Hi,

You are right Erfolg mumbai sucks. best mismanaged company known to mankind. they will insult you and that is how they pay incentives. when a employee completes 6 months and appraisal time is near they will start getting mistakes one after other even if unnecessary and show that they do not work.

Appraisal money saved. that is how directors of erfolg go for vacations every 2mnts. they will get to your personal life and start telling people about your personal things. they will make story that you have affairs with people in the company which is not wright. they dont pay ppl for 6mnts.

they will have individual breafing after working time and that makes you miss your trainto virar from andheri. they are partial very partial. going to Erfolg Mumbai was the biggest mistake of my life.

This company is in sonadyog.

The email id used to register the complaint is the company's official id i.e. admin@erfolgcs.com, someone was trying to malign our company name by using all our official ids to register complaint against us, we have written more than a dozen times to you but in vain asking you to contact them and we never got to know that all the ex-employees have been using company ids for this purpose, even have lodged complaints with the cyber police department in Mumbai and they have attempted to connect with you on the subject matter to no co-operation extended from your end mentioning that Indian Laws don’t apply to you. It is unfortunate that you have made space available for people to voice their grievances but don’t bother doing basic checks at your end whether the complaints or grievance is genuine or someone is trying to purposely bring ill repute to our company for no reason at all and to individuals in the organization. Authors have been disrespectful to the dignity of women, they have made racial comments, they have used abusive and derogatory language, they have used swear words, etc and you have actually not taken action on the same from your end after multiple request to you. After writing multiple times to you when you responded saying we need to connect with the authors directly and we attempted registering from our official id to respond to them, we realize that the ids are already registered and the complaints are posted using our ids. Imagine they didn’t even have the courage to register themselves from their own ids, that speaks about them and you have actually encouraged such unethical behavior of miscreants in society. It is unfortunate that you want to provide a platform for the rights of people but actually have infringed on our basic rights. Hope you will let only genuine concerns be posted and addressed on your website as this has been used to spoil individual and company’s reputation.

i am thankful to wellwisher for starting the feedback session of a filthy company Erfolg. they have harrasment / torture centres in mumbai - Andher - Sona Udyog- parsi panchayat road, banglore, chennai & delhi. there is another thing i want to share with you guys who are planning to join erfolg & become a erfool. i was told my appraisal will be in 6mnts, then i saw this happns by 360degree feedback. Rashmi (Gasmi) tells everyone to rate me less, all people came to me and said they want to rate me according to my hard work but Gasmi is not allowing them to.

you will never get your appraisals and incentives. they are blood suckers. work time was bold by hr to me was 9:30 to 6:00 but i have never left from this cursed place before 8:30. you join this organisation you are in a trap.

I do agree with it. They will create all blunder stories if they want to remove a staff and give torture till we put resignation letter.
I resigned 4 months back and till I have not received my salary for the month of Jan 2010. They know my condition but they are not paying me the Salary.
I'll be calling every day but daily I get the answer that call back on another date tariq pe tariq and now aksing me to speak to Rashmi who will be not available all the time.

Hi everyone,
Thank God i now have a place to remove my frustration. Experience with erfolg is never going to be different from above. IT IS HELL. Once a king saw Kashmir and said "Jannat agar kahin hai toh yahin hai, yahin hain, yahin hai!". Same way anyone who has been with ERFOLG (even for a few days) will agree that "Jahannam agar kahin hai toh yahin hain, yahin hain, yahin hain!". The synonym for the word HELL is ERFOLG.
The boss has so much attitude and is a curse on womanhood. She has no sympathy for anyone. People who just dump the company and go without notice are actually brilliant and lucky. Because if they give notice before leaving the job then you cannot imagine the torture and trauma that they will have to undergo. Thank God they get saved. of the time that i know, they used to have this "MORALE BOOSTER SESSIONS" but they were more of the "MORALE BUSTER SESSIONS'.
Everything that has been written above is completely true, word to word (not just in my comments, but all the comments above before mine). Guys think thousand times before joining this blessed company. If anyones interested in experiencing hell without dying, this is the place to visit.

Hey guys..
I totally agree with u'll. Kindly dont join Erfolg. Rightly said "erfolg is hell". There is a false promise of appraisal after 6 months. They mentally harass plp for no reason. Rashmi dont hve any manners to tlk. She simply insults any one in front of everyone, whether he she is rigth or wrong. They make employees sit till 8:00-8:30 for no reason. Till date ex employess hve not been paid their full salary, inspite of informing the company & they also misues our salary by taking frequent trips with other employees.

I also request all our ex employees who has not been paid kindly come forward & lets take some action against them. We all need to teach them a lesson..

By God's grace finally m out this HELL... guys think before u join in here...

True. It is the worst company I have ever worked in.
They will torture you, make fake stories aBout you, they will go to any extend to torture you.
Rashmi will yell like a pshco and will give you mental torture if you refuse to change your team .
They don't even release your full amount and will play various games not to give you your salary.

I would like to thank you both for the following reasons:-

@ helping me understand what peaceful working condition is (Which i got from the company i have joined after Erfolg. Erfolg is a troture cell)

@ helping me understand what a bad boss and a discusting company is (Erfolg (your company) is the best example)

@ helping me understand the importance of my friends (In Erfolg when ppl spoke to each other, you considered they speak -vite about you and they became your target to rip apart)

@ helping me understand different ppl (You and your sister are a curse to not just women but also to humanity)

@ helping me stand strong against the insults you slapped (the kind i got in Erfolg, i bet
no other company will be as patient to do that. Others have got other good things to do in
their life and you have nothing to do)

@ helping me understand how dirty a women could be

@ helping me keep my eyes open against ppl who has fault finding as a things-to-do for the day

@ helping me understand that you consider Muslims dirty, filthy and useless (thats the biggest mistake of your life)

@ helping me understand that fair complexion doesnt guarantee that your heart too be that way (you have a fair skin, but your heart is devils paradise)

@ helping me understand that sweet words isnt always said for it, but instead to made other person low (you talk sweet with people just to put the other person down)

@ helping me understand and recognize the difference between the person who will rob things for revenge and those who will never

@ helping me understand that in Erfolg even if one has completed all their work, still they have to wait for 2 to 3 hrs just to leave office (employees are be Erfolg for 10 to 12hrs every day. You come at your own time and make other wait with you. how selfish)

@ helping me understand new useless, ill-logical reason you make for not releasing employees incentives and variables

@ helping me understand you run the company through feelings

@ helping me understand that to get a new process for Erfolg, you go with the client on couple trips (client servising ;-)

@ helping me understand that evenif anyone has done a good job, do not appreciate him, bcause he will ask for increment

@ helping me understand the in Erfolg divide and rule is the best policy

@ helping me understand that more than concentrating on your company (which is a sinking boat), you take pleasure in knowing about peoples personal life, gossip about it, spreading -vity & enemity and teaching your employees behavioural science in the most cruel way

@ helping me understand that you abuse your employees like people fighting in the street
(what do you think employees are your slaves)

@ helping me understand that you are 'amir bap ke bigde aulad' (this is what you call your employees, right?)

@ helping me understand that the managing director & directors of Erfolg are cruel to their employees (non of the present and xemployees have good to talk about u, instead they curse you and your family)

@ helping me understand that in Erfolg creating success, employees are always unsuccessful in everything and you help them with that (you never encourage ppl but instead insult them and disgrace them)

@ helping me understand that when youare sure that your deeds will spoil your name in business, then change your name (like you have changes your name from Monita Mehra to Rashmi Mehtra and to be Gas-mi Mehra ... cool name)

@ helping me understand that its a SIN for Erfolg employees to talk to each other on phone after working hours (u know that stories of ur torture, cruelty and sadistic behaviour will become a gosip point. That way ppl to know the truth about you and your character, thus quit the organisation before their turn comes)

@ helping me understand that its ok for you to show your clivage but a boy has one of his shirt button undone is a earth rattling issue for you

@ helping me understand that you have enemies in whole of sona udyog. and you have even received threats from them (those men cut your finger, which you used to finger them)

@ helping me understand that if an Erfolg employee wants to quit, should never give prior notice. if done, you will ensure his life a living hell (do you know there are numberious employees, who were going through tremondous stress, planned on ending their life, just because of you Gas-mi)

@ helping me understand that Erfolg breaks all the boundaries of human rights

@ helping me understand that you hate birthdays and you will thank the person who brings cakes and gifts for you on your birthday with abuses and insults

My fellow x-erfolg suffers, i want to disclose this in this forum, there hasnt been a beeter time than this. Erfolg has been cheating their clients, posting wrong and incorrect bills worth lacks. They are doing below the line marketing for IBM, Corel, Microsoft and many other. Clients dont know that erfolg is also having process of competitors, and they keep manipulating data from company to company. today they use for ibm tomorrow for oracle and others. They cheat companies with false promise. To get a new process they will come with you for a tour client and Rashmi Mehra. They will do anything for that, thats how low they and their family is.

I am Arvind Sharma. i was working as data entry operator for erfolg in 2001 worked for 3.5yrs with them. they tried to distroy my life. rashmi dimple and their bother rahul are from very dirty family. family business is erfolg. they dont know to run company. they didnot pay me for 3months. they do partiality. when i joined they were very good to me and when i completed 6 and got ready for my 1st appraisal they started saying i was useless and i donot work and spread negativity. i live in badlapur and leave home at 6am and reach home at 11:30pm - 12am. with only 1 off in a week, then also they were torturing me i told them if they do like this i will not be able to concentrate on my work but still they continued. started insulting me and others in front of the whole office, yelling and showting. even for her brother and sisters mistakes she was barking. rashmi has a psychological problem she was admitted in a mental hospital in pune in 1998. she is taking treatment for it now also i think. from peoples experience i could understand. i was a victim and i dont want others to fall in the same hole so i am writing my experience about those dark and painful days of my life in Erfolg - Rashmi Mehra, Dimple Mehtra and Rahul Mehtra.

I can say that they dont need people they need blodi dogs to lick their feet
They Need donkeys to who can carry the ludgeges
They need people with sharp ears to hear thier [censored] stories till 10 and 11 pm at night
They dont need employees, they need slaves who clear thier dirty [censor]

If they fall in love with someone than it is chamatkar, someone else fall in love than it is balatkar.

They are so partial, i have never ever seen such people in my life
We were anyways employees they treats thier own brother very badly

They stop the payments for people and celebrate with the same money.

Erfolg - Pathetic place i have ever worked, no future, no improvement, no expreince, no management support, no facilities, no knowledge, nothing. when you enter in the company you will feel like someone kept you behind the bars/prison, god my friends i use to feel like that, you will start finding way to run away from back side, most dirty place ever i worked..i swear, my god swear, my mother swear, i used to feel like i have distroy my future, i used to pray to god please take me out of this hale..friends dont join...please protect you future, your career, you work like labour, you pull hath gari, you carry ludgeg but dont work with this company, i saw there are many people old in the organization and old enployees are like asset for the organization they run away with frustration, depression and irritation, the same people who made the company reached at this place. No value for smart people, ..whoever you r dont joing my frnd, you will make big mistake in life.. i swear, i dont want same to be repeated with someone else becasue it was unbearable

Rashmi- The charactor is very interesting, she is director of the company, but she dont know how to manage the people, she is like GAWTHI woman, backbiting, abusing, boasting, eating, chating with guys is her profession, she order like queen, she think she is feeding every one in the employees family, she love to go for world trip with money grabbed from employee and enjoy herself, she hate the people who fall in love and freindship, she love to use abusinve language like(chutiya, mother [censor]er, harami, [censor] off, nalayak)
she love to beat the people if something wrong(Ali from Bandra, poor chap stopped coming from next day)..she love to makes the people late till 9-10 even girls, she should like some horiable creature shouting in hale and you will afraid, sometime she behave like she is an actor of any film, sometime she behaves like and shows people she is very rich, (main bolu rat ko k din hai to din hai, main bolu suraj west ses nikalta hai to nikalta hai) lyer i ever faced..whatever she is doing god is observing everything, slowly but he beats, remember that.

There is one lady.. beaware of her she is mai root of the tree, she always spread rumours about the people, she herself discussed with bosses and make the employee to leave the organization with no payment.(chamchagiri is her profession, chugli geebat) Choooooor

There is one more lady Sneha, very sharp, her eyes are like hunting cat, but sensless, she thought that she is Indra Gandhi and ruling organization

One more old lady is there, Ms. Nadia. she love to spread the rumers, she knows how depress other people. she love to ask the que to the peope and find out their personnels to discuss with Director Rashmi. she really looks like indra gandhi(main shadi nahi karugi zindagi bhar jis tarha indira gandhi ne sewa ki desh ki main bhi erfolg ki sewa karugi, chahe main 40 sal ki kyun na ho jau, chugli lagaugi, afwa failaugi, geebat karugi, khub sawal pooch ke logo ko pareshan karugi, lekin erfolg nahi chorugi)

Thier one more lady Ruchita, her main profession is chamcha giri..but she looks very se...y

One more guy was there Mr, Vishal Khandelwal, most selfish person i have ver seen in my life, most flirt person that is diffrent thing no one can fall in love with him. Rashmi has kicked his a...s now he is lying somwhere

my Deepti mam, HR of company- i love her because she dont know how to speak to the people, she cannot recognize the people still she is HR, she is not able to convinced single person to come for interview still she is HR, when she talks i used to feel like dirty water is cfalling from somewhere,

Chalo frnd after reading this also if your joining this is up to you, dont think, ye log sudhar jayege, bechare sudharne wale bigar gaye.

there are somany companies in Mubai just joint somewhere dont destroy your life buddy

hi we are software company looking for a good agency to help with tm and leads nuturing. Erflog was suggested. Looking at the unhappinesses here is thought provoking to say the least!

I was Joined in eigenscaft On July 17th 2009, and i Worked for 11months, at last Rashmi ask me to resign for the job, so i resigned, i dont know y she ask me to resign, any way its not an issue for me,
Now coming to the matter.
I hope iam the first person from bangalore who started writing blogs about our company.
in bangalore office 20 employees (empty vessels who make more and more noise)are there.when i was joined in the company, my initial days i feel that i was in fish market(iam not having exact word to say), why iam telling this is when Rahul is there in the office, every one will pretend themselves as good and hardworking but no results, if rahul is not there, few people never sat b4 their systems, always roaming here and there, chit chating, making personal call for hours time.fighting, singing, dancing, eating, ohhhh etc etc, , , here one more thing, i cant say, ok enough for 2day, the next episode is tomorrow

Like this every day is going onnn, some people are thr who will behave like directors of the organization, i can say thier names, i am not scared of anyone, but iam just thinking about thier future,
Always they can do what evr they want, but if others they do the same they will object dat.they dont know anything but they feel

Hi,
iam not here to spread any rumours about organization, iam just telling the facts, which i faced in the company,
VERIFICATION TEAM>The intersting thing, In MUMBAI there is a verification team, there one lady called Ms. INDUMATHI, she used to take mock calls for bangalore people including me.whenever i had mock call with her, i felt that iam wasting my time, and i never feel that it helps me in anyway, to be frank, she dont know anything about any product, simply she used to follow the papers,
That too she tried more to imitate Ms.RASHMI. I never understood for y she behave like that.
Then RUCHITA- I dont understand whether she validate the leads, one day i called some of the leads of one senior most persons file.i found 20- 25 declines in 60 calls, but i never understood how thoose leads were got verified.
apart from these two people i dont know any one in that team,

Next coming to ADMINISTRATION
Bangalore ADMIN: Still i didnt understood for y the management done like this, recently when i visted office to collect my settlement, I saw the ADMIN person and suddenly i got schocked.
The management organized so many meetings and they waste thier time and others and they ask about the feedback about ADMIN, Iam the only one i believe that i supported the ADMIN,
Other than me, all said that they dont need that person, and management also decided to remove him, Then again how u will give a chance for him? So HERE IAM THE WINNER.
Next.here we have to think about the people who changes thier colours accordingly, when management ask about admin, every one say NO, now how come they will adjust with the same person?
The only thing which iam sujjesting the people is,
Plz dont let ur charecter be bad and dont kill ur selfrespect for the sake of money and job, once u will loose the present days u will never get the same in the future.

Then one more intersting person(silent killer) in the office, i felt that she will not interfere in others matters.but she complained on me that i saw the mails in admin, ofcourse i agree with this, y bcoz one day, unexpectedly i open ADMIN system to browse, but again unexpectedly i saw a mail.not mails, only one mail that too its about me. i believe that i suppourted her in so many ways, bcoz of me only i hope that she got job, any way, one day will come she will feel bad for what she did.

Coming to the team, first i was in INFOR team whr only 4 people is thr, here no one will work hard including me, everyday everyone used to chit chat with frnds, doing personal calls, especially myself i used to browse, chat, doing personal calls etc etc, , but no one ask me, y bcoz even they are also doing the same but differently,
like this its going on for six months, in this office the main thing which i noticed is groups which are based on thier religion.is reading bible in the office is proffessionalism?is doing prayers everday is proffessionalism?speaking bad and downing the other religious is proffesionalism?speaking in regional, that too slum street language is proffessionalism?
"we need a team that is honest and also hard-working"these are the words told by the management about team, Bcoz of that iam not honest and hardworking, Ms. Rashmi ask me to resign for my job,
These are the questions for the management which they need to answer?
1. If iam not honest, i would not say the truth and facts what happened in the office. Iam the honest person thats y i say the truth about ur people and u were able to keep the cameras and track them and u make them work. am i right r wrong?
(From past so many years u were running the organization in four places and no where cameras is thr, y?u were failed to know the things wht happened in that places, u kept the camera here, y bcoz u realize that the persons were not working in the absence of management, If u feel that u realize, its ur mistake, i make u realize.)
2. If iam not working hard, iam challenging the team and the management, u can see all the records, Iam the one and only person who gave more leads(valid) in the organization in a short time(whether in INFOR r in IBM ).
(Here the main thing is u were 100% failed in extracting work from me.) there are certain measure which the managemnt follows to extract the work from employees.
3.one more real fact, before i was joined in the infor they used t o get a single lead in one week, after they were getting a lead everyday.
If iam not honest and hardworker then who is honest and hardworker in the office?
u mean honest and hardworking - the person who will give all the wrong and useless informations about others and stolen leads from others and old databases and cheating others.
as of my knowledge The TEAM means the MUTUAL understanding, smartwork, if this two will be thr u will get the team wht u want,
BUT in bangalore team, no one is having mutual understanding and they even lack of smartness.then from whr u will get the best team.
but the companys goodluck is they are handled to get more projects, but there is no people in th office who will work on that perfectly.
So iam sujjesting to get the smart and talented people.
The universal talk is Rahul dont know how to interview, before him, one person would take interview, when i attend her, she called me as SIR, i got schoked. after that Rahul, he took interview for 30 mts,
The intersting thing -If any beautiful girl came for interview, Rahul attend her for 45mts - 1hr, i dont know what happens, Every one was waiting for him, and gossiping that what he was doing inside. Mr, Rahul, Your people only gossipping about U.
at the same time, if any guys or any girls who were not pretty, that time Rahul send one Lady to take their interviews Y?This is the question from Your people?
Here one more suggestion,

The next thing which i need to address for every one is
This is about the people who are trying to mislead the company, there are some employees who behave royally, i dont know for y they expose themselves like that, let it be aside, all the office is full of empty vessels, few senior most persons who behave like very good with mangement and behind them they create rumours which is very bad to listen and as well as they gossips about their personals, and the same they will share with new commers,
some more people are there who will create issues by deleting the folders, and so many which i cant tell.
There is one lady who will pass the things for management about her couleges and at the same time she acts too good with her frnds, My dear frnds, find her, she is too dangerous.
Few people are there who is mainly creating nonsense, and tries to eliminate the people like me,
Iam seriously telling one thing for them,
Dont try to cheat others, if u will do that, someone will cheat u, otherwise god is thr who will lookafter.Plz change urs
There are 2 TLs in the office, One is IBM TL, he works hard, he justify for his position and he came up with new things which makes his team to get good results, and at the same time, he baved like a dictator and he thought to rule his team, but its not good, every one is human being, plz dont treat them as slaves, for example, one lady in his team told that she got very bad dreams that she is getting screwed by her TL in dream bcoz of some office work, bcoz of this dictatorship, people loose thier controls in thier life, psychologically they will get depressed and automatically it affects thier family.The bad thing which i saw from him is he shouted at them when every one is thr and they listened all this.see sir its not a good habit, if u feel that u r screwing them and the remaining people will feel happy by seeing that. i hope that some of the people is forcing him to do that, i hope that he will change himself,
Iam not intersted to say about one more TL, Y bcoz nothing is thr to say,

Hi Indumathy, Iam sory to dis, but wht iam going to tell is universal known fact.
first its better to stop taking mock calls and verification. Y bcoz u dont know abt the product and atleast u r not having minimum knowledge abot that.without having knowledge how u will take mock colls, U r a BIG EMPTY VESSEL, if i will take a mock call for u thats it, u tried to imitate Rashmi and u behave like senior most person in organization, u think that we are waste fellow sitting here, iam challenging u if u will start calling to get leads with in one week u will leave the job or Rashmi will kick off u, Have u ever got a single lead, U know the value of a lead, u know how we struggled to get a lead.Iam dam sure that u r not the right person in the chair. Rashmai, The one who knows about the product and who work on that and who got leads form the project and who know the value of lead, he/she must be the right person for that seat. u said that iam an aftral telecaller, u mean to say that i need to do only telecalling, other than that i dont anything i think, if i got a chance i have the capacity and skills to maintain the whole office and clients without ur help.about the team leaders and the verification team, Rashmi can u tell what are the skills they have to be in that respective seat, do u really think that they are justifying thier positions.
Especially for indumathi, plz dont think that u r a genius and other people listen to u are fools.ok otherwise some one will make u a big fool in life, remember that.
Next coming to ADMIN team, Surekha is the great person in the seat, bcoz of there should be so many advantages for the organization at the same she was failed in understanding things and she was unabled to keep the persons in perfact track by taking the feedbacks.
Next Deepthi, i dont know how she become a HR, from HR team i didnt get anything perfectly.And she was very much failed to get the candidates for interviews after giving refferences, have u ever gone through HR conferences, have u know how to search a best profile for the requirements. Iam dam sure u dont know.

Coming to maintainance of the organization, is the management are fullfilling the minimum needs of the employees, when i wear a jeans pant, u people collect 100rs fine, then what abt the management, is the rules only for employees, not for management, u people can wear wht ever u want, but we need to wear wht u like, right, is it ok?
Then is the rules will not applicable for admin siva?he can wear jeans, y like that?is thr any answer for that?
Then coming to saturday meeting, its just time pass for us, i never feel that it gives good result, no one speaks anything, if anyone speaks something there should not be any reaction for that.
Then, if we speaks about the office environment, i feel that its like a jail and we are all criminals, and the jailer, is Rahul, warden is shiva, and senior officers are Aaron, Poornima, what u people think that u r ruling a kingdom of 20 people.

If the environment is good we can work hard and get good results.
if employees feel it as a jail, they will not work they will pretend like working and the results will be bad, the same thing is happening now. Iam suggenting for the warden and senior officers in jail, u plz do ur works first, once u r clean the look after others, instead of doing work the whole day u people r concentrating on others and creating cheap rumours, cheap and very very silly issues in the office and u especially u people are making the environment very bad, let them do work.
This is for BIndu, In initial days u was good with me, after u became head for 2 people u feel that u r the ruler of the organization, is this is goos, or u think that u will be a dictator,

Unfortunately i was come out, anyway now i got settled in good job, if i was thr with u, i will make all of u to work and move in right way, any way i did so many thing to make the environment better but the management was failed to make them perfect which i took into light.

Coming to offfice timing, if people can come after 9.10 halfday salary would get deducted, at the same time when we worked after 6.10 u need to give extra amount and u need to consider as Overtime, am i right?

I am a ex-customer of erfolg and have recommended them for their work in several other places.

Looks like there are many disgruntled staffers who may or may not be correct. But it is apparent to people that the feedback is biased based on what happened to these folks.

I do Not Think customers have anything to do with how erfolg is managed. f results are good, they will support
If the above feedback is correct, rashmi and team need to start and operationalise some best practices and make erfolg better.

If it is NOT, then it may be prodent to place an official answe r to these employees so that any reader gets both sides of stories.

I also think, people doing a character assisination of people, who fed them, is a reflection of their character. They should have left when they found those things and not "find" these tnings when they were asked to leave. It makes their version weak.

All of the ex-staffers must remember that you will carry the company name ion your resume for few years. So if the company earns a bad name, you are not seen as coming from a god backgrouns. please do not harm your own credentials.

A word for "management" : if you know these folks, talk to them and see if there is a credence in what they have said. At the very least, give them a hearing.

hello people..though we do not know each other much but still feel that we can understand on what happened with all of us .i left erfolg in 2008 and was under the impression that i was the only victim but now i realise that i was one amongst you guys.. It has been a disasterous experience and the worst nightmare of my life to work with such and appalling company and if any of the ex employee is in touch with the exisiting employees please inform them that they should not have the food which is given on saturday as a complimentry by this people(RM and DM) or even fruit distribution for that matter as if u guys remember they had started a new natak of training the employees on soft skills and i very well remember that when for the first time the trainer had come for the discussion of soft skill training Rashmi told her that she distributes fruits and keeps lunch on saturday bcoz her employees i.e us, we are all very poor and cannot afford to have food in hotel or cannot even afford to have fruit and that she is doing charity so kindly help others to save themselves from the poison they are having every saturday and rest of it on sum alternate days..they wanted to know each and every thing about each and every employee specifically their weakness. So i believe what ever every individual has written is ofcourse by all means true and justified by all of us so people ...
