We placed an order in early January of 2009. The order number is 314183 and the total is $60.32, taken out of our bank account on 1/10/09. The person that responded to our emails is Wiwat K. (1/28) who did confirmed our order and told us that some of the movies we wanted were not instock and that he/she was going to send as many similar ones as he/she can, plus some free ones selected by eThaiCD for the delay of our order. On 2/24, they said that the order was suppose to arrive on 2/23-2/24. The next day, I emailed them back because we didn't receive the order on 2/24 like they said. When they didn't respond I went to the website and tracked the order using the order number and my husband's email address ([protected]@yahoo.com), which didn't work at all because an error came up instead. I have been emailing them since and have gotten no responses back. I told them I was going to report them again and again and they still didn't respond. I don't think the order was even shipped out because we've ordered here before and was able to track it fine just like other websites. We just want our movies because they have our payment already and it's been more than two months now.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
