We just used them the second time and we are extremely happy with how easy they make the process. The manager gave us a quote promptly and was fair with pricing . He was great to deal with. Excellent communication with their office. They installers were professional and pleasant. I would recommend them.

Doing business with Isaac and the crew was a great pleasure. Their crew finished the best kitchen remodel I've seen so far. They were able to apply the design I told them with great accuracy. No complaints about their customer service either. I will use their service again next time and recommended to others!

This company was nothing but professional and truly was proactive in helping us last month. Their team remodeled our kitchen within 2 weeks . None of this would have been possible if not for the team's hard work. If you are looking to remodel your home fast, look no further. THIS is the tram you should be going with. My experience was fabulous! The guys from Expert Home worked really hard to complete a full renovation within the time promised. All the workers were masks as I requested. They did the follow up a week after and came to visit us for a minor things we wanted to change (tile and color of painting) We love the kitchen and bathrooms. Good quality and top notch service!

I was extremely satisfied at the finished result. They did a great job remodeling my kitchen. Isaac and his team really know what they are doing, they were very professional and clean. Every day after they would finish up they made sure to clean up after themselves. The end result was excellent and I am super satisfied with my new kitchen. It looks very modern and is very functional also. Thank you !

We highly recommend this team. We had nothing but a positive experience. They started work the day after we got our quote, and within days we had a beautiful new kitchen. They did such a good job that we had them back for a bathroom. As with any construction, there were minor, unavoidable hiccups. Each time they made sure we were happy with the result. Called Friday to set up an appointment for a Monday afternoon and confirmed it, we waited until 7pm and they never showed up or called. Tuesday afternoon they call and said they were on the way for the estimate appointment trying to make it seem we were the ones that messed up the day of appointment. Missed out on a lucrative and big project that costs in the thousands. I'm glad when problems with contractors happen early on then you are not set back.

We decided to have our kitchen remodeled and we got different quotes from about four different companies and this company was overall the best value. Our kitchen designer was amazing and very professional and knowledgeable. Our project manager was very organized and kept us up to date with everything from the beginning to the end. We highly recommend them to whom ever is interested in remodeling their kitchen. Great people and great company to work with. Thank you!

Got contacted by 3 different people for an estimate on my property each trying to outbid the other. Estimate received were verbal and one from a gmail address. I emailed expert builders asking to verify the authenticity and received no response. None of the people giving the estimate talked what exact and how they would do the work but were concentrating more on the company reputation and how well they do the work without technicalities. Did not get a good feel at all.

I did the one thing that a person should never do and that is take the first bid for a job and never getting a 2nd or 3rd bid, shame on me. I took there bid for a new concrete driveway and after having the driveway put in I have found that I probably paid about double what the job was worth. It was a lot of concrete, about 25 yards and there was a 7 man crew that worked it but the fact that it was only a 2 day job is another factor that it was priced to high. The person who bid the job also through in two new garage doors which were insulated and included openers but I know for what I payed they were not a freebee, I payed for them, boy did I.

Amazing work! I am so thrilled with the work that the crew completed in our master bathroom. They totally gutted our bathroom and reconfigured the shower to provide a much needed update. Not only is the bathroom stunning, the quality of workmanship is impeccable, the team were such a pleasure to work with. They are trustworthy, professional and friendly - I know those adjectives are not always associated to contractors but they exemplify those characteristics which make living in a construction zone so much more bearable. They went above and beyond and took care of anything that popped up - which was so impressive and appreciated! I plan on using them again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for work in their home. LOVE it.

Worst company to work with. Overcharging on EVERYTHING. Communication is almost NIL. They couldn't even lay the floor. My husband drew a picture with chalk - the contractor took a picture with his phone and followed along. Sad that an "Expert" doesn't know how to lay vinyl flooring. They kept saying everything had to be "custom built', but the things I picked out were available at a local home improvement store. they spend more than 50% of their time correcting mistakes they make and damage they caused. Originally contracted for both master and guest bathroom - cancelled guest bathroom. I was DONE having them in my house, leaving my door open - bugs and critters etc. and the final straw - left my side gate wide open. I have a pool which opens me p to a helluva a liability lawsuit.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. . DO NOT TRUST THEM. RUN THE OTHER WAY. Many issues with shoddy work. Improper backfill of trenches and prepping for paver work. Improper install, no access to shutoff valve or venting to gas firepit. Having to do work over as not done properly first time. Ruined new fence and pergola with horrible staining job. Had to hire another company to fix it. They contract work out to unlicensed workers and using the company license when putting contract together. Work was to be done in 60-90 days, still wasn't complete 5 months later. Workers wouldn't show, or work 4 hours when they did come to work site. The lead was hiring his family to do work that were inexperienced and made major mistakes. Had to have electrical work redone as they had done not to code. They would ask for more money to continue the project instead of keeping with contract. Contract and emails all said no hidden fees and all materials included. NOT true. We ended up paying for countertops, fire pit insert., light fixtures etc which was an addition to contract. I tried to work with them to finish project but they made so many mistakes and did not trust the work. They made promises and never delivered. I had to hire an attorney and fire them to not allow them back on my property and hire another company to complete and fix all the mistakes made by Expert Home Builders. FYI they are not experts...

If I could give this business not even one star I would...I entered into a contract with this "company's" rep, Ron *** (mind you, this person is not the actual licensed contractor) for exterior work on my home...after so many hours, a start date and arrival time was established and a 10% down payment was given via check...on the start day, the rep and 2 unknowns arrive at my home...mind you, they are over 2 hours late passed *** agreed time...and without a work crew (red flag)...right off the bat there was no apology offered whatsoever for being late...not even a phone call prior...I proceeded to let them know how unprofessionally rude and disrespectful they were...as if my time had no value...so, now one of the "unknowns" is a licensed contractor named *** (so he said)...he gives a meaningless half-butted apology and proceeds to ask me what was my reason for wanting the work done...DUH!...after looking over the potential project, I was told by the "rep" that he would be calling me in about 10 minutes and that their workers would be returning in an hour to start...I now realize that I should have canceled instead (second red flag)...well, at least 45 minutes or so later, this "rep" calls and tells me that the business the company gets its supplies from was closed for the day so they will have to CANCEL THE CONTRACT...he even mentioned the start of a new contract for the following week...WOW...not only were they unprofessional but very bad liars as well...since I was NOT given an honest explanation for the cancelation, I have but my own conclusion to make...the overall evaluation of this conundrum was that the contractor looked at the job and determined that the rep under charged...not to mention the tongue lashing they received for being late to my home...and it took almost 2 weeks before my deposit was returned...this company exhibits a prime example of how business ethics have badly deteriorated...
CONSUMER BEWARE!

Warning! DO NOT HIRE EXPERT HOME BUILERS OR CLEAR HORIZON HOME SOLUTIONS. I hired this company even their price is at the high end of the quotations. The project Manager Liam seams to honest but do not be fooled by all the promises especially if they are not specifically written up on the contract. But I don't know if they would even write the false claims and promises. So BEWARE do not hire this company. Let me share my experience: -What was promised that I will not lift a finger with this.. and my only responsibility was to pay them the contract amount and pay the necessary finishings. BUT this was a lie! I had to worry all from the supplier of the french door to cabinets. -I was promised that the design that I approve will be the the one they will follow bur not true, project manager Liam made changes on the plan without my approval. Too late to back out. -The 3 wk work became 8 weeks work, this is because they will only work 2-4 hours in a day or not show up. Later I found that their working on 2 different jobs at the same time. -they are always late and cannot commit to the schedule they made. -My entire house was mess because they did not seal the work area. -Paint was re-done and re-done because of the lousy work, that cause more delays. -Counter top work is lousy! -Stucco and Paint seems to be done my inexperience person. -My newly installed french door wont close because of the installation error. They had to re-do it over and over, this is constant argument with project manager Liam who claims I am just making it difficult. How can you say that... when your customer's new door that you installed won't closed not open depending on the temperature. -QA person IZZY, you would think will make sure quality of work , don't even hope, it does not matter how much you complain about the lousy work they will just brush you off.. -My newly installed paver was ruined with all the stain paint. Bottom line.. find a different contractor. Do not hire EXPERT HOME BUILERS OR CLEAR HORIZON HOME SOLUTIONS. Not worth the money! Too much headache.
