Once again, I gotta say, the company Eureka didn't even bother tryin' to do nothin' to replace the junk vacuum I bought. I mean, seriously, folks, this is a big ol' red flag. So let me tell ya, stay the heck away from 'em!

I gotta say, the customer service at Eureka is just plain awful. And don't even get me started on their vacuums, they're total trash. Whenever something goes wrong, they're quick to come up with a bunch of lies and excuses instead of just replacing the darn thing. It's like they don't even care about their customers. Honestly, this company is the worst!

They were all about doing exchanges, which is great, but here's the thing - they wanted me to send back all of my items. Now, I don't know about you, but I ordered 6 dresses and only received 4. Naturally, I reached out to them via email multiple times to sort out the issue and exchange the missing 2 dresses.
