EOS Fitness Massage chair have been out of service

I have been a member over a year now with EOS FITNESS.

The location I'm referring to is located on Val Val vista and Pecos.

Since I can remember the repair notice has been placed on the massage chairs over a 6 months period. Yesterday I was using the first 3 chairs and all of them were out of services without signs posted . Other members are complaining due to the fees we pay monthly this restore room should be kept in working order without any delay . If members didn't pay for membership fee's EOS will apply late fees so how is this fair to members that pay on time that you haven't fixed the chairs in this area now 3 of the chair are not working.

I've decided to go complain to the front desk until the chairs are repaired .

Enough of the excuse that EOS is waiting on parts, if so pull them out and get new ones .

Don't even get me started about falling down while the floor had liquids and none of the employees cleaned up the spill due to talking to the guys the front desk is not a social area for getting a DATE.

I have notified the front desk several times before and no action has been forwarded

Desired outcome: fix the broken massage chairs no more excuses about parts needed.I will collect photos next time I visit the Massage room.

EOS Fitness Unauthorized charge

. I was very frustrated when I got unauthorized charges on my credit card. My husband and I signed up a few months ago for the $25/month package. A day after, the manager tried to sell my husband the PT package, even though my husband mentioned he didn't understand English very well, she still tried to pressure my husband into buying a PT package supposingly just $20. She said if he changed his mind, he could call and cancel. On the next day, my husband called and cancelled but she wasn't there. He left a message with the front desk stating his decision for cancellation. After that, my card got charged 78.13 on 05/31, 2 charge of $88 on 07/09 and 07/22, one charge of @264 on 07/08, none of them I was authorized for. We never took a single PT session. I called the branch but the manager was not there and never called back. How convenient that everytime we wanted to cancel or have problems with payment, the manager was never there and never even once contacts us back

Desired outcome: Return my money and cancel membership

EOS Fitness EOS Fitness Standard Membership

Spent 2 hours on the phone to cancel (via the phone after escalation) as I had never set foot in their gym, this was fine, I was okay paying for a service I never chose to use or cancel.

This was 10 plus months ago, and I just realized TODAY that I am still being charged per month. This company is fraudulent or has fraudulent negligent policies. I will be canceling now through my bank.

Desired outcome: Full refund since date of cancellation.

EOS Fitness Member services - clerical incompetence

I signed up for a black membership in March 2022 (Ray and Cooper AZ Location) and pause the account for two months because I had surgery.

When I reopened the account it had me in under *not my name* and *not my gender* so I asked them to fix it, in person, via email and waited.

And waited.

And waited.

3 weeks later... they still cannot fix the issue. Craig said he can close my account and re-open a new one waiving the fees with all of the new pertinent information. Ok - Cool. We did that.

NOW I've been charged for both the new account and the old account. And they (Joe the manager or Craig the GM) wont call or email me back.

I've initiated a chargeback and have blocked them from my card so they may never access it again. I also plan on filing a complaint with the BBB.

Such a shame. I like the place and the classes but they just cant get it together enough on the back end.

Desired outcome: A refund for the account(s) as I have been double charged. I Don't have any faith in the clerical side ever being resolved so I give up. Ill try somewhere else.

EOS Fitness Complete customer service

I scheduled a complimentary workout a week ago for today they sign me up with a trainer that's not even in town then they put me with someone that cannot give me a complete workout because they have another appointment in 20 minutes when my appointment time was 40 minutes ago wow very professional. Debating on even coming back with that rudeness you do not schedule somebody with someone that's not even in town seriously really is this what you're telling the new people that come into your gym and this is the location off of Northern and 51st avenue. Obviously you want beginning people working out to seriously hurt themselves and sue you because they weren't properly shown

Desired outcome: An apology would be nice but we all know that's not going to happen

EOS Fitness unauthorized card charges

As i was signing up for my membership i had the card i wanted to use for everything in hand. the employee signing me up put it on file and explained to me that card was going to be the card charged but still had me give bank account information to put on file. My bank account got charged instead of the credit card i wanted to use and was told would be used despite the bank information being put into the system. i got a $25 overdraft fee for the charge because of insufficient funds that i hadn’t transferred into my checking because it was supposed to charge my credit card, not my bank account.

Desired outcome: The charge to be taken off of my bank account and put onto the credit card that i wanted to be charged and was told would be charged. A reimbursement or some sort of compensation for the $25 overdraft fee would be appreciated as well.

EOS Fitness scam, liars

i joined for free 14 day trial period and was told I'm signing documents for the free trial period but instead got charged for the whole yearly membership.Also, the guy helping me there told I can get a first personal training class for $19 if I sign for the trial PT so as a rational person I thought it cheap for trial class so why not and I signed for trial class but they ended up charging me the most of the next two classes a week which is $156 which I clearly told the guy I don't want that. I tried to call them several times but they kept saying the manager is not available, the assistant manager is in a meeting but never got my issue resolved. as a surprise I didn't even go for the 14 days trial ever so how they could charge me for that.

Desired outcome: I just want my money refunded for a service they are charging me which I never received.

I’m having a issue my bag with my belongings were stolen out of the locker after I have getting finish and i the workers are rude after I ask them about my bag I want the reimbursement for my belongings and I won’t be doing any business with this company again thank you

EOS Fitness Nothing but liars and money hungry people

First lets start with the lies that were advised to me from the facility on Stephanie and the 215. I had a membership there when I lived next to them. I had moved away and YES I did owe money but when I talked to them after they called me numerous times they offered me to start a new membership closer to me and that would squash what I owed. I thought WOW that is a great deal so I signed up. Then not a week later had a mini hearty attack and was in the hospital for a week. I never even worked out 1 time that week. Here it is a couple months later and I went in to see about if they could work with me. I was not asking if they could waive it all but seriously I did have a heart attack. Now they tell me NO they are not willing to waive anything except the $20 convenience fee. Of course they want the annual as well! To top it off when I rejoined the other gym the one on Stephanie still has be in collections.. So they flat out lied!

They have been nothing but liars to me as well. I've been in there twice now to cancel since they have been lying for over 6 months on when they will open and when the pool will open. Each time they say they cancelled my membership and won't give me any documentation and I am still getting charged.

EOS Fitness Personal training services

I went into EoS fitness to open a regular account with them and spoke to a Benjamin. While signing up Benjamin offered to sign me up with personal training, I told him I don't want personal training for myself but maybe for my boyfriend but I would have to consult him. Benjamin said they can not provide service for someone who isnt the primary on the account and then called over the manager and the manager offered 2 free sessions, one for me and one for my boyfriend, to see if we liked it and of not I can cancel the service. I said I would take the 2 free sessions and that was it, manager had me sign. Boyfriend said he didn't want the training if it cost extra so I called EoS to cancel but they said I could not cancel unless I was dead or disabled. I told them what the manager said about canceling but the said no.

Desired outcome: Just cancel the contract.

EOS Fitness Gym Membership

i signed up right before the pandemic and then they paused my account because of Covid, then they restarted it, then paused it again, they charged me my annual fee during the pandemic, ill never forget it, now two years later i get a call that they sent me to collections, when theyve already took a lot of money from me

EOS Fitness Billing/customer service

DO NOT sign up for a Eos membership! The sales member will lie and offer deals/privileges that they feel will likely get you to sign up. I mentioned the only reason I was considering a membership was to be able to use a sauna. Then you find out that the membership you were signed up for doesn't offer access to the sauna you wanted, although it was acknowledge over 10 times prior to actually signing the contract. Over the course of 2 years I've attempted no less then 8 times to resolve this issue. NOT once did I ever get to speak to a manager in person or by phone to resolve this issue. After not using the membership for over 6 months i found a gym which offered what i was looking for. They went way out of their way to assist me, even to the point that they charged me $2 for my first month to try an offset the burden of having paid the Eos membership for that month as well. While canceling the membership they said id owe both another month and annual fee as well. Still have not been able to speak to a manger or have any of my concern addressed or resolved. Absolutely ZERO customer service what's so ever. DO NOT expect anything from this company or you will be disappointed as well. With all the unresolved complaints of fraud, I would be glad to join a class action lawsuit again Eos.

Desired outcome: Simply, to drop/waive the annual and next month fee, as I have canceled the membership prior to the next billing cycle and as a apologetic gesture for detestable customer service and experience.

EOS Fitness Membership cancelation

Called in two months ago to cancel my membership and today 03/17/2022

I get charged the annual fee

Called in and they tell me that my membership was never canceled and I can’t get my annual fee refund back to my bank

I want to get this resolved, if they record the phone calls they should be able to look up my call When I first cancelled

EOS Fitness Charged bank account for services I cancelled last year

HELLO,

I had a membership for my son at the location on Dysart in Avondale, Arizona; which we ended up not using because they couldn't find a proper, professional trainer for my son, because he was caught drinking on the job and also was hitting on me. So, I decided to cancel the training back in October 2021. Today 3/07 /2022 my account has been charged for this training when submitted the cancelation with the manager but he never actually submitted it. he made me sign a paper with cancelation and assured me it was done. I have been getting charged $128.00 every two weeks for a service it was supposed to be canceled

EOS Fitness Service

This Saturday at 4:45 I went to the gym and I've tried the scales and the men's bathroom several times a scale does not work at all at the Ehrlich Road in Tampa Florida so I asked a couple of presenters to weigh my body mass because when I first registered they did that for me I've been a customer now for a month now so I figured I'd want to see if there was a change in any type of results for me they told me they can only be done on Mondays when the supervisors there but yet I can't even weigh myself in the men's bathroom cuz the scale doesn't work in the men's bathroom

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to weigh my body mass at any time and I would like a bathroom scale to work
