We bought a used Camry from them in July. Less than 48 hours after buying it the check engine light came on. I contacted them and they sent me to a mechanic who said he patched a cracked hose but it took me taking it to him twice just for him to do that. We found out later he lied and didn't do anything more than try to clear the codes. We finally took it to our mechanic who found an Anti Fouler on the engine and found out the engine needs to be replaced. The car has been sitting, broke down, for over 6 weeks now. We have driven it less than 500 miles total and are now having to buy a new engine for it. Everything Wheels refused to give us a refund on the car or to pay for the new engine.
Desired outcome: I want them to pay for the new engine and install which is going to cost us $3500
Clearly you are just slandering this business for no reason the fact of the matter is it is a used car with no warranty and I assume it's been well over 30 days my suggestion for you moving forward would be to know your laws do your home work despite the fact that I'm sure people bend over backwards for you the customer there will never be any resolve to any issue you have because you have demonstrated on many levels what a horrible nightmare of a customer can be in closing if you require perfection out of a vehicle spend the money you have buy new ! Case closed
