FabHotels Disappointing Experience with FabHotels: Unprofessional Staff and False Advertising

I recently had an experience with FabHotels that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had booked a room for my family based on the pictures I saw on their website. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were met with a completely different scenario. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and the room was not at all what we had expected based on the pictures we had seen online.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I decided to cancel our booking and find another hotel. However, when I asked for a refund, I was met with resistance from the staff. They claimed that I had never visited their hotel and therefore was not entitled to a refund. This was completely untrue and left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

Overall, I would not recommend FabHotels to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy hotel chain. Their behavior towards their customers is unacceptable and they do not seem to value their guests' satisfaction. If you are looking for a hotel, I would suggest looking elsewhere to avoid any potential disappointment or frustration.

FabHotels Fabulous Budget Stay in the Heart of Connaught Place: A Review of FabHotels

I recently had the pleasure of staying at FabHotels for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This hotel is definitely one of the best budget hotels in Connaught Place. The location is simply amazing, as it is situated in the heart of Connaught Place, making it very easy to get around Delhi.

Upon arrival, I had a smooth check-in process and everything was just perfect. The interiors and ambiance of the hotel were very pleasing to the eye, and the cleanliness was up to the mark. The staff and services provided were just perfect, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which were both very much appreciated. Having been to Delhi a couple of times and stayed in multiple hotels, I can confidently say that FabHotels has been by far the best budget stay I have had in Delhi.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel at a reasonable price in Connaught Place, Delhi. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great value for money, then FabHotels is definitely the place to be.

FabHotels Terrible Experience with FabHotels: Unhelpful Customer Service and Refund Process

I had a terrible experience with FabHotels. My family and I booked four rooms at the Wood View Mussorie location, but upon arrival, we were hit with a strong stench that made it impossible to stay. We immediately decided not to check in and contacted customer service to request a refund.

To our dismay, the customer service agents asked for pictures as proof before they could initiate the refund process. We spent half of the day trying to find another hotel on a busy weekend, all while worrying about the comfort of our kids and elderly parents.

I couldn't believe what was happening. What kind of customer service is this? It was a nightmare. The agents were unhelpful and seemed to be more interested in finding reasons not to refund us. One of the agents, Lalit, even disconnected the call when I asked to speak to an escalation manager.

How can I provide pictures of a stinking room as proof? The rooms were located in the basement with no windows and only exhaust fans. It was a terrible experience, and I want my refund as soon as possible.

I would advise anyone not to book with FabHotels. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers' comfort. It's a shame that a company in the hospitality industry would treat their customers this way.

FabHotels Disappointing Experience at FabHotel Majestic in Dehradun: Terrible Service and Poor Amenities

My experience with FabHotels was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible, and the amenities were not up to par. The TV in my room was not working, and the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly. I complained about the TV in the morning at 9 am, but the technician did not arrive until 5 pm, and even then, the issue was not resolved. There was no hot water system, which was a major inconvenience.

The hotel itself was in a very bad condition, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I even requested the owner to check all the facilities, but nothing was done. Pardeep sir was there, but he was unable to do anything. There was a Deeksha madam who would reply to my messages after two or three hours. It was very frustrating.

The facilities that were advertised online were all fake. They were just trying to loot people's money. They take the full amount at the time of check-in, but the facilities are not up to the mark. They even cut off the electricity for a few hours. It was a complete waste of money.

I stayed at the Fab Hotel Majestic in Dehradun, and it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

FabHotels Terrible Experience with FabHotels: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with FabHotels. I booked a hotel in Goa called Paradise, and when I got there, it was nothing like the pictures they showed on their website. The counter guy was drunk and there was no one to help with our luggage. The rooms were terrible and we couldn't even check in because of how bad they were. We tried to cancel our booking, but FabHotels refused to refund our money. They said they would refund it if we didn't like the hotel, but now they're denying it because we called customer service late at night and the IVR kept transferring us to different departments and hanging up on us. It's really frustrating and disappointing to see such poor service from a company that claims to be a hotel booking platform. I wouldn't recommend FabHotels to anyone, it's a total scam.

FabHotels Disastrous Stay at FabHotels: No Windows, Remote Location, and No Elevators

My first time staying at FabHotels was a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, ever! Despite booking our stay weeks in advance, we encountered numerous problems upon arrival. The rooms we were offered had no windows or windows that couldn't be opened at all. This made for a very stuffy and uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel was located in a remote area, despite being advertised as being near MG Road. This meant that every trip to the city center cost us a whopping 1400 bucks, as we were a large group of 9 people requiring 2 cabs.

To make matters worse, the hotel had no elevators, and our rooms were located on the third and fourth floors. The stairs were extremely steep, which was a big problem for my husband (who is 65 years old) and myself. It was a real struggle to climb up and down the stairs every day.

Overall, I would never want anyone to go through what we went through at FabHotels. It was not worth the effort or the money. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these issues and makes some changes to improve the experience for future guests.

FabHotels Stay Away from The Hotel Whistler in Bhopal: Not Suitable for Families or Business Travelers

The Hotel Whistler in Bhopal is definitely not worth your time or money. I was extremely disappointed with my stay here and I would not recommend it to anyone. The reviews that I read before booking were all fake and misleading. This hotel is nothing more than a guest house and it is not suitable for families or business travelers.

I booked this hotel through FabHotels and I was shocked to see that it was listed as a hotel. The reality is that it is less than a guest house. The location is terrible and it feels like you are in a rural area. I paid 1000 rupees per night for this hotel and it was not worth it at all. I booked it for three nights but I checked out after just one hour.

The location of this hotel is the worst part about it. I would not recommend staying here at all. In fact, I would suggest that you spend the night on the footpath instead of staying here. This hotel is only suitable for unmarried couples who need a place to stay for a few hours.

If you are traveling with your family or if you are a business traveler, please do not book this hotel. It is not worth your time or money. I was extremely disappointed with my stay here and I would not recommend it to anyone.

FabHotels Fabhotels: A Scamming Chain of Hotels - My Personal Experience

Fabhotels is a chain of hotels that I had the misfortune of booking with. Let me tell you, they are not worth your time or money. I have had several bad experiences with them and I can confidently say that all the positive reviews you see online are fake. These guys are the biggest bunch of tricksters and scammers out there.

The first time I booked with Fabhotels was in Goa. I made the payment online and when I reached the hotel, they told me that they didn't have any accommodation available. Can you believe that? I was left stranded with no place to stay. The second time I booked with them was in Pune and guess what? The exact same thing happened again. I was starting to think that this was some kind of bull$#*! scheme they had going on.

When we confronted them about their scam, they said they would arrange for us to stay somewhere else. But instead of booking us a decent hotel, they booked us a room in some hotel in the outskirts of the city. We had to waste money on cabs just to get there and the service was terrible.

I would never ever ever book with Fabhotels again. They should be banned and closed down forever. These guys are nothing but a bunch of bloody mother$#*!ing $#*!.

FabHotels Terrible Experience with FabHotels: Beware of Their Poor Response and Fraudulent Practices

I recently had a terrible experience with FabHotels. I called their hotel booking number on May 23, 2023 at 9:00 pm to book a hotel in Tirupur. They informed me that only one room was available and asked me to pay 25% of the total booking amount through an online link they sent me. I paid the amount and reached the hotel at 11:00 pm that night. However, the hotel staff informed me that all the rooms were sold out in the afternoon. I was shocked and asked them how this was possible when I had received a confirmation from FabHotels. They told me that even if they book the room on their own, they need not inform FabHotels.

I immediately called FabHotels to report the situation and asked them to connect me with the hotel staff. However, the hotel staff refused to talk to FabHotels and FabHotels simply said that the amount would be refunded. It was a miserable night for me as I was stranded on the road and couldn't find any other rooms in the area. I trusted FabHotels as a corporate chain but felt that their response was very poor and unprofessional.

To add insult to injury, I received a message from FabHotels saying that I had not reported the issue to the hotel. I called them again and told them the same old story, but they acknowledged their inability to help me. The main irony is that I called their office nearly 10 times for my refund, but every time they said that the amount would be refunded, I still haven't received it. I don't know how much money they may have like this, but it could be a huge amount.

I urge everyone to beware of FabHotels before booking with them. They are a fraud company and their response is very poor. I hope my experience will help others avoid such a terrible situation.

FabHotels Disappointing Stay at Alreef Hotel Chennai: Infested with Cockroaches, Poor Customer Service & Missing Amenities

I recently stayed at the Alreef Hotel in Chennai for a week-long vacation. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the suite I had booked did not have the promised sofa/lounge for the third person in my party to sleep on. Instead, we were provided with a mattress to sleep on the floor. To make matters worse, the room was infested with live cockroaches throughout our stay.

On top of these issues, the hotel's wifi was not working for the first few days of our stay. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took some time for the issue to be resolved. Additionally, we found that the room was not being serviced unless we specifically requested it, even when we had put the "please clean my room" sign on the door handle. The cleaners, while friendly, did not provide enough towels and amenities for all three of us, despite our repeated requests.

To make matters worse, the hot water was not working properly and we were told that someone needed to enter our room to fix it. However, the hotel did not have a spare key to our room, which was frustrating. When we escalated the issue about the missing sofa/lounge, we were promised a 20% discount on our booking. However, this discount was not reflected at check-out and we were told that we would need to pay the full amount and then wait for a refund to be processed.

When we spoke to a supervisor named Rashmi about these issues, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior. Rashmi refused to provide any further resolution and insisted that we either accept the current offer or leave it. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given that I work in the hospitality industry myself and know how important it is to provide excellent customer service.

Overall, my experience at the Alreef Hotel was extremely disappointing. The lack of promised amenities, the infestation of cockroaches, and the poor customer service from Rashmi all contributed to a negative experience. I will be sharing my experience on social media and other platforms to ensure that others are aware of the poor customer service and resolution strategies at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here in the future.

FabHotels Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Terrible Experience with Fabhotels

Fabhotels is not a trustworthy hotel booking website. I advise people to be cautious when booking with them. My experience with them was terrible. I was not informed in advance that my booking was cancelled. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. This was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to waste two hours of my time waiting for an alternative. Fabhotels should have informed me beforehand so that I could have made other arrangements.

To make matters worse, when I questioned the hotel manager about this unprofessional behavior, he was extremely rude and abusive towards me. He even threatened and insulted me. This is not the kind of behavior that one expects from a hotel manager. It is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for guests.

I would not recommend Fabhotels to anyone, especially families or couples who are looking for a decent stay. The way they treat their guests is appalling and they have no regard for their customers. It is important to choose a hotel booking website that is reliable and trustworthy. Fabhotels is definitely not one of them.

FabHotels Terrible Experience with FabHotels: Paid for 5 Rooms but Got None

I had a really bad experience with FabHotels. I booked 5 rooms through their customer care and paid for them too. But when I got to the hotel, the authorities there said that they had no agreement with FabHotels and refused to give us any rooms. I was really upset and called the customer care again, but they said that there were no other rooms available and that they would refund my money. But since it was a long weekend, there were no other rooms available nearby and I was forced to pay double the amount for a really bad room in the middle of the night. I was really disappointed with FabHotels and would never book with them again. They are really irresponsible and will do anything for money.

FabHotels Avoid FabHotels: Shady Refund Policy and No Customer Support

I recently had a terrible experience with FabHotels. I made a booking with them, but unfortunately had to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances. However, instead of refunding my money, they put it in an account that expires after 12 months. This is a very shady practice, and I have reported them to the UK police and trading standards as a scam operation.

To make matters worse, FabHotels has no customer support to speak of. They rely on these illegal practices to keep your money for cancelled bookings, and will not refund it to your card. It's a complete nightmare trying to get any support or assistance from them.

In my opinion, you're much better off booking directly with Hotels.com or Agoda. Don't use FabHotels, as they are terrible for any kind of support or assistance. If you do end up cancelling a booking with them, you'll be charged for it and left with useless vouchers that expire after a year. So please, be warned and avoid FabHotels at all costs.

FabHotels Disappointing Stay at FabHotels: Poor Service and Long Wait for Food Orders

This stay at FabHotels has been quite disappointing for me. Currently, I am staying in room number 401 and I have faced several issues during my stay. Firstly, my food order was not delivered on time. I had to wait for my evening snacks for around 1 hour and 40 minutes. The same thing happened during dinner when I placed my order at 10:10 pm. After waiting for 2 hours, I called the reception to inquire about my order and was surprised to find out that there was no record of my order at the reception. Finally, I received my order at 11:55 pm, which is almost 2 hours after placing the order. This is a completely unacceptable level of service.

I have been staying at FabHotels for quite some time now and this is the first time I have experienced such poor service. I have been staying here for 2 days but I have decided to check out tomorrow morning and go somewhere else where I can get better service. I will never book this property again and I am quite disappointed with my experience. I have stayed at FabHotels around 15 times in the past, but I don't think I will be staying here in the future.

Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The service is extremely poor and the staff seems to be unresponsive to the needs of their guests. I hope that FabHotels takes note of these issues and takes steps to improve their service in the future.

FabHotels Beware of FabHotels: A Scam Operation That Ruined My Trip and Took My Money

I recently made a reservation through the FabHotel app for a hotel stay. I was excited to embark on my trip and had paid in full as an advance payment. However, upon reaching the hotel for check-in, I was informed that the hotel was no longer affiliated with FabHotel. To my dismay, this had been the case for a few months, and yet they still had the hotel listed on their app for people to book.

To cut a long story short, we were denied check-in despite having paid in full. To make matters worse, the FabHotel customer service helpline was of no help at all. This experience ruined our trip, and to add insult to injury, it took them five weeks to refund our money.

I must say that this was an absolutely horrible experience, and I strongly believe that this is a scam operation on many levels. I would advise anyone to stay away from this chain. It is not worth the risk of having your trip ruined and your hard-earned money taken away from you.

In conclusion, I would like to warn anyone who is considering booking with FabHotels to be very cautious. It is essential to double-check the hotel's affiliation with FabHotels before making any payments. FabHotels Terrible Hospitality and Staff: A Review of [Hotel Name]

This hotel is not worth your time or money. The staff is not friendly and doesn't seem to care about customer service. Pawan and Srinath, in particular, are terrible and treat you poorly. They act like they are in charge of the hotel and don't care about your needs or concerns. The room service is also terrible and not worth the money.

I stayed at this hotel from September 18th to September 21st and had a terrible experience. The staff treated me like garbage and didn't seem to care about my well-being. There is also no medical facility, so if you get hurt or sick, you are on your own.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hospitality is non-existent, and the staff is rude and unhelpful. Please be aware of their blogs and don't waste your time or money on this hotel.

FabHotels Disappointing Experience with FabHotels in Goa: A Review

I recently had an experience with FabHotels in Goa and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. My friends and I had booked a Super Deluxe room and arrived at the hotel at 1am. However, the manager informed us that they did not have any rooms available and suggested that we look for another option. This was quite frustrating as we had already paid the entire amount at the time of booking.

After some arguments, the manager finally offered us a small room with no mirror, no AC, and not even basic facilities. It was definitely not what we had paid for and we were quite disappointed. We had expected a comfortable and luxurious stay but ended up with a tiny room with no amenities.

To make matters worse, the executive staff were not helpful at all. They would put our calls on hold and then disconnect them, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend FabHotels to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation. It was a big disappointment and I would advise others to look for better options.

FabHotels Terrible Experience at FabHotel Sage Saket: Dirty Room and Unprofessional Staff

I recently had a stay at FabHotel Sage Saket from 3rd to 5th April and it was quite an unpleasant experience. The room was not up to the mark as it was super dirty with dust all over the place, including the bed and the entire room. I immediately complained to the front office executive, but to my dismay, he informed me that there were no rooms available and the hotel was sold out. Moreover, my booking was nonrefundable, so I had no other option but to stay in that dirty room.

To add to my frustration, the Manager RANJEET KUMAR SINGH was an illiterate person who kept apologizing and giving excuses that he was busy in a group booking. I tried calling Fab Hotel customer care several times, but they did not respond, and every time they said they would talk to the manager. I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Fab Hotels, and I must say that they are now the worst properties to stay in.

Overall, my experience with FabHotels was terrible, and I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The lack of cleanliness and unprofessionalism of the staff is unacceptable, and it is not worth the money spent. I hope FabHotels takes this feedback seriously and improves their services to provide a better experience for their customers.

FabHotels Disappointing Experience with FabHotels: Inaccurate Pictures and Poor Staff Behavior

I recently had a disappointing experience with FabHotels. I had booked a hotel near Mumbai International airport through their website, after seeing pictures of the rooms online. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find that the pictures were not accurate at all. The rooms were not as advertised and there were unpleasant smells coming from them.

To make matters worse, the behavior of the staff was also poor. Despite having paid 25% of the booking amount in advance, I was told that I had to pay the remaining amount before leaving the hotel. However, upon arrival, they immediately demanded the full payment. When I tried to contact the online booking staff for assistance, they did not answer my calls.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I decided to cancel my booking the next day and requested a refund. However, FabHotels has not yet processed my refund and I am still waiting for it.

FabHotels Unprofessional and Careless: My Experience with FabHotels in India

Last month, I had a really bad experience with FabHotels in India. When I arrived at the hotel, they refused to let me check in because they said I needed to have government C-Forms for all the hotels I had stayed at previously in India. I had stayed at eight different hotels, so this was a big problem. I checked with the government and found out that this was not actually a requirement. The hotels are supposed to submit the C-Forms to the government within 24 hours, but guests don't need to carry them or submit them.

But that wasn't even the worst part. When I complained to FabHotels about what had happened, they sent me a completed C-Form for someone from Singapore as an example. This form had all kinds of personal information on it, like the person's address, passport number, and visa number. It was really shocking to see that they were so careless with people's personal information.

Honestly, I would not recommend FabHotels to anyone. They are clearly not a professional organization and they don't seem to care about their customers' privacy or well-being. If you're looking for a hotel in India, there are plenty of other options out there that are much better than FabHotels.

I was provided pics of a different room and got very pathetic room, which was very small, stinking like hell, leakage in the tap.
