You are right Erfolg mumbai sucks. best mismanaged company known to mankind. they will insult you and that is how they pay incentives. when a employee completes 6 months and appraisal time is near they will start getting mistakes one after other even if unnecessary and show that they do not work.
Appraisal money saved. that is how directors of erfolg go for vacations every 2mnts. they will get to your personal life and start telling people about your personal things. they will make story that you have affairs with people in the company which is not wright. they dont pay ppl for 6mnts.
they will have individual breafing after working time and that makes you miss your trainto virar from andheri. they are partial very partial. going to Erfolg Mumbai was the biggest mistake of my life.

The email id used to register the complaint is the company's official id i.e. admin@erfolgcs.com, someone was trying to malign our company name by using all our official ids to register complaint against us, we have written more than a dozen times to you but in vain asking you to contact them and we never got to know that all the ex-employees have been using company ids for this purpose, even have lodged complaints with the cyber police department in Mumbai and they have attempted to connect with you on the subject matter to no co-operation extended from your end mentioning that Indian Laws don’t apply to you. It is unfortunate that you have made space available for people to voice their grievances but don’t bother doing basic checks at your end whether the complaints or grievance is genuine or someone is trying to purposely bring ill repute to our company for no reason at all and to individuals in the organization. Authors have been disrespectful to the dignity of women, they have made racial comments, they have used abusive and derogatory language, they have used swear words, etc and you have actually not taken action on the same from your end after multiple request to you. After writing multiple times to you when you responded saying we need to connect with the authors directly and we attempted registering from our official id to respond to them, we realize that the ids are already registered and the complaints are posted using our ids. Imagine they didn’t even have the courage to register themselves from their own ids, that speaks about them and you have actually encouraged such unethical behavior of miscreants in society. It is unfortunate that you want to provide a platform for the rights of people but actually have infringed on our basic rights. Hope you will let only genuine concerns be posted and addressed on your website as this has been used to spoil individual and company’s reputation.

Shanu, you are not the person who is taking care of me as well, i never harm you in any way, i dont even know who you are. For your kind info, i am very much settled in life without having any problems and tensions. instead of making coments or blaming some one, better think about your fitness and future. if possible let me know can i come to your home or office to learn proper english, check with Honeywell about my designation and performance if required, I may not know anything in system, i have my own enough fields, i wil go work there and earn myself, You no need to worry about my proffession and personal, Still if you have any concerns, let me know i wil lmake you clear, All these type of bad comments on some one will never give peace of mind and piece of bread,

i gave my interview here after one week i got a call by saying i got selected but mean while thank god i got selected for reputed firm where the time is so flexible and other things also very comfort, thank god god really saved me from this company as i heard from my frnd one who is working still here, he used to say how the systems run here and also no proper hr system morning time should be on time but eve is flexible how is this yaar. omg i should one who is out of company are blessed by god.

Thank you sooo much guyss! i was about to join erfolg as i ws called for interview tomorrow that is 20th aug. but i guess god is really great that he made me read this page about erfolg. thank you soo much for sharing your painful experiences at erfolg.. you guyss just saced me from going to such a hell place. Yeah it is the worst company. That stupid Rahul dont know how to talk to employees he is mad. He only listen to that who acts like a team leader but she is not. Umme and Nitya will take count for all the calls they made as leads and they cheat that idiot Rahul. He is a big fool. Those 3 will tell our leads as existing and after 1 week we can see those leads in there name. Deepthi (HR) i will let you know one thing untill that is in that office no one will be working there for more then 3 months.
Thank you all for sharing your experience with this company, its sad to know companies like this do exist... i was supposed to join but now i know what to do... never with this company. Guys dont worry all gets back in this life for all that they do to others... your management guys are also humans and they will get their returns in this life itself with interest... wait and watch

I Totally agree with it 1000%.
I have worked for Erfolg for 4 Months and till the time I have worked with Rashmi (I don't want to gave the real name) she is good with me. but than I want leave for 2 months which she allowed very pleasantly but my day was hell and which I don't want to remember now.
During that time I am very much in need of money so I am doing 2 jobs from 7 to 1 30 with another firm and 2 30 to 11 in Erfolg. Perviously it was told to me that I will get my salary on last day but suddenly what happened don't know and my last day was screwed like hell and I didn't get my salary and they told me I will get it in next day like I am calling each and every day for my salary I was literally cried in front of them when they called me once after waiting for 2 and half hour it was told to me that come after 2 weeks and during that period they have blocked my call as well. and that I have done only for taking 4.5 K I have spent nearly 2K. and that day onwards I have decided not to work with any enterprenuer firm.
Apart from this I have learned very good lessons from Erfolg.
Now I am happy that I working with a very Reputed MNC BANK and don't have to beg for my money don't have to cried for it. and now I am capable of handling all such situations.
Its not that management is bad its just that management have to rely on his own instinct rather than rely on others word.
I have good point as well for company when in 2005 we we're trapped by Mumbai flood Rashmi stays with us she manage the fear of all girls she boosted their confidence it was water all over outside but she manage to get food for us. On next day she took us in her car and arrange cabs for all staffs. Also she make sure all of us reach home safely.
So I think there is good and bad side of everything.
So don't take it as bad we all are free don't cry and move on.
Guys i worked there only for two weeks and i was tortured. thay were not giving me my 2 weeks salary . than i did follow up with tose ### holes dipti and ruchita my so called ing and irritatingg TL. i told them i would go to police an d do a complaint. Izzat se muje mera slary mil gaya. Thay came on line.
Gyan Guru : Your above comment only reflects your mental instability and sickness that even after 7 years you are writing all the above. If you have the courage, I suggest you come across to office and lets talk about the above as writing such nonsense and sickening stuff at regular intervals isn't going to help either of us. Can you explain to me the purpose and what you propose to achieve with all this ?
