I did two pilot tests for NES on 5/12 in ***, . They sent me a $75 Amazon voucher as an incentive on 7/12 through email. Sadly, the voucher code they sent had an expiry date of 7/7 (which they mentioned in the email - see attached copy). I tried reaching out to NES via their customer service email on 7/12 and 7/16, but I haven't gotten a response. I would appreciate it if they could provide me with a voucher code that hasn't expired. I called on 7/11, and the customer service told me that I would have to cancel it and get reimbursed. Then, I would have to start the whole process over. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel it on my own because I no longer have the same AMEX. My purse got stolen on 5/14. You need to know the security code for the *** and the number. I was reassured that a supervisor would contact me soon and cancel it for me. However, no one ever did, and today is the test day at 3pm. I urgently need to be reimbursed, and the exam should be cancelled as soon as possible.

As a result, I couldn't proceed with the test. I requested either a refund or to reschedule the test, but my request was denied. I had actually scheduled the test in advance last month, in March, and it was supposed to take place on April 19th. When I reached the testing center, I suddenly realized that my ID was missing. Although I was able to provide alternative forms of identification, I still couldn't proceed with the test. I called the customer service to ask for a refund so that I could reschedule the test myself or have them reschedule it for me, but my request was turned down. The customer service representatives I dealt with were quite unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my happiness and satisfaction as a customer.

Since Pearson VUE was administerin' the test, I was told to contact the Basic Skills agency to get a voucher. A few days after the test (around the 3rd or 4th of August), I contacted 'em, and was told it should take 3-5 business days for someone to email me. I waited a couple more days...no email. Called numerous times and could not get through. Emailed and could not get through. Here we are, 3 weeks later, and I still haven't spoken with anyone 'bout what to do. I would like my $30 back immediately. I will make a career decision on my own. I do not wish to be entangled in this any longer. Give the money back as soon as possible.

I paid for my teaching license test and went to take the test yesterday evening. When I arrived, there were 15 people waiting at the facility and it was not open. So there was a scheduling issue and I needed to get a refund and reschedule my test. I called customer service today and they refused to get a manager on the phone. She also stated there are no managers here today. He put me on hold for over 30 minutes and finally, a manager came on the line. The manager's name was Mary, no customer ID number, no return phone number, and would not give her last name. They stated there is nothing they can do except submit a research request that takes 5 days. The test is required for my job and needs to be rescheduled.

On 02/18, I paid $17:50 for a practice test for the NES Elementary Subtest 1 & 2. Let me tell you, the information they provided was nowhere near helpful in preparing me for those tests. It was a total waste of money.
Then, on 04/19, I decided to give it another shot and paid for the NES Middle Grades Science Practice Test. And guess what? Same story. The information they gave me was completely useless. I don't understand how they can charge so much for something that doesn't even come close to helping you prepare.
Now, let's talk about the test I paid $95:00 for on 01/27. At some point, they told me that I had passed the first test. But guess what? Their records don't show that at all. I've sent them emails asking them to correct it, but no one has bothered to respond. It's incredibly frustrating.
And to make matters worse, I'm still waiting for the results of the test I paid for on 04/19. During the test, I requested medical accommodations for more time, which had been approved by the company in a previous email. But guess what? They refused to give me the accommodations during the test. Can you believe that?
I've sent them three emails and made several calls, but they never got back to me. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Finally, when I did manage to talk to someone after my test last Tuesday, they refused to let me speak to a manager or supervisor to sort everything out. They basically told me there was nothing they could do.
Overall, my experience with Evaluation Systems Group of Pearson has been absolutely terrible. They provide useless information, ignore customer requests, and refuse to address any issues. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
