Quick but hoped for more of a discount
The delivery and process was very fast and easy. I had no worry that my gift would would get here in time for my mother. I was disappointed that the discount wasnt bigger for cyber monday. It did basically eliminate shipping which was cool but I saw a lot of websites for other goods that had much bigger discounts. I still purchased from here because I heard good things about the site and dodnt want to risk getting a cheap product but I would appreciate a better deal next time.

I was so absolutely thrilled when I checked this site and found Maja. It was given to me as a gift when I was in my teens. I am now in my 60's and always remembered Maja but never saw it again until now. Just received my order of the perfume and lotion and it is wonderful! Price was great, sizes of products great and shipping was quick. Looking forward to ordering the powder, soaps and body wash as well as other perfumes. Scent Split
+++BEWARE+++I purchased my first decant of Oud For Greatest from Scent Split. The fragrance was excellent. The performance was top notch. Longevity was 24 hrs. and projection for hrs. I received compliments all day. the fragrance filled the room. so, I decided to get a larger decant. As soon as I unwrapped the decant, I knew something was wrong. The was no smell of frag, though the optimizer. I sprayed four times on my clothes. Within an hour, the fragrance was gone. No projection at all. So, beware +++THEY WILL WHEEL YOU IN++ with the ordinal scent, then when you send more money for a larger decant, they weaken the decant. The color was not even the same. ++PURE TRASH++ I ordered another fragrance the same time I ordered this one. I will be sending it back before I even unwrap it. I will be telling all the people about Scent Split that liked the frag, that day, NOT TO TRUST Scent Split

I placed $188.83 order and never received my order and they refused to replace or refund my money.
I usually order from FragranceNet.com a EXCELLENT PLACE but silly me, trying to save less than $20 and bought from this fraud company. I was lied too over & over for almost 2 months about a claimed they never put in a claim with the USPS. I spoke with the USPS states this company never took out a claim with them or took full insurance coverage out on my package and they will only cover $100 of my $188.83 and this company refuse respond to why they did not insured the full price of the money I gave them and all they say is the USPS is responsibility for the full amount. Every time I called & spoked with them over 20 times & each time I given a different lie. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOU MONEY...there are so many good online perfume companies, but this is not one.
They lied on the USPS and gave me a fake claim# 8825235, when USPS states that is not their claim#.

Perfume.com Review: Beware of Fake Products and Fraudulent Claims
This website is not worth your time or money. I recently purchased two perfumes from Perfume.com, Marc Jacobs Decadence and Jessica Simpson Fancy Love, and they turned out to be fake! I was so disappointed because I thought I was getting a good deal, but instead I got ripped off. The Marc Jacobs perfume didn't have a magnetic top like it should have, and both scents were weak and faded away in just a few minutes. I know they're fake because I've had both of these perfumes before from MACYS and they were much stronger and lasted longer.
I don't recommend this website to anyone who wants authentic products. They lie and say they sell authentic products, but they don't. It's a complete fraud! Disappointed with Perfume.com: Misleading Advertising and Small Bottle Size
I recently purchased a 7ml bottle of Jean Claude Gautier from Perfume.com for $19.00. I've been using this Colonie for over 20 years and was surprised to see such a small bottle. I mean, what am I supposed to do with it? I could have gone to JC Penny or Macy's and gotten a bigger bottle for the same price. It's not like I wanted to be ripped off. I could have even ordered a bigger bottle from Wish, but it would have taken a month to arrive.
The thing that really bothers me is that the site advertised a larger bottle, but what I received was not what was advertised. It's like they knew people wouldn't buy it if they knew the truth. I feel like I've been cheated and I won't be doing business with them again. I'm going to make sure that everyone knows how petty this company is.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Perfume.com. I expected better from them and I feel like they let me down. I hope that they can improve their customer service and be more honest with their advertising in the future.

I recently joined Perfume.com and was pretty happy with my first order. However, my second order never made it to my doorstep. I was pretty upset and frustrated when I checked the delivery information and saw that it was delivered to a completely different city. I tried to contact customer support multiple times to get this sorted out, but I never received a response. I even sent them my delivery receipts as proof, but still no response. It was a $50 bottle of perfume, so I was pretty disappointed. I don't think I'll be recommending Perfume.com to anyone and I'm definitely going to cancel my account. Terrible Experience with Perfume.com: Lost Order and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Perfume.com. I placed an order on December 18th, 2019 for a whopping $180.53, but I never received my order. I called the company a few times to try and figure out what was going on, and finally got a response on December 25th. They told me that my item was delivered at the front door or porch at 3:08 pm on December 19th, 2019. But get this - I was home with my husband on that day, and nobody rang the bell or anything. What gives?
I mean, seriously, why can't they just direct the carrier to deliver instead of dropping it on the street? It's not like I live in the middle of nowhere or anything. Now I'm out of both my purchase and my money. I had to file a claim with USPS and Paypal just to try and get some kind of resolution. Do I really need this kind of aggravation for my hard-earned cash?
I gotta say, I'm really disappointed in Perfume.com. It's their responsibility to make sure that I receive my merchandise, especially when I'm shelling out that kind of dough. Perfume.com Review: Terrible Shipping Experience and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I bought something from Perfume.com more than a month ago and it was a real hassle. They picked some courier company that didn't even try to deliver my package. I was home all day and there's a concierge in the lobby, but no package was delivered. I tried to get in touch with the shipping company six times and they never even bothered to respond.
I had to deal with this lady named Ces from Customer Service for over a month. She tried to get the company to deliver the package, but they just wouldn't do it. Finally, I asked for a refund. They gave me back everything except for the shipping fees and taxes, which was $16 CAD. I asked to talk to a supervisor because why should I have to pay for shipping when the courier didn't even try to deliver the package?
Honestly, this whole thing was a complete and utter scam. I wouldn't recommend buying from Perfume.com if you want to actually receive your package.
Terrible Experience with Perfume.com: Poor Shipping, Customer Service, and No Refund
I had a pretty bad experience with Perfume.com. My first order was over $126, but it was returned and I didn't get a refund. The server they used was USPS, and the box had large holes in it. The lid was flat and could be accessed by anyone. It was completely destroyed, which was really disappointing since I had ordered gifts.
I decided to give them another chance and ordered one item for $81. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days with priority mail, but it took 6 days to arrive. Overall, it's been pretty awful. I think I should receive a gift discount or something to make things better.
To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. I spoke to a very nasty young lady who should not be working with the public. I requested that management call me back as soon as possible, but they never did. I didn't feel respected at all and was treated like trash. It was really disappointing.
I definitely won't be recommending Perfume.com to anyone, and I'll make sure that people I deal with don't use this company. It's not worth it to deal with a company that treats their customers so poorly.
Disappointed with Recent Changes at Perfume.com: Limited Options, Sold-Out Products, and Price Hikes
I've been buying from Perfume.com for a while now, and I have to say, I'm not too happy with the recent changes they've made. I got an email from them saying that they've been recognized by some big magazine or website or something, and now they're going to raise their prices. I mean, come on, really? Just because they got some recognition, they think they can charge more? That's not fair to us loyal customers who have been with them for a while.
And it's not just the prices that have changed. They used to have a lot more options for perfumes, but now they've taken off half of the titles that you can order. And they don't even let you order Pride anymore, which is just ridiculous. And half the time, they're sold out of what you need to order for your subscription, so you end up getting something else sent to you. That's not what I signed up for.
And now they want to raise the price? No way. I canceled my subscription as soon as I got that email. I don't think it's right for them to raise prices on customers who have been with them for over a year and a half. If they want to charge the same amount as Sunbird, I might as well go to Sunbird and get the real scents.

I gotta say, I'm not impressed with Perfume.com at all. I mean, sure, their prices are pretty good, but that's only because they don't seem to care about their customers or their employees. I had a real nightmare of an experience with them recently. They messed up the address on my package, so it got sent back to them. Please look into my recorded phone call I made to customer service. Please either have a supervisor call me or email me after the phone call I made to you is reviewed. The lady I spoke with was rude, talked over me like a recorded robot and she just didn't care. I did not mean to sign up for 3 subscriptions a d I didn't know I did. I don't know your website to realize that and I apologize. I don't go on your website very much unless I want to purchase a certain perfume not a sample. Can't you see I have a account before putting me down again for another subscription or make it easier to order a certain bottle of perfume? Can't you have a professional service representative that is not reading off of a script and want let me talk? I am going to copy and paste this message and it will go on your review page for other customers to take Caution that looking at the website can cause another subscription to be charged to their account and a email or a phone call not sent to customer to let them know they were going to be charged but instead your banking transactions every month has you up to 3 subscriptions and why? More money a rip off take precaution before you order from this company that don't even have a supervisor you can speak with instead customer care tells you their unavailable and don't know when they will be available to explain to me why I am getting 3 samples a month and being charged when I only signed up for one and never onerealized I signed up for 3 of them like customer care said. I don't mind returning the samples but please explain to me how I signed up for more then one because not knowing I thought they sent a extra one stating they were out if the one sample they were suppose to have sent and they apologized and my transaction show they charged my account again. The customer care talks back at you taking no blame it is all my fault and for what? She couldn't explain and kept reading off of a script to me like a recorded robot and she kept on talking overriding me so I couldn't talk. Customer care, what care? They don't care about your questions and they read a script. I hope everyone else has a better experience then me. I felt this needed to be shared with all customers. Just take every precaution and check your banking transactions every month because you never can tell if they charged you again.

Price Increase for Climat Perfume - A Longtime User's Review
I been using Climat since 1969. A buddy of mine brought it back for me from Thailand. I bought it in France, Mexico, USA and many countries in Europe over the years. I never seen such a dramatic price increase here or anywhere. Your price, not that long ago, was in the $40+ range and now is in the $70+ range after discount. You been my "go to" place for a long time when I needed to replenish my "back stock" of Climat, my signature fragrance. Please bring the price back in line, as it was before. I don't want to have to go somewhere else to get my perfume. I love the smell of Climat and I don't want to have to change it. I hope you can help me out with this.
Unethical business practice
Perfume.com. When you select a product, they show the price and say "To get 20%, you enter your email address." Today, I did for a few products, they didn't give me any discount, show the same price that I saw before I gave them my email address.
This is unethical. Now and on, they'll continue sending me their ads through my email. Very nice, Mr. Crook.

My friend told me about www.perfume.com website and I decided to give it a try. Ordered a perfume as a present for a family member and after I paid I got a payment confirmation.
Waited for my perfume but nothing showed up and when I contacted customer service they said that my order was canceled because they were unable to process it. I did not ask the details, only asked about when was it cancelled and they said about two days after I placed it. So I guess these guys were too busy and couldn't find time to send me a message. I'm amazed.
I asked for a refund and later received the money. I'm very disappointed with low quality service and have no idea what was that what my friend liked about this site. In my opinion these people are highly unprofessional and there are better stores to deal with. Not impressed.
