EZCardinfo.com review: Website almost constantly inaccessible

This company processes the payments for my Credit Union credit card. Ever since they started using this service I have had repeated problems with not only the website but the customer service representatives, when I can actually get one on the phone. After my card was scammed and used overseas it took me over a YEAR before I got the account straightened out and I was allowed access to it again. I had to 3-way call with my Credit Union branch manager multiple times to get it straightened out. Now it is back to not allowing access to the website again. The message pops up that the site is "Not Secure" and that someone may be trying to get access to personal information. I had to delete the first account entirely and start over to resolve the issue initially. I will not be at all amused if this is their remedy a second time. You have to wonder if a company that is clearly so profoundly inept at managing a website should be trusted with anyone's secure financial data.
