I signed up for a weekly training session, which had a 4-month contract, after which it went to month-to-month. For the 1st 2 months, the sessions were just as described, then I was assigned a new trainer. The new trainer failed to provide a trainer program via Trainerize and never monitored my progress via Evolt. In January, he missed a session right before he quit. I was assigned a new trainer, but when I showed up for the appointment, I was told he did not have me on the schedule, and no one was available for my session. I was at the desk as they typed at the computer and claimed that they put me on the schedule for the following week. The next week, the same thing happened, and again I requested to be put on the schedule. The following week, I again was not on the schedule, but a trainer was available, so I actually had a session. At that point, I also decided I had given the club enough latitude and put in the 30-day notice to cancel. The club had continued to charge me for the weeks that they did not have a trainer. I stated I would honor the 30-day cancellation notice, but I wanted credit for the missed sessions. The club refused. I contacted corporate, via email and never received a response. I disputed the charges with my bank, as the services were not provided. EOS has responded by threatening me with a notice from collections.
Desired outcome: I want the club to accept that I have paid for each and every training session that they provided and leave things alone.
