I recently bought a glass salad bowl from Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore (ezbuy.sg) and I was really disappointed with my experience. When the package arrived, the bowl was completely shattered into pieces. I was really upset because I was looking forward to using it for my upcoming dinner party.

What really bothered me was that the bowl was only wrapped in a piece of paper. There was no bubble wrap or any other kind of protection to keep it safe during shipping. I think this is really careless on the part of Ezbuy and they should take more care when packaging fragile items.

To make matters worse, I tried to leave a comment on their website about my experience, but I couldn't find a way to do so. I also sent an email to their customer service team, but I never received a response. This is really frustrating because I feel like my concerns are not being heard.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore. The lack of care taken when packaging items and the poor customer service make for a really bad shopping experience. I hope they can improve in the future and take more care with their customers' orders.

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore Ezbuy Review: Disappointing Experience Buying a Bike, Would Recommend Taobao Instead

Yo, so we decided to give Ezbuy a try for buying a bike. Gotta say, it was a pretty bad experience. We'd recommend checking out other sites like Taobao instead.

The bike we bought was supposed to come with a free gift pack, and the Ezbuy staff even confirmed it with us on the online chat before we made the purchase. They even took our order number to make sure we got the gift pack.

But when the bike arrived, there was no gift pack to be found. We reached out to Ezbuy and all they said was, "We've told the department about it, and we're trying to fix the info on the site."

Honestly, we're pretty disappointed. We hope Ezbuy can make sure their merchants actually follow through on what they advertise, so other people don't get screwed over too. It's not cool to promise something and then not deliver.

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore Stay Away from EZBuy Online Shopping Singapore: A Terrible Experience with Damaged Furniture and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, EZBuy Online Shopping Singapore (ezbuy.sg) is the worst online platform I've ever seen. I bought a furniture from them and when it arrived, it was badly damaged. I reached out to their customer service and they sent me another piece, but it was also badly damaged. Their solution was for me to use a spanner and try to repair it myself. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they only offered me $15 as a token, which is less than 10% of what I paid.

After going back and forth with them, they finally agreed to give me a partial refund, but only after citing their terms and conditions.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend EZBuy to anyone. There are so many other e-commerce platforms out there like Lazada and Shopee that are much more reliable and actually honor their mistakes. If there are any issues, they will provide you with refunds without any questions asked.

I will never spend another cent on EZBuy again. They are not a trustworthy company and I urge everyone to stay far away from them.

I recently had an experience with Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore (ezbuy.sg) that left me feeling quite disappointed. I came across an item that was being sold for about S$200 elsewhere, but was advertised on Ezbuy for only S$99. I quickly registered for an account and started the buying process. The normal delivery charge was about $25, but I noticed that if I bought the $99 yearly membership, my delivery charges would drop to S$2.99. So, I decided to go for it and paid S$99 + S$99 for the membership.

However, a few days later, I received an urgent email from Ezbuy stating that the item was actually S$230+ and I needed to top up another S$130+. I was quite disappointed and frustrated with this sudden change in price, so I decided to cancel my order and buy the item elsewhere for a lesser amount.

Unfortunately, this left me stuck with a S$99 yearly membership that I didn't really need anymore. I felt like I had been scammed into buying the membership, as the advertised price of the item was not accurate. To make matters worse, it has been months since I requested a refund of my S$99 membership fee, but I have yet to receive it back into my credit card after sending in a request to withdraw from my Ezbuy Wallet.

Overall, my experience with Ezbuy was not a positive one. I felt like I was misled by the advertised price of the item and the membership fee, and the lack of communication and delay in refunding my money has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would caution others to be careful when shopping on Ezbuy and to double-check the prices and terms before making any purchases.

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore (ezbuy.sg) is a company that many consumers have had negative experiences with. It seems that they do not value trust and honesty when dealing with their customers, especially during the pandemic situation. While slight delays are understandable, consumers cannot understand missing unknown facts about the whereabouts of what they paid for.

One customer paid for an expensive Air Shipping service, but it did not arrive. After waiting for 2 days, they called upon ezbuy to check on the status of their order. They were told that there was a flight delay and that it would arrive 2 days later. However, when they used the "live chat" platform to check for status again, they were told that there would be another delay of 3-4 days. When they asked for the forecasted ETA, they were told that the parcel had been misplaced and that they were buying time.

This kind of irresponsibility is unacceptable and displays a lack of concern for their customers. It is clear that they do not value their business and are not interested in providing quality service. It is important for consumers to be aware of these issues before making a purchase from ezbuy.sg.

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore Ezbuy.sg Review: Terrible Service and Atrocious Shopping Experience

I recently had an experience with ezbuy.sg and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I ordered some items two weeks ago and the seller has not even dispatched them yet. I was quite disappointed with the service and decided to contact the help center for assistance. However, the response I received was not helpful at all. In fact, the representative was quite rude to me. I was hoping to cancel my order and try another platform, but I was informed that I still have to wait for the seller to cancel.

What's more, the money I paid for the items was not even credited back to my card. Instead, it was placed in my "wallet" on ezbuy. I found this to be quite inconvenient as I had to go through the hassle of withdrawing the money. I was really disappointed with the service and the overall shopping experience.

To make matters worse, the date range of arrival indicated on my shipment was apparently "for customer's reference" and they stated that it may not reach within that time frame. I found this to be quite misleading and frustrating. Why even put an arrival range if you're not going to live up to it?

In conclusion, I would not recommend ezbuy.sg to anyone. The service was terrible and the shopping experience was atrocious. I was so disgusted with the whole experience that I don't even think it deserves a single star.

Well, let me tell you, my experience with Ezbuy was a complete disaster! I was excited to try out this online shopping platform, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I placed an order and made the payment, only to be asked for extra shipping fees later on. Can you believe it? I was shocked and appalled by this ridiculous behavior. How can any vendor ask for more money after a full payment transaction is done? It's simply unacceptable!

I immediately cancelled my order and reached out to their customer service team to express my concerns. However, the response I received from their customer service officer, Fiona, was extremely disappointing. She used the same standard reply template in all her emails to me, without even addressing my concerns. This is not the kind of service I expected from a reputable online shopping platform like Ezbuy.

To make matters worse, they even forfeited the voucher I used in the transaction. Since the order was cancelled due to the vendor's unreasonable conduct, the voucher should have been deemed as "used". But instead, they refused to refund me the voucher. This is simply unacceptable and shows that they don't value their customers at all.

Overall, my experience with Ezbuy was a complete disaster. I was conned into making payment for the items, only to be asked for more money later on. Their customer service was extremely poor, and they refused to refund me the voucher even though it was their fault for the cancellation of the order. I would not recommend Ezbuy to anyone and will definitely not be using their services again.

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore Ezbuy Review: Unhelpful Customer Service and Delayed Shipments

If you're thinking of using Ezbuy for your online shopping needs, I would advise you to think twice. In my experience, they are not very helpful when it comes to resolving issues that customers face. Let me tell you my story.

I ordered a sofa set from Taobao and had it sent to Ezbuy Shanghai on December 23, 2021 for sea shipment to Singapore. The parcels were received by Ezbuy Shanghai and updated in their system as a total of 7 parcels. They asked me to pay the freight charges and GST through the Ezbuy app, which I did. To ensure that the shipment was correct, I got back to the seller to confirm if there were indeed 7 parcels, and the seller confirmed that there were.

On January 12, 2022, I received all 7 parcels and happily assembled the wooden sofa. However, I soon realized that something was missing - the rubber cushion seats and seat covers were left out. I contacted the seller, and they informed me that a total of 8 parcels were shipped to Ezbuy Shanghai. They contacted the person in charge in Shanghai, and the latter started to send the parcel of cushions to me on January 12, 2021. Unfortunately, my hope of having a new sofa for Chinese New Year was shattered without the cushions.

I tried to communicate with Ezbuy's customer service representatives at least 4 times through live chat with Khaixuan, Tiffany, and others, regarding the extra shipment cost and the delay caused by their receiving end. I even requested to speak to their manager, Allan, for an explanation, but to no avail. Even though the CSR promised that Allan would return my call after several "promises," he never did.

From my experience, it seems that Allan tends to ignore the issues raised by customers like me and never returns calls or emails. Therefore, I would advise you to avoid using Ezbuy if you're currently wanting to ship anything from overseas. They are a bunch of talk only and never really want to help you as a customer to resolve issues that you face.

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore Disappointed with ezbuy's Poor Delivery Service and Compensation for Lost Parcel

I've been using ezbuy for a good 5 years now and I must say, their service used to be top-notch. However, my recent experience with them has left me quite disappointed. I had ordered some stuff from Under Armour which cost me a whopping US$144. I was supposed to pick up my parcel on 7th July at 3:15 pm at a HDB block near my house. However, the driver came in late around 3:20 pm and asked us to wait for another 15 minutes. After that, he drove away with the truck. There were about 30 people in the queue, all waiting to pick up their online shopping parcels, and we were all wearing surgical masks under the hot sun. Due to Covid, most of us were working from home during this period and had to wait for 30 minutes, but still, there was no sign of the driver. I was forced to join my conference call from the queue outside the HDB block. Finally, around 4 pm, the driver returned and told us that he had lost all the parcels because he did not close the truck door properly. All the parcels had fallen out of the truck while he was driving. He tried to drive back to the route and locate the parcels, but it was all in vain.

I was quite upset and called ezbuy SG hotline immediately. The customer service representative asked me to send all my receipts to their customer service email address and claim the damages. It took me about an hour to gather all the relevant AWB details, receipts, etc., and draft the email. Their customer service replied that they would try to locate my parcel, which would take more than a week. Then, she replied and told me that ezbuy would compensate me SG$100 for the lost parcel. I was quite shocked and disappointed at the same time. The loss of the parcel was due to poor training or bad delivery service from ezbuy, and they made me wait for so long, calling them multiple times, and at the end, they only wanted to compensate me SG$100, which was half of what I had paid for the parcel.

I called their SG CS hotline again, and they said they would ask their manager to call me back. It was last Thursday, 16th July, and until today, 21st July, I still haven't received a call from anyone from ezbuy. I used to like their service and had recommended it to many friends, but now I am very disappointed with the way they are handling the lost parcel. I hope they take this matter seriously and compensate me fairly for the loss.

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore Lost/Missing package in Singapore Warehouse

My package was not updated as I have forgotten to trace it.

As Ezbuy has cut off the phone , online chat and left with email support

Email support took 10 hrs to respond, giving fairy tales to bluff you that item is in Singapore warehouse and forgot to update. Then gave you an excuse the overwhelming cargoes. Promise you all sorts of lies that your package is safe and their duty to ensure all packages are safe

Lastly informed you that they have tried their best to search which I confirmed they never did because they are lazy.

I am not letting this matter rest and I will post in social media to expose them

Desired outcome: Make them out of business as Ezbuy is black sheep of logistics company

Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore Affordable and Convenient: My Experience with Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore

I was so pissed off. But then, I decided to give Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore another chance. And I'm glad I did!

I ordered a few items from their website and the process was super easy. I didn't have any trouble navigating the site and finding what I needed. The prices were also very reasonable, which was a huge plus.

The shipping was also pretty fast. I received my items within a week, which was faster than I expected. The packaging was also very secure and my items arrived in perfect condition.

One thing I did notice was that some of the descriptions on the website were a bit confusing. It was hard to tell exactly what I was getting with some of the items. But, I was able to figure it out eventually.

So, I was shopping on Ezbuy.sg and I gotta say, it was a pretty decent experience. I ordered a bunch of stuff and most of it arrived in a timely manner. So, I was trying to buy something from Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore (ezbuy.sg) and I made the payment. But then, they emailed me to say that the item was out of stock. I was pretty disappointed, to be honest. I mean, why did they even let me make the payment if they didn't have the item in stock?

Anyway, they said that they would refund me, but the process was a bit of a hassle. I had to log into my account and fill in this form that was kind of stupid, to be honest. And then, I had to provide my bank details, which made me a bit nervous. I mean, I don't really like giving out my bank details online, you know?

And then, I had to wait 7 days for the result. I mean, come on, 7 days? That's a bit too long, don't you think? I mean, I understand that they need some time to process the refund, but 7 days seems a bit excessive.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience using Ezbuy Online Shopping Singapore. My partner and I decided to sign up for their prime service, but it ended up being a total letdown. Throughout our entire prime account period, they made mistake after mistake and didn't seem too interested in helping us out when we had problems.

One of the biggest issues we had was with an item we ordered that turned out to be totally not returnable. Instead of just admitting their mistake and taking responsibility for it, they tried to offer us some compensation that honestly didn't really make up for the fact that we were stuck with a product we didn't want or need.

Another time, they straight up missed one of our parcels and it took them a whole week to even find it in their warehouse. And even after they finally located it, they still used slow shipping to resend it to us. Like, come on, guys. That's just not acceptable.
