Etraveli Group review: Refund pending

I have booked a flight for me and my wife from Bangalore to Dubai through Flightnetwork which is a part of Etraveli group. The flight was Air India. Order id of flight network was MGW95Q and booking reference of airline was KAL23L.
Due to sudden demise of my father in law, we were not in a condition to travel and airline has cancelled the tickets with a full refund.

I have been contacting Flightnetwork for past many days to pass on the refund to me but they seem to be ignorant to my request and seems to be in a plan to eat up my hard earned money.
I request you to kindly help in getting the refund from flight network (part of Etraveli group). All documents as desired by them like passport, death certificate has already been provided but now they are not responding.
