Perfume.com Quick but hoped for more of a discount

The delivery and process was very fast and easy. I had no worry that my gift would would get here in time for my mother. I was disappointed that the discount wasnt bigger for cyber monday. It did basically eliminate shipping which was cool but I saw a lot of websites for other goods that had much bigger discounts. I still purchased from here because I heard good things about the site and dodnt want to risk getting a cheap product but I would appreciate a better deal next time.

Perfume.com Maja

I was so absolutely thrilled when I checked this site and found Maja. It was given to me as a gift when I was in my teens. I am now in my 60's and always remembered Maja but never saw it again until now. Just received my order of the perfume and lotion and it is wonderful! Price was great, sizes of products great and shipping was quick. Looking forward to ordering the powder, soaps and body wash as well as other perfumes. Thank you so much for carrying these items and at such an affordable price! I highly recommend your site.

Perfume.com Love this site ever since I have known about it

Love this site ever since I have known about it. Haven't bought perfume for myself or anyone else anywhere else since I've known about perfume.com. I have bought my husbands cologne off of here as well & wouldn't buy it no other place. The prices are great & beat the malls prices out. I even found 2 perfumes that I haven't seen sice the 90's on here that I can't find in stores so this site is awesome & the shopping is so easy from home & I am saving on gas, but the prices r unbeatable. Thanks Perfume.com for having a wonderful site!

I had a very pleasant experience looking through all the perfumes. Absolutely adore that there is so many to choose from.

Well I kind of didn't think that the order that I placed had gone through because my phone's been acting up because I spilled tea in it. But I was very pleased to discover that perfume.com figured out my intentions. And I received my two Tommy Bahama fragrances within a timely manner. I had no hassle whatsoever. I have been shopping with perfume.com for well over a year now and I have always been pleased with my products and service.

Perfume.com They have it all

Does not matter which brand or which specific fragrance you are looking for, these guys have it! The array is really impressive for authentic perfumes, so they cater to a lot of different tastes and preferences, good to remember these guys when its buying gifts time. Aside from that, the website is really easy to browse and the pricing is absolutely not ridiculous too. This one went in my bookmark a long time ago and a reliable source for gifts and treating myself ever since. The orders are always well packaged and in great condition, so you don't have to worry about nothing.

You were the only one that had laila and these are gifts and the people I gave them too said they loved it and I like it also but I wanted some angel Angel I love because it's sprayed on in morning and at dry cleaners they love it I don't go out when I first spray it on but after 20 minutes everyone loves it.my first bottle was a gift from a friend that was in Paris and he told me he forgot he put the card in his shirt pocket and he and another were walking and he said what is that I smell and the girl said you put that in your pocket and pulled it out and said I had go back to that store get my friend a bottle.So he was adamant about don't freshly spray it and work from 10 a.m. til 10 p.m. and at 10 at night I was still getting compliments on it but first spray he hated it but after a while he loved it but I don't know how tell people to put it on before you get dressed for the day and when you get where you're it's awesome

Perfume.com Scent Split

+++BEWARE+++I purchased my first decant of Oud For Greatest from Scent Split. The fragrance was excellent. The performance was top notch. Longevity was 24 hrs. and projection for hrs. I received compliments all day. the fragrance filled the room. so, I decided to get a larger decant. As soon as I unwrapped the decant, I knew something was wrong. The was no smell of frag, though the optimizer. I sprayed four times on my clothes. Within an hour, the fragrance was gone. No projection at all. So, beware +++THEY WILL WHEEL YOU IN++ with the ordinal scent, then when you send more money for a larger decant, they weaken the decant. The color was not even the same. ++PURE TRASH++ I ordered another fragrance the same time I ordered this one. I will be sending it back before I even unwrap it. I will be telling all the people about Scent Split that liked the frag, that day, NOT TO TRUST Scent Split

Perfume.com Do not trust or buy from this company!

I placed $188.83 order and never received my order and they refused to replace or refund my money.

I usually order from FragranceNet.com a EXCELLENT PLACE but silly me, trying to save less than $20 and bought from this fraud company. I was lied too over & over for almost 2 months about a claimed they never put in a claim with the USPS. I spoke with the USPS states this company never took out a claim with them or took full insurance coverage out on my package and they will only cover $100 of my $188.83 and this company refuse respond to why they did not insured the full price of the money I gave them and all they say is the USPS is responsibility for the full amount. Every time I called & spoked with them over 20 times & each time I given a different lie. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOU MONEY...there are so many good online perfume companies, but this is not one.

They lied on the USPS and gave me a fake claim# 8825235, when USPS states that is not their claim#.

THEY ARE A LYING DECEITFUL COMPANY!

Perfume.com Unhappy customer

Please look into my recorded phone call I made to customer service. Please either have a supervisor call me or email me after the phone call I made to you is reviewed. The lady I spoke with was rude, talked over me like a recorded robot and she just didn't care. I did not mean to sign up for 3 subscriptions a d I didn't know I did. I don't know your website to realize that and I apologize. I don't go on your website very much unless I want to purchase a certain perfume not a sample. Can't you see I have a account before putting me down again for another subscription or make it easier to order a certain bottle of perfume? Can't you have a professional service representative that is not reading off of a script and want let me talk? I am going to copy and paste this message and it will go on your review page for other customers to take Caution that looking at the website can cause another subscription to be charged to their account and a email or a phone call not sent to customer to let them know they were going to be charged but instead your banking transactions every month has you up to 3 subscriptions and why? More money a rip off take precaution before you order from this company that don't even have a supervisor you can speak with instead customer care tells you their unavailable and don't know when they will be available to explain to me why I am getting 3 samples a month and being charged when I only signed up for one and never onerealized I signed up for 3 of them like customer care said. I don't mind returning the samples but please explain to me how I signed up for more then one because not knowing I thought they sent a extra one stating they were out if the one sample they were suppose to have sent and they apologized and my transaction show they charged my account again. The customer care talks back at you taking no blame it is all my fault and for what? She couldn't explain and kept reading off of a script to me like a recorded robot and she kept on talking overriding me so I couldn't talk. Customer care, what care? They don't care about your questions and they read a script. I hope everyone else has a better experience then me. I felt this needed to be shared with all customers. Just take every precaution and check your banking transactions every month because you never can tell if they charged you again.

Perfume.com Perfume.com: Missing $362 Worth of Products, No Response from Customer Service

I bought a lot of perfume and cologne from perfume.com, spending more than $400. When I got my package, I was happy to see three bottles, but I was also confused because I was missing $362 worth of perfume and cologne. I tried calling perfume.com, but they didn't pick up the phone. I also tried calling FedEx, but they didn't pick up either and didn't respond to my voice messages. I'm really upset about this and I won't be buying from perfume.com again. I'm even thinking about filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Perfume.com Disappointing Experience with Perfume.com: Lack of Descriptions and No Option to Save Favorites

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Perfume.com. I mean, don't get me wrong, they got some good smelling stuff, but a lot of the perfumes don't even have descriptions! How am I supposed to know if I'm gonna like it or not if I don't even know what's in it? That's a major problem for me, 'cause I'm always trying out new scents and I need to make sure it's got some of the stuff I like.

Another thing that really grinds my gears is that there's no way to save your favorites for later. Like, come on, I can't be the only one who's got a list of perfumes they wanna buy but can't afford right now. It'd be so much better if I could just save 'em on the site and come back to 'em later when I got some extra cash.

Overall, I gotta say, I'm not super impressed with Perfume.com. They got some good stuff, but they really need to step up their game if they wanna compete with other perfume sites out there.

Perfume.com Poor Customer Service Experience with Perfume.com: Long Wait Times and Unusual Email Request

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time trying to get in touch with Perfume.com. I called them up three times and all I got was some lousy music playing in my ear. I was on hold for a whopping 20 minutes each time before I finally hung up. They didn't even bother to tell me how long I'd have to wait, which was pretty frustrating.

I thought maybe I'd have better luck emailing them, but nope. They wanted access to my phone for some reason, which I wasn't too keen on. All in all, I wasn't too impressed with my experience with them. I wouldn't recommend buying from them until they figure out how to deal with their customers in a more timely manner. It would have been nice if they had just asked for my number and promised to get back to me.

Perfume.com Disappointing Experience with Perfume.com: Missing Order and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Perfume.com. I ordered a couple of perfumes for over 100 bucks back in March, and I was told that they'd send me a tracking number. I waited for over a week, thinking maybe there were some delays or something, but when I didn't get anything, I decided to reach out and ask what was up.

Finally, they sent me a tracking number, but when I checked it, it said that the package had been delivered to my private box. The thing is, nobody in my house ever saw that package. I've sent them a bunch of emails since then, but I still haven't gotten my order or a replacement.

Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole thing. I mean, I spent a lot of money on those perfumes, and now I don't even know where they are. It's not like I can just go out and buy them again, you know? I really hope they can figure out what happened and make things right.

Perfume.com Frustrated with Pricing and Discounts on Eternity 6.7 Bottle

I've been trying to get my hands on the 6.7 bottle of Eternity for a while now. I remember buying it once for $37.50, but now every time I check, it's listed at $41 and some change. The website keeps telling me it's on special, but I'm not seeing any discount. And when I try to use my 20% off coupon, it says it's already been applied, but I don't see that reflected on the first page. I only signed up for this website to see if I could finally get some satisfaction, but it's frustrating to pay $9.95 just to get a lesser amount. But I really do love Eternity, so I keep coming back.

Perfume.com Disappointing Experience with Perfume.com: Product Only 1/3 Full & Unhelpful Customer Service

I bought some perfume from Perfume.com for my daughter's Christmas present. I didn't open the box because I wanted it to be a surprise. When my daughter opened it, she found out that it was only 1/3 full. I was really disappointed because I didn't expect that to happen. I contacted Perfume.com to see if they could do anything about it, but they said that it was past the 30-day return policy. I think that's really unfair because I didn't even open the box until Christmas Day. I don't think it's reasonable to expect customers to open their gifts before giving them to someone else. I thought that the company would have better quality control policies in place to prevent this kind of thing from happening. It's really frustrating because I feel like I wasted my money on a product that wasn't even full. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Perfume.com Disappointing Experience with Lily of the Valley from Perfume.com: A Review

I decided to give Perfume.com a try because they have lower prices than some other perfume companies. I bought a few different scents, including Lily of the Valley. Unfortunately, I was really let down by this scent. I haven't tried the other scents yet - Dahlia, English Rose, and Honeysuckle - so I can't say for sure if they're any good. But based on my experience with Lily of the Valley, I'm not feeling too optimistic.

I was really hoping that this purchase would be a success, but it just fell flat. I spent over $70 on these products, and I'm not sure if I'll even end up using any of them. It's a shame, because I was really excited to try out some new scents.

If you're thinking about buying from Perfume.com, I would recommend sticking with scents that you know and love. It's always a bit of a gamble when you try out new scents, but in this case, it didn't pay off for me. So buyer beware - you might not get the results you're hoping for.

Perfume.com Bait and Switch: My Disappointing Experience with Perfume.com

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Perfume.com. I mean, don't get me wrong, I was excited to see that email in my inbox offering me 20% off and free shipping. Who wouldn't be, right? But then, when I got to the final stages of checkout, I found out that the free shipping was only for orders over $35. What the heck, man? That should have been made clear from the beginning. I mean, the email didn't even say anything about restrictions.

Honestly, it just feels like a bait and switch. Like they're trying to lure you in with a great deal, only to hit you with a bunch of conditions and fine print at the last minute. Not cool, Perfume.com. Not cool at all.

I don't think I'll be shopping here again. I only went through with this order because I was using PayPal and they'll keep reminding me to complete it. But after this, I don't think I'll be back. It's just too frustrating to deal with all these hidden conditions and restrictions.

So yeah, if you're thinking about shopping at Perfume.com, just be aware that there might be some sneaky conditions attached to those deals they're offering. And if you're like me, that might be enough to make you take your business elsewhere.

Perfume.com Price Increase for Climat Perfume - A Longtime User's Review

I been using Climat since 1969. A buddy of mine brought it back for me from Thailand. I bought it in France, Mexico, USA and many countries in Europe over the years. I never seen such a dramatic price increase here or anywhere. Your price, not that long ago, was in the $40+ range and now is in the $70+ range after discount. You been my "go to" place for a long time when I needed to replenish my "back stock" of Climat, my signature fragrance. Please bring the price back in line, as it was before. I don't want to have to go somewhere else to get my perfume. I love the smell of Climat and I don't want to have to change it. I hope you can help me out with this.

Perfume.com Unethical business practice

Perfume.com. When you select a product, they show the price and say "To get 20%, you enter your email address." Today, I did for a few products, they didn't give me any discount, show the same price that I saw before I gave them my email address.

This is unethical. Now and on, they'll continue sending me their ads through my email. Very nice, Mr. Crook.

Perfume.com Not impressed

My friend told me about www.perfume.com website and I decided to give it a try. Ordered a perfume as a present for a family member and after I paid I got a payment confirmation.
Waited for my perfume but nothing showed up and when I contacted customer service they said that my order was canceled because they were unable to process it. I did not ask the details, only asked about when was it cancelled and they said about two days after I placed it. So I guess these guys were too busy and couldn't find time to send me a message. I'm amazed.
I asked for a refund and later received the money. I'm very disappointed with low quality service and have no idea what was that what my friend liked about this site. In my opinion these people are highly unprofessional and there are better stores to deal with. Not impressed.
