Stay far away from Skatetek!
I've purchased some skateboard parts from Skatetek and they said that I'll get my order in 4 weeks. Quite a long time but I was ok with that.
So, four weeks passed and nothing arrived so I contacted Skatetek customer service in order to get some information about my order and they said that things I ordered were not in stock so I have to wait another four weeks to get them. That was not funny and I was not ready to wait such a long time, so I asked them to cancel my order and they said sure.
Order was never cancelled and items were never received. I spoke to many different people from Skatetek and they all said different things.
Still haven't received my order and I doubt that I ever will.
The company hasn't sent the order and refused to return the money
We bought electric skateboard from www.skatetek.com. It should be a present for our son, but we still haven’t received the order. We have opened the dispute and tried to return the whole sum back, but PayPal still tried to solve the issue. The company got our payment and did nothing in order to ship our skate. Total scam, so please avoid the company and share your view about it.
OH AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED LIKE YOU SAY, PLEASE PROVIDE INVOICE OR PAYMENT RECEIPT AS PROOF BEFORE TYPING BS, YOU GUYS ARE THE SCAMMERS HERE

This is definitly a scam. For those of you who are not aware skatetek.com and electraskate.com are operated by the same scammer. Avoid buying anything online from this company and save your money. Check out this paid link http://beforeitsnews.com/press-releases/2016/04/electraskate-com-launches-models-of-innovative-electric-skateboard-2947993.html...skatetek.com and electraskate are owned by the same scammer Alvin. Be aware of this guy a real scammer.
