The customer service phone # on statement is different than the web site contact #; always a long hold, hang ups and a wait to get web site help. Web site never resets password via email, this poor customer service is shameful always a hassle. If I was had not initiated the trade line I would close this account and look somewhere else. Discover so far has been the best business partner to increase credit score with a secured card. I hope my credit union drops this company
