This morning (05/09/2024) I pulled up at Engen GT Motors to put patrol, I requested fill up of R150 but when the attendant finished my patrol gage did not move at all, I switched the car off thinking maybe when I restart it will show but nothing. I told the attendant of this, and a slip was printed for me, so I requested to pour another R120 from a different pump which reflected immediately. I am certain that the second fill up did not include the first R150 because if it did my car would be on almost full tank as it is a 1 liter and the patrol I got for the R120, was the same as what I got earlier in the week for R120 (same Engen garage).

The manager was called in who explained that if a slip has been printed it meant that the patrol was poured in, but my problem now is that They got the money, and I did not get my R150 worth of patrol and would like to know what needs to happen now. the car recently went for service and it's not that old too (from 2021).

Attached are the slips and the patrol gage after the R150 (where it's low) and after the R120 (where it changed and went up).

Please help.
