if I haven't even received my first order yet.
To make matters worse, their social media is a mess. They don't respond to anything, and when they do, it's usually rude. I saw on Instagram that they have different accounts for different parts of the world, and one of them put a customer on blast for complaining about the wait time. Their response was basically "we're not the same company as the US one, so we can't help you." Like, come on, you're all part of the same company, right? Why not offer to help instead of being rude?
Overall, I'm really disappointed with Exclusive Nail Couture. I'm starting to doubt that their products are even worth the wait. And it's not like they let you know about the delay in shipping before you make a purchase. That's just not cool.
Oh, and don't even bother trying to leave a comment on their Instagram. They've turned off comments, and none of their accounts have updated us on anything. It's just a mess.

I finally got my order from Exclusive Nail Couture after almost 90 days, which is a long time to wait. The owner of the company was on social media claiming that they were only a couple of weeks behind, but that was not the case. Although this company is not entirely a scam, there are elements of false advertising, and the owner lashes out at customers on social media. They also lie and cannot properly communicate with customers about shipping timeframes.
When I received my order, I was very annoyed to find that all the gels were missing from my order. I ordered the long coffin 1, 2, 3 go kit that was supposed to come with the base gel, a gel to secure the nails, and a top coat. The two files and primer and dehydrator were there, but not a single gel polish. I immediately took pictures and emailed customer service, but I never heard back. I ended up spending $40 more on Amazon to get the products from a third-party seller. Although I had to spend more money, it was better than stressing about this poorly run company. I got the velvet matte top coat in the bundle for $40 on Amazon that I'd forgotten to add to my cart with enail.
The xxl coffins and stilettos are the longest soft gel full cover nail on the market, and they have a nice apex to them. You need to use a builder-type gel or method of building up the nail slightly for strength, but nothing bulky. Just a few layers of builder in a bottle works along with any color and top coat. It works best to add a layer of builder to the underside of the nail as well. After filing, I top coat the top and bottom of the nail. I just removed my first set, and it lasted for an entire month before lifting began to occur. Proper prep and application of the product are essential for the longevity of the nails.
I was dubious of the claims that these new press-on style nails could last as long as a month, but I was pleasantly surprised that my money didn't go entirely to waste. I will be able to get many sets out of the 4 types of full cover nails I ordered. Unless this company makes drastic changes with the way they treat customers and the way they operate as a business, I will never shop with them again. I will actively encourage others not to order from them. I also think that it would be a good idea for the brand and company for Max, the owner, to take a step back from social media entirely since he seemingly cannot help himself from making snide and catty comments towards customers online.

I placed an order on 4-8-20 and received it on 5-4-20. The items I ordered were marked as in stock, but when I emailed them for express shipping, I was informed that one item was out of stock and my order would be delayed. They claimed that they do not split orders, but I received my package missing an item that I had ordered. Upon further inspection, I found a small piece of paper saying that the missing item was out of stock and would be shipped later.
I was disappointed because they lied about not splitting orders and did not notify me of any of my items being out of stock. I emailed them on 5/4/20 asking for an ETA of when the item would be restocked and shipped. They responded that they expected to ship the item at the end of the week and that I would receive a separate email with tracking information. However, that time came and went, and I had to email them again about the status. I received a response apologizing for the delay and promising to send out the missing item once it was restocked.
Although the product itself is outstanding, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism in staying ahead of problematic issues and keeping me fully aware of the situation. As a customer service trainer, I believe that it is important to keep customers informed and to be transparent about any delays or issues.
I understand that processing times are high due to Covid19, but it would be helpful if they made that clear to customers upfront so that they can decide if the wait is worth it. Additionally, out of stock items should be clearly marked as such so that there are no delays with the remainder of the order.
While I appreciate that they need to run a business, I believe that they should be more reliable in getting items to customers in a timely manner or at least refuse to take money for items that are not in stock. The product is amazing, but the hassle of reordering and dealing with the lack of empathy from the company is not worth it.
I hope that this review reaches someone who is a first-time buyer so that they can understand what their experience might be like. I wish I had done my due diligence and looked at reviews and YouTube videos of this company before placing my order. This is extremely fishy and gives off a vibe that they do not care about their customers. It is concerning that they would try to pass off all liability for the quality and condition of a purchase immediately after taking payment. It feels like they are saying "too bad, we already have your money and now there's nothing you can do about it." This is extremely off-putting and makes me question the legitimacy of this company.
The website is poorly designed and hosted with many typos and unprofessional photos. It is clear that not much investment has gone into this company, yet the owner brags and is nasty all over his social media posts about how his company and products are the best in the land. This is a major turn off and makes me question the integrity of the company.

Per other reviews, it doesn't seem like they ever answered the phone anyway. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and makes me feel like I've been scammed.
To add insult to injury, the owner of the company blocked me on social media for a comment that wasn't even critical of his business or insulting to him personally. This is extremely petty and shows that the owner is more concerned with blocking people than fulfilling orders.
Overall, I am extremely conflicted about whether or not I will ever receive my $250 order. I am upset that I didn't do a better job researching reviews prior to placing such a large order. I truly did not even think to question the legitimacy of this company because of the professionals that speak so highly of the products. I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Exclusive Nail Couture. First off, it's been weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. I keep getting these automated emails saying there's a shipping update, but when I open them, there's no actual update, just a promise of another email with shipping info. And don't even get me started on the grammatical errors on the site - it's like they didn't even bother with spellcheck!
But even if I do eventually get my order, I'm not sure it'll be worth the wait. The prices are pretty steep, and I've seen the same products on eBay for way cheaper. Plus, they use all these fancy marketing terms to describe their products, like calling polygel an "Acrylic/Gel hybrid" and charging $19.99 for a 60G bottle. I mean, come on, it's just a rebranded cheap product with a fancy label!
And don't even get me started on the nail jewelry - way overpriced for what you get. The only good thing I've found on the site are the clearance sales, but even then, you have to be careful because they'll try to trick you with fake "normal" prices that are way higher than anyone would actually pay.
Oh, and if you do decide to order from them, be careful - if anything spills in the packaging, they won't refund or exchange it. And good luck getting any help from customer service - they clearly don't care about their customers.
All in all, I'd say skip Exclusive Nail Couture and look elsewhere for your nail needs.

It states that it takes up to 30 business days to ship, when in reality it's much longer than that. I placed my order on May 16th and did not receive a shipping confirmation until July 29th, 10 weeks later. Also, they will not let you cancel your order. I've never heard of such a thing. Even if there is a cancellation fee, all legit companies allow you to cancel. Customer service is unreachable and when you do reach some live they aren't helpful at all. The owner is deleting negative comments from his social media instead of simply addressing his PAYING customers. He is also promoting new products and sending PR packages to influencers and still ignoring those who have actually paid. Please do not purchase from this company if you value your dollar.

I've gotten packages from other countries in less than a week. The woman on the phone didn't even bother asking me for my order number to look up the status. I then asked for a cancellation since items are not shipped and they say that due to the Covid-19, they are not taking order cancellations. Is this even legal? Oh...I also asked for them to expedite my order since it has taken way moire than 18 business days and they claim that due to Covid-19, they have stopped expediting shipments. They were misleading to me with the amount of time it will take to ship but are very smart to have updated their website now claiming it will take at least 30 days to process and ship after my several calls. I have no desire to do business with them and want a full refund for the money they took from me.

Possibly THE worst business...customer service and products ? I never received any help from the business. My order was placed on 7/9, yes I do understand there is a pandemic and things are running slow. BUT after my order was placed there was NO communication on shipping or status of the order. I had sent several emails asking on delivery dates and was to only receive a generic message stating that my order is important but they are running at a slower pace (which I expected). Later in the email, it states they are allowed to ship and orders are going out. I never got in touch with a customer service representative nor did I have my concerns addressed via email. Since no one ever reached out to me to explain ANYTHING, I reached out to my bank to file a claim last week. MAGICALLY (even though there was still no contact from Exclusive Nails Couture) I have an email that there was a canceled order and reimbursement pending on my credit card. I have worked with many vendors on Etsy and other websites, I have placed orders during our "stay in place" and never received such bad customer service. I implore prospective customers to do their research before ordering from this (what I think looks like) a sham of a website/product.

I have placed two orders with this company, one before the COVID and one after and each order has taken over a month to be received. My second order was placed 7/15 and I still do not have it. I've emailed for a follow up with no response. They don't even have the decency to update their customers when they can expect to receive their order. I placed my order in may 15th. Just under $100. NO WHERE on the site did it say I was not allowed to cancel my order or that it would take an extreme amount of time to get your order. Until a few days after I placed my order did it state on their website that it would take 30+ days to just process your order. It then later said that any orders placed AFTER March 15th (or whatever date it gave) you CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR GET A REFUND! I had heard about the horrible experience but then I heard good things about the company and the product. So I mistakenly chose to ignore the "Karen's" and proceed after I had gone thru the faqs & policies. Well it's now JULY 8TH and still no product, no email or communication regarding my order. I did email them back in may and they responded a wk later saying it may take 4wks to process your order. They were so sorry for the delay. I just sent them another email this morning. I have ordered crap from China that got here faster then this crap! If I'm able to receive things from another country why the hell cant I receive an order where none of which was on back order by the way, and that is only a few states away? This is ***. Do not purchase from this ENailCouture! Shoot if you can't get me the product I ordered, then at least give me my money back! ***? I ordered on May 26th and it wasn't until I clicked "submit order" did I get this long drawn out confirmation page stating that there would be no refunds or cancellations of orders and that shipping will take 30 days. I also ordered his new lamp on July 8th- stupidly- but my first order had just passed 30 days and I was confident that they would uphold their TAT. I realize there is a pandemic going on and I'm a patient person, I didn't think anything of it. It wasn't until as the days kept passing and my first order hadn't been shipped; I reached out to customer service and got an generic auto response on my order inquiry that I started to worry. They are no longer answering the phone and on one of his IG lives he was calling his customers "Toxic Tiffany's" to anyone who dared inquire of their order status during his live demos. He keeps promoting new products incessantly just taking peoples money who have no idea he is so back logged on orders. When you go to his website there is no header on the main page that he is indeed having shipping delays. You aren't told until you submit your order. He sends out email blasts daily with the same 10 paragraph filled generic message but is giving zero updates. Customer service is not this companies focus and at this point I just want a refund all together. It's a shame because I was a new customer but NEVER AGAIN!

Enailcouture Review: Terrible Customer Service and Long Wait Times for Orders
I started buying from Enailcouture just before the Christmas rush last year. At first, everything was great. The shipping was fast and the products were pretty good. However, as Christmas approached, the processing time slowed down to a crawl. Unfortunately, things haven't improved since then. If you order from them, be prepared to wait anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks to receive your order.
The customer service is a joke. In my last four orders, items were missing, wrong items were sent, and one order was even someone else's entirely! When I contacted them about it, they said that once the return was in the system, they would send my correct order out on a 2-day rush. That was nearly two weeks ago, and I still haven't received my order. I have three orders with them that I've been waiting on for a month each already.
Getting what you paid for in a timely manner is like pulling teeth! I sell nail supplies online, and this company has cost me many customers because I look like the one who is being slack or lying. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Exclusive Nail Couture. I get that Covid-19 has caused some delays, but it seems like they're using it as an excuse to not send out orders. I mean, I just got a package from China that only took a week to arrive! So why is it taking so long for my order from Exclusive Nail Couture to ship?
And here's the thing - if Arizona is still under lockdown restrictions, how is the company able to move warehouses at the same time? That doesn't seem like staying at home under executive orders to me!
It's a shame, really. Exclusive Nail Couture used to be a great company, but now it seems like they're just taking advantage of their customers. It's like they've forgotten about the people who helped make them popular in the first place.
I don't know what Max, the owner, is thinking. He seems to think that he's the best in the world and that no one else comes close. But let me tell you, there are plenty of other companies out there that are better.
Personally, I'm going to stick with Young Nails from now on. If I can't get what I need from them, then I guess I don't need it. I don't have time to wait months for an order to arrive.

When I finally received my order, it was split into two different shipments. In my first order, I received a set of 36 different colored gel polish. However, I was disappointed to find out that most of them were either duplicates, triplets, or quadruplets. This meant that my order of 36 different colored gels was actually only 14 different colored gel polish. I was not happy with this and felt like I had been misled.
In my second shipment, I received the Flash Mini lamp, but unfortunately, it didn't work. The battery slots didn't make any sense, and one slot would just have the spring on the bottom and no connection part at the top, and vice versa. I tried to reach out to customer service regarding this issue on two separate occasions, but I received no reply. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and felt like my concerns were not being addressed.
I would not recommend ordering from Exclusive Nail Couture. There are other companies out there with better customer service. While waiting for my order with enailcouture, I placed an order for soft gel tips with Apres and received the wrong size tips. However, when I contacted customer service, they were quick to send the correct size out as soon as I sent the original ones back.
Even with this experience, I still did not receive my order from enailcouture. If you need refills for one or two sizes of nail tips, you'll have to purchase the whole kit. However, with Apres, you can purchase these sizes without having to order the whole nail kit again.

Upon waiting for those items I purchased 2 more times using Sezzle (a 4 payment option at checkout) To date I have not received any merchandise from them and I am on my 3rd payment to them. This company is hiding behind COVID. Lying saying they are an American based company. I emailed 4 times with only 1 generic response explaining about COVID slowing down the shipping. Honestly I was trying to be understanding but when I researched on YouTube, people are saying that it's taking 3 months to get their order. Due to Covid and the closing of nail salons a lot of women including myself are opting to do their own nails at home. The growth spurt of this company is overwhelming, however they are still making and advertising new products. Despite that fact they are continuously taking peoples money instead of haulting and trying to get past orders shipped out. I was able to contact them by phone today as no number is listed on the site. I found the number on ComplaintsBoard.com. The young lady I spoke with could not give me any information about my order. I asked if all 3 of my orders would be shipped at the same time since I have already waited this long and she said they won't combine the orders. No refunds are being granted either.

After googling the company, I have seen multiple complaints from people not receiving their orders from as early as January. My order #*** was placed on June 24. Knowing the pandemic has slowed things down considerably I have waited patiently. On August 22 I contacted the company and received a canned response. I contacted them again September 12 and again received a canned response. It is now 80 days since I ordered and I have nothing but frustration to show for the $113 I have spent.

I went back to the website and saw in the policies that ALL ORDERS placed AFTER march 15th will NOT have the ability to cancel OR get a refund. Which I did not see when I had originally read all of the terms and conditions BEFORE making my purchase. They had edited the information on the website. Now also due to covid they said the processing times would be 4wks (30 days +) due to reduced staffing. In those advertisements they would state which number of order they are working on filling currently. I have reached out several times asking the stays on my order which I paid in full, and I only get a generic email back. Saying it would take 4wks (30+days) to process. No update no way to refund my money. This started middle of MAY when I originally purchased. At this point since I am not getting any personalized responses to my inquiry, I've waited above and beyond the stated waiting period, I just want my money back. They wont do that. But i still have NO PRODUCT that I paid for. If you look at the reviews you will see that I am not the only one going thru this. I have saved ALL of my emails and the return response from back from them. They can do updated videos, updated websites with NEW PRODUCT they now carry. But they cannot get customers products they've paid for out to them. They are bringing in customers money with no problems, but cant seen to produce any product to the customers who've paid them. Again pls read the reviews just on the ComplaintsBoard.com site! There are more bad reviews other places I've found now that I've done more extensive research on them. I want my money back IN FULL, I want EVERY customer who has filed a complaint or posted a review on your site the ComplaintsBoard.com, who have not gotten their product to get their money back as well. I want this company to learn what customer service really entails. How stealing money but then blaming it on COVID 19 for the 3 month delay, is horribly distasteful and wrong! That lying and deceiving its customers with more excuses is not right and very unethical, that when a customer gives them the benefit of doubt bc of the pandemic going on in the world, they need to take the time they are spending on promoting their business should go to the CURRENT customer who's already paid for the product, and look up their order, see where they are at in the process of getting their order ready and be HONEST ABOUT IT. if they cannot product what they are selling they need to shut it down and refund those who have patiently waited.
