I bought a tv lisbon plasma unit which was ordered on the 22-03-2023 and recieved it within a weeks time . Only to find out that it was 2 draw instead of 2single drawer when it was delivered .I tried to log a return with them which is going in circle for the last two weeks and i'm being told that they are waiting for the supplier. I no longer want the stand as they have been incompeted and i just want a refund and for them to collect it from me . Everyday im'm sending them emails but no luck and no one is escalating but instead they keep on apologising .

No courier company charges anywhere near to this.
Unfortunately I was in a hurry when placing the order and did not notice the charge before completing the service. This is not the first time this has happened; on the previous occasion I noticed the overcharge and it was corrected before I completed the order.

Order was placed on 7/9/22 and delivery was to be 4-6days. Still waiting for product, 1day sale never informed that Mainfreight had damaged the items so will be sending replacement. Called main freight on 21/9/22 to check on updates regarding delivery date so I can get a builder for installation, was advised that item will be delivered by 22/9/22. Got a call from Nicky to advise that item was damaged and replacement was ordered but will take a week or more to arrive, she also said 1day sale was advised on 21/9/22

7 inch pool table
I purchased a 7 inch pool table on the 22 of October 2021 but when I received it a few weeks later on the 10 November I think, it arrived damaged I've been in contact with one day I was offered a $100 discount and a $40 voucher to keep it, I asked for more of a discount as it is very quite damaged I later thought about it and decided to go with the offer they offered me to save me having to return and re order, after I assumed I could keep this one so assembled it and had a turn only now to be told by the manager that they cannot offer me that deal and I have to send it back to get any sort of refund I have been left frustrated and stressed as I have to now desemble it. Also this was a Christmas present and it's now the 24th of November and if I was to order a new one there's a possibility it wouldn't arrive on time before christmas as this order has taken a month to sort out. It was very hard to get in contact with 1 day as they have no contact number to ring so every time I contacted them was through live chat and each time I tried to contact I had to sent photos of damages even tho I had already sent them, and at first mainfrieght said I had to speak with 1 day regarding a discount/refund/replacement and when I spoke to 1 day they said I had to speak with mainfreight as they have to pay for the damages so now I'm suffering.

Bought an item, the next day it was $100 cheaper. They didn't allow me to price match their old price and didn't let me get a refund so I could purchase it at their new lower price. I run an online store and always give customers who missed out (within 2 days) the new sale price.

I ordered and paid full for Eureka swing chair on 13th July. It said to deliver 8=12 working days. However today is 4th August and it has passed 15 working days now. But it hasn't dispatched from warehouse. I complained to 1=Day, but they aren't reply or try to solve problem. I really disappointed their customer services and I don't recommend to others.

I bought a phone from www.1-day.co.nz website and when it arrived it worked fine, but that was only for the first two-tree weeks. When it broke I contacted 1day and they said they can fix it and asked me to send the phone back.
I paid for the return shipping and two days later they received the phone. They fixed it pretty fast and returned it to me.
Unfortunately, one week later is broke for the second time. I had to send it back again!
Several days later I contacted 1day and asked about my phone and they claimed that they never received it. Shipping company said that package was delivered. So as a result my phone simply disappeared and I have no idea where it is. I had nothing but trouble with these guys!

Please do not buy anything from www.1-day.co.nz! There is no customer service and no way to reach anyone from this company. All they need is your money and they don't care about their customers. I had a problem - my order arrived broken and I went to their website and sent them a message via their contact form but they did not reply. I sent another one via email and got the same result! I have no idea what to do, I can't use the item because it is completely broken. If I were you I would avoid this website!

Staff, who is working in the company www.1-day.co.nz, is too wry and dodgy. I have purchased refurbished laptop and after 18 days I got the email that they couldn’t send the order. They had my order and money, and all my attempts to make a deal and get money back simply failed. It is impossible to get money from these liars and people, who hide something.
they sent damaged blender and replied too slowly
I bought multi-purpose blender from the company www.1day.co.nz. I received it really quickly, but it was damaged. I tried to reach the seller, but he replied so slowly. I waited 2 months in order to change the damaged blender and got new one. I wouldn’t advise to deal with them, ‘coz they were slow and unprofessional. I needed to stay really calm and it was difficult. Please, share this info.

They didn’t reply to my emails as well. I really don’t know what to do now. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide wrong things and ignore you. seller refused to send my order
I bought the laptop from the scamming website www.1-day.co.nz. I paid for the laptop and payment was prompt and quick. After that within one month, I got nothing from the seller. I recently got the emails from him, where he refused to send it and he even didn’t explain why. He didn’t offer money back, and when I asked about it, he stopped to reply. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
Order 703082 from Onedealaday refers. This order was made 'online' from the website - https://onedealaday.co.za. Is that the same company than yours, or different. I am struggling to get hold of someone about this faulty order.
I purchased a lawn mower from 1-day for my daughter which she received and when she went to use it read all the instruction booklet and the details on the outside of the box both of which stated that the mower came without petrol or oil so she purchased these and filled the mower with petrol but when she came to fill the oil the mower it was already full with oil. Looking at the dipstick the product was oil as it looked and smelled like oil and so she used the mower which after a short while seized. This is what she told 1-day in an email after getting nowhere with their on-line chat:A phone call from a real person would be great so I can explain everything a lot clearer! There is not RESIDUE in the oil sump. The dipstick was reading FULL. I have even tipped a little out since & there is still plenty left in it. I know it says on the box, on the tag and in the manual that the lawnmower does not come filled with petrol or oil and must be put in before starting it. Hence I put petrol in then went to put oil in and saw it was FULL of something. I assumed this was oil, being a simple female with no extended knowledge on lawnmowers etc. So carried on to use the lawnmower. The lawnmowers engine seized. I asked around my male friends why and what could have happened. Most were puzzled. Then one who has dealt with lawnmowers plenty said it had a special lubricant in it to stop everything from rusting or seizing. And that the lubricant is to be emptied and oil put in. So I re read everything. (Box/manual) and nowhere does it state this. So this is why I feel it is not my fault and should be covered. There are warnings everywhere stating it has no petrol or oil but there are NO warnings stating there is some other crap in oil sump which needs to be emptied first! I feel like I am being treated like an idiot and just started the mower with nothing in it and am making this up. There is no reason for my daughter to be lying as she had actually bought the oil already to fill the mower. and would have done so had the sump not been full of what appeared to be oil. Plus she had two witnesses who saw her check the oil with the dipstick and who say the dipstick was showing the lawnmower was full of oil. One of these also read the manual which never stated that the mower had a lubricant in it, and in fact this lubricant should have been emptied by the shipper at the time of shipping but wasn't so patently an error on the part of the shipper not my daughter but they disputing this and negated the warranty. Now they have said to take it to their local lawnmower service people to be checked but as she is a non driver and her husband works away up country she has no way of getting it to their mower service people after all she can hardly take it on the bus!Serious doubts about a company that will not hand out a phone number on request so that my daughter can explain all this in person. Luckily my bank will chase this up and claim the money back from the supplier who is looking more and more like they do not honour their warranties.I am of the opinion that this company is selling goods that they are unhappy to then service. A simple phone call would be nice, emails are not the way to proceed. In this instance it is obvious to me that the mower was not emptied of the lubricant that is used to prevent rusting and this is a simple error on someone's part at the other end but no one wants to acknowledge this. My advice is to avoid this company as their after sales service is appalling and they really do not what to know when things go wrong.
