I ordered a Kitchen Aide mixer, advertised on FB, on August 31, 2018 for $67.20 To this day, I have never received a confirmation email or notice from this company. I was given a 6 week deliver time frame. I am well over that time and have not received any product. There was a money conversion noted on my charge statement of $1.34 foreign exchange fee. EPL*KIAFOWN CO Shenzhen SHE was on my charge statement. I cannot find any email for this company, or any phone number to contact them.
I would like my account refunded the $67.20 that was charged and I paid.
I ordered Nike shoes from this same company over 2 months ago and still haven't received the merchandise. I DID receive an order confirmation from them, however, no shoes have been sent. I've tried to find a customer service number, but been unable to find one. I guess I'm going to have to contact my bank and let them deal with it. I would like to warn anybody from falling into the same trap and recommend that they avoid any business with this company including their website, kittwo.cn. Thank you.
