BNL Media Rock and Roll Jukebox

I have played 6 of the CD's up to now. Every one has hiccup's, you can't listen without these constant pause's/hiccups.
When I went onto BNL media survey. IT IS RIGGED, it only allows 5*, you cant put in your own imput.
If you don't respond to this complaint within 24 hrs I will initiate a complaint to my local Trading Standards reporting faulty goods supplied.

BNL Media Product not received, no calls or emails responded to

Order placed online, delivery 14 to 21 days. Payment taken no goods delivered. Called customer services who said that head office would be in touch, no response. To date all emails ignored, only thing happening is that my phone bill to customer services is going up. This company deserves the title of "Rogue Trader" A warning to anyone considering responding to the TV ad is don't do it

Partner ordered a product from this company from a tv ad. product was never recieved, but an invoice sent Invoice stated that he had elected to pay by cheque. My partner does not have a cheque account...which was clearly stated at the time of the order. I am my partner's carer. He does not have the ability to see a scam when it happens. If I recieve any more mail from this company I shall be informing the police and trading standards! Oh...When I tried to phone the company, the number had been discontinued.

BNL Media Bad Service - no refund

I was searching for the "Easylift" product and was on the BNL Media site. I checked the price and then went through to where they give you the final price. I did not like the price of P&P so I exited out of the site.
That day I received a confirmation of my order. I immediate wrote an email saying that I did not order, as I had not pressed the final button to confirm the order.
They did not reply. Now they waited deliberately so that they could remove the money from the account that day, and then said that the goods were dispatched.
They say on their website that they do not take any money until the goods are dispatched.
I wrote another email, and another. They still did not reply.
I then called their contact number in Customer Service and the young lady I spoke to with an Indian accent, was quite rude and said that I did order the goods.
By then it had been 8 days and I still did not have any goods. She then told me that I have to allow 10 working day.
I still do not have any goods, as they will not refund the money until I send back the goods, and I still do not have the goods to send back.
Keep away from this company. My husband said he had a similar experience with them, but I didn't know that he had used them previously, as I would not have used them.

BNL Media Stay away

My wife ordered micro shaver for £29.99, but they took 2 transactions: one for £39, 95 and one for £89.95. Then they said we applied for a year subscription, but we never did it. Stay away!

BNL Media They're crooks, stay away from them

I'm stupid enough to buy stuff from tv ads. for my hubby's birthday i bought him the microforce and what a rip off! received a damaged product, managed to get it changed 3 months later after god knows how many phone calls with their customer people and to make matter worse they gave my details to some discount club that i got charges 100 pounds for. they're crooks, stay away from them.

In January 2013 I ordered a product from bnlmedia (a company I had used before). Worried about ordering from a TV shopping channel on line due to having to provide so much private information I telephoned my order through. Nice chap took the order - short phone call - product ordered and delivered within a week. I was happy. I was not happy to find that in February 20013 a rip-off company called Poundsaver/Classic Living (who I found out later ran some kind of discount shopping voucher club) took £89.95 out of my bank account. I went immediately to my bank to be told this same company had taken 2 small amounts of £1.60 each in January (obviously testing the waters to see if the payment went through). They also took £39.95 in March. After huge problems in contacting this company I got through eventually and got them to confirm they would cancel my 'membership' and return my money - which hopefully will come through in the next 10 days! I also found out that bnlmedia passed my personal bank debit card details onto this company in January when I placed my order with them. I cannot believe that they are allowed to do this as they just opened the door to my bank account and in walked the rip-off company and stole money out of my account as they provided me with no goods or services or vouchers or anything. BE WARNED IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM BNLMEDIA in case they do the same thing to you - Maureen
