I have been a user of Eneba for several years, but recently I have experienced several issues that have made me question the quality control and customer service of this platform. The first issue was when I ordered a PlayStation Network card for my US account. While their system had no problem charging my card, it failed to deliver my key. I had to open a ticket, which was resolved within two hours, but it was still a concerning experience.
The second issue was even worse. I purchased a PlayStation Network card, but instead of receiving a 12 character key, I was given a 16 character key that didn't work. When I opened a ticket, it was automatically given a low priority, despite the fact that it was a clear case of a seller scamming a customer. I had to wait for several hours and was unable to make a purchase during the Summer Sale.
The customer experience was very poor this time, and I felt compelled to warn others about the risks of shopping with Eneba. While I understand that this platform is designed for sellers, they have no right to allow sellers to sell false keys that don't match the platform requirement.
To add insult to injury, I waited for 6 hours before going to their Discord account, where I received a response informing me that I had to wait 72 hours for the seller to review my claims. Rather than accepting responsibility, the moderators/administrators attacked me and I was eventually permanently banned from the Discord account.
Eneba has shown me that they don't care about their loyal customers. They prioritize sellers, even those who are scamming their customers. They charge customers their money and don't deliver the product, holding them hostage with low priority tickets and giving them false keys.
I want to reiterate that I do not recommend shopping with Eneba. It is more than a 50% chance that your purchase will result in a terrible experience, where you are disrespected and your money is taken without giving you the product you paid for. The moderators/administrators are rude, aggressive, and ungrateful, and treat customers with utter disrespect while using their power to avoid responsibility for their actions.
Lastly, even after providing evidence of a scam, it took several days for me to receive a new key and even then, I was not given a refund. Eneba employees have clearly demonstrated their incompetence and unprofessionalism, and have proved to be lacking in customer support and GDPR compliance.

I tried to seek help from the seller, Microsoft, and Epic Games, but they were unable to provide assistance because the code I had purchased was not valid and was considered a scam.
It was very disappointing to find out that the codes were already redeemed and not honored by the companies. Additionally, Eneba was not helpful in resolving the issue and only provided minimal responses even after sending in pictures and other important information.
To add to the frustration, Eneba is refusing to provide any sort of refund for the $70 I spent on the faulty code. As a result, I have to file an investigation for fraudulent activity and close my bank account.
It’s incredibly disheartening to have to deal with a terrible experience like this, especially when it pertains to gaming codes and real-life finances being tied together. I would highly advise anyone considering using this website to exercise caution and avoid the risk of similar frustration and disappointment.

The last message I received suggested that I use a different phone number, which was not a feasible solution.
Additionally, I noticed that the price of the game had increased due to the exchange rate, meaning that the price displayed on the page was not the final price. While the increase was not significant (2-3 dollars), this does raise some concerns about potential misleading practices.
Ultimately, I decided to choose a different key reseller and found that the transaction was successful on the first attempt and at a slightly lower price.
Based on my experience, I am hesitant to conduct business with Eneba in the future. While I cannot fully discourage others from using the site, I would advise customers to exercise caution and remain aware of these issues.
