Previous reviews are obviously FAKE.
Previous reviews are obviously FAKE. This is a SCAM. You have to PAY to REGISTER your Free TRIP and then have to pay additional fees per room type and Fri/Sat night stay require additional fees of $95/night. The hotels offered are bottom of the rung hotels and are by no means luxury places. Very few to choose from and many blocked out dates. For me there were 4 months of Hawaii not available. You can probably book the same trip on any public site for the same amount or less than these people are scamming you into. There is NOTHING free about this. DO NOT BELIEVE their lies and fake reviews. The videos you see of people bragging about their trip are offered additional free trips if they make those videos.
Recommendation: Do not give them any $$, Call a travel agent or book yourself..
The price was awesome and honest
The price was awesome and honest. The hotel was simple and nice. Great location. Booking was easy and straightforward except you have to n pay taxes at hotel and security deposit which u get back. I will use them again.
I've really enjoyed my vacation with them in Orange Beach. We stayed at the Indigo Hotel in Orange Beach. I would highly recommend. The hotel was very nice and close to the beach. Casa Maya in Cancun, Mexico was a beautiful hotel to stay in. It was on beachfront property close to restaurants and shopping. My husband and I would definitely come back! The staff was accommodating and friendly, made our stay pleasant. This was the best vacation we ever had! Thank you Redeem Vacations!
We were at the Country Inn and Suites in Gatlinburg, Tn. and had a great vacation. The room was clean and spacious with a veranda and nice view of the Smokey mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed using the well equipped fitness center.

The resort was nice despite of the rain. 2 pools. Easy beach access. Towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. Located near everything like Lincoln Mall.
We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed ourselves. This was our first vacation in 17 months. Thank you for our wonderful vacation :-)
I really enjoyed my vacation! My hotel was located across the street from the beach and within walking distance of shopping, food, and even the zoo! Awesome experience!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Booking our hotel was extremely easy and the location was very conducive to our needs. It was located in a family oriented area with several activities within walking distance. The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful! We're looking forward to our next vacation.
Fantastic rooms!
Fantastic rooms! Fantastic environment. I would have given 5 stars, but I did not feel properly welcomed when I entered the facility. She just stared at me. I wanted to call down to the front desk, but the phone didn't work. Otherwise, everything has been great. The breakfast, the pool, the suite features. I would definitely stay here again.

Redeem Vacations is a website that you should not go on to book a vacation nor book through a travel agent that works for them they both are rip-offs. I won a trip through a supposedly travel agent FB group to Las Vegas and paid $170 for taxes and fees for days Jan 25-27 of 2022 it is now Sept 2021 and can't change hotels nor fees is non refundable as they say. They should do better with that sorry policy they have . Lesson learned will never book a vacation through a travel agent again.

Redeem Vacations had a surcharge for weekend vacations so I ended up getting a very small discount on the hotel & it felt like I should've just booked my own hotel & picked one I liked more. Sort of a scam. Good in theory for sure but the execution wasn't the best. The hotel was amazing but then they charged me a resort fee which was over $180. This "free stay" ended up costing me more than my friend paid stay at a nicer hotel in Miami Beach for the same amount of time. That was really disappointing to me. I should've just gotten my own hotel and called it a day.

Redeem vacations is extremely shady!
On July 20 I spent $196.20 on a vacation to Cancun Mexico for five nights, which would’ve been amazing! my husband and I were so excited we are going to go in 2024, December 10 my birthday. Long story short I took a trip to Branson Missouri and after my trip they gave me a vacation voucher with Redeem vacation. I went to the Redeem vacation site to put in...

Hello,
In Marth 2022 I've rented an Airbnb in NYC for 9 nights, at the end of my stay the owner decided to give me a voucher for my next vacation in NYC via RedeemVacations. I have activated my vacation on March 17, 2022 via RedeemVacations. In addition to this offer being "free" I've paid Activation Fees in the amount of 176.73$
According to RedeemVacations site I have 18 months to book a hotel for my vacation. I tried to book a hotel in NYC in April 2023 for August but noticed that all dates from today till September and red. I have tried to contact RedeemVacations via their "Contact Us" page with no response in a week. Didn't find their phone number anywhere and now really don't know what to do.

Desired outcome: money back or activate hotels in NYC for the dates specified
Hi . Not sure if you got your answer .
These are not free getaways. They are complimentary rooms . The business pays a monthly fee to give away unsold rooms to the business customers.
Unsold rooms are free yes but the taxes and fees are not .
The activation fee is your taxes and fees for free with out upgrades .
Due to the special discounted rate of the vacation package, there is no availability during holiday periods and limited availability in specific hotels during peak seasons and special events.
Please note that this offer is not similar to travel by demand. Our service helps fill what would otherwise be empty rooms, we help fill unsold inventory.
I booked a vacation through them back in February 28th
I booked a vacation through them back in February 28th. Due to the coronavirus I had to cancel the vacation. They do not want to give Me a refund. I booked my vacation February 28th. I asked for a refund on July 13th and they do not want to give it to me. My confirmation number is XXXXXXXXXXXX Can't believe that during these times companies like this want to steal people's hard earned money.
So I found a site called 8 billion trees, I had decided to contribute because they replant trees that are being cut down. I made my payment on [protected], and there was another site that would offer a complimentary vacation voucher for planting trees. That site is redeem vacations. I was curious about the cost of the voucher, so I entered all of my information to find out. However, while waiting, I was automatically redirected to a page that revealed the charge to my account. I never intended for my credit card to be charged, but unfortunately, it happened.
I then filed a dispute with my bank and tried to contact redeem vacations. They responded that they were willing to assist in refunding my money, but I had to cancel my dispute with the bank first. I called my bank, and they acknowledged that some companies engage in such practices, which was new to me. Nevertheless, I canceled the dispute. Since then, I've been attempting to get my money back, but they keep claiming that the dispute is still on file with my bank, preventing them from proceeding. Today, I called my bank and have now reopened the dispute, hoping to finally retrieve my money from redeem vacations.
I've never experienced such difficulty in getting a refund. Please be aware that this place is a joke; they only care about money, not people. I advise against trying to get a vacation voucher from them; it's simply not worth the headaches.

I booked a vacation through Reedem Vacations for 10/4-10/7. I was unable to use it because the 1 hotel for the destination couldn't accommodate my accessibility needs. They couldn't give me what I reserved. I spent over $900 on a DIFFERENT hotel because of this. They refuse to refund me the money I spent with them. The attached hilton receipt is from the only hotel available with accommodations for my needs.

Last year Feb 2020 I booked a vacation and paid an activation and upgrade fee for the deposit of my vacation. I would like my money refunded back to my credit card for the purchase immediately. Back and forth emails they state they are waiting for a responses from the supplier in order to give me my money back. The trip should be cancelled and money returned to me. It is now Sept 2021.

Fraudulent advertising practices. Says the vacation is free (just pay taxes) but it's clearly not free and money is not for "taxes." I purchased wall art from a company called Orb.co and with it came a voucher for a free vacation. The site specified that there would be 3-5 choices for luxury resorts. This company, under the name Redeem Vacations, sent a voucher for a free vacation and said that consumers just need to pay the taxes on the hotel rooms. I received a voucher for a 5-night stay in Hawaii. However, after I had already paid for the "taxes" which were around $64 per night (x5 = $317), I was offered only TWO choices (instead of the 3-5 choices that Orb.co had promised). Additionally, the RedeemVacations.com calendar would only let me book 4 nights instead of the 5 that I had already supposedly paid for in "taxes." This is incredibly misleading. I looked at the same block of nights for the same exact hotel (which, btw, was far less than a "resort") and it was actually CHEAPER to book through other websites. I found that the "taxes" were much lower on these other sites. Which is peculiar considering that taxes don't generally change with different companies since they are government fees. When I asked them about it, they insisted that the expense was for taxes. And they said that even though their website had a glitch (which I provided evidence of through a screenshot) that they would not refund me my money even though they promised 5 nights in Hawaii and not just 4. The scam is that this money was clearly not for hotel bed tax and that the vacation was not "free" as they had stated. And the fact that I was only able to choose the hotel AFTER I had paid is even more evidence that this money was not for the "taxes" since not all hotel rooms are the same price. What a ripoff!

They wouldn't refund the $317 they charged for a vacation that doesn't exist. Hawaii vacation voucher XXXXX. Charges $317.35 for "free 5 day vacation" to Hawaii to cover taxes and fees. Claims they have plenty of hotels on the list to stay at. But you must pay to activate voucher and be able to book/see the list. They only have 3 lowly rated hotels (of the thousands and thousands of hotels in Hawaii) and only on one island and one city. Waikiki. The voucher is supposedly good for 18 months but after further research, more than half the dates are blocked and/or they charge premium for certain dates. I reached out immediately to them to request a refund for lack of services/products/places and they refuse to refund my money. This is a scam. A very unethical and shady company.
I have been waiting for months to get my refund from this company
I have been waiting for months to get my refund from this company. I booked a vacation through this company in February. Due to the corona virus we were unable to go. They said they would refund my money but had to contact the hotel first. After quite some time I contacted the hotel myself and they informed me that they had received the reservation but no money for it. I then contacted them again and kept getting the runaround. They have charged my bank account twice. Once for $54 and again for $68.10 for a total of $122.10. I have asked them repeatedly for my money back. I have the bank statements and every email between us.

I redeemed a vacation voucher through Redeem Vacations
I redeemed a vacation voucher through Redeem Vacations. The voucher is supposedly good for 18 months and you are only required to pay taxes. Simply put, the terms and conditions does mentions that some of the dates may be unavailable when booking. However, more than half (at least 75% - 80%) of the dates are blocked and/or they charge premium for certain dates. To view the dates and hotels, you must pay to activate voucher. Redeem Vacations only gives the option to choose lowly rated hotels (of the several hotels located in ***). When purchasing the voucher, the buyer is under the impression that they will receive nice hotels. Redeem Vacation is very misleading. Redeem Vacation is a scam.

this site offers hight discounted hotel nights, where you just pay taxes and you save up to USD 1200, as the wideley anounce. I paid USD 130 for the taxes for a booking in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and i found that the regular full prices in most of the booking platforms is around USD 90, so regular full rate is way lower than the supposed high discounted rate in their site. I send them all the evidence and asked about the refund as their offer was proben to be not real, but they just said that I accepted their terms and conditions and there they say the fees are non-refundable. I told them many times they can be over the law, because even if i accepted their terms and conditions, they are makingn misleading advertising, but they keep saying that i accepted that in their terms and conditions, as if the documment was over the law.

So i booked with redeem vacations at the Sahara today 06/13 for a trip I was supposed to have won by participating On a travel page on facebook. When i first activated I was told the voucher would pay up to 970 dollars but when I booked it was limited to the cheapest room available at the hotel and i still have to pay resort fees every night and i paid the 88 dollar activation fee to even be able to claim this complementary trip. When i look it up on the sahara website what was paid for us was $130 dollars. Thats ridiculous out of 970 dollars supposedly supposed to go to a room i get the cheapest room and still owe 120 dollars in resort fees and 88 dollar activation fee total of 208 dollars while they only pay 130? Out of 970?That does not make sense or sound complementary at all it feels like a scam with all im having to pay for. They choose the hotels for me and i am only allowed to pick between 2 out of their "thousands" and they pick the prices for me and the rooms.

At our church auction, RedeemVacation presented a Voucher which offered a 5-Night Luxury Hotel Accommodations in Hawaii, with a retail value of up to $1,645 plus taxes/fees and that the "luxury" hotel accommodations are valued at up to $350/night plus resort fees/taxes. The accepted bid was based on the valued voucher for the fundraiser. After activating the voucher by paying their required $63/night activation fee ($315) and the extra $139 upgrade, there were only three choices, not the hundreds of choices they advertised for the hotel choices. We arrived a few days early and wanted to look into this luxury hotel in Oahu. In reality, this was a budget/value hotel, not the LUXURY hotel that was advertised. The rooms were equivalent to a Motel 6 only offering 2 double beds with about 185 sq ft size room for about $150-200/night. We canceled, emailed the complaint, requested a refund based on the misleading voucher and deceptive advertising on 9/9 but have not received any responses.

I can only imagine chances of the hotel agreeing to a no cost cancelation that close to our travel dates would be declined. When I stopped hearing back from Redeem Vacations on my support ticket, I reached out directly to the hotel to find out if the received a cancelation request. They had not but did say that hotel cancelation is free right now. I requested an update on this ticket January 20th and 21st and have not heard anything.
I was told that I could change my hotel reservations because of Covid, and now they're not allowing me to change them
I was told that I could change my hotel reservations because of Covid, and now they're not allowing me to change them. I purchased the trip voucher at a fundraiser for $150 for a three night stay in New Orleans. When I called to redeem it I had to then pay a $99 tax fee on top of the already 150. Then when I booked the hotel I had to pay a $150 fee to book it so all in all outs close to $400 for three nights day that I could've booked online. I called and spoke to someone that told me that because of Covid that we could change our reservations as long as the hotel agreed to releasing the reservation. Then I emailed redeem vacations and they said you can cancel it and if the hotel doesn't charge us you should be all set. And we will let you know, now they're telling me that they canceled it and or cancels or final you cannot rebook. So I'm out $400 . I called the hotel and they told me they excepted the cancel and did not charge redeemed hotels the 150 that I paid them. I have no resolution and I have no plans to travel in September to New Orleans which is in a lockdown for COVID-19 this is a scam and this company needs to be close down before they rip off more people.

So I found a site called 8 billion trees, i had decided to "donate" **** cause that is re plant trees that are being cut down
So I found a site called 8 billion trees, i had decided to "donate" *** cause that is re plant trees that are being cut down. I did my payment on [protected] and there was another site that would give you a voucher for a vacation complementary for planting trees. That site is redeem vacations i was just looking to see how much it would cost to get the voucher so they had me put all of my info in and when I went to see how much it was going to be while waiting it automatically redirected me to the page where it then showed me how much I had been charged. I never wanted to get charged on my credit card but unfortunately it happened. I then filed a dispute with my bank and tried to get in contact with redeem vacations and they said that they were willing to help me with giving me my money back and I had to cancel my dispute with me bank. I called my bank and they said yes they have heard of companies doing that, which I've never personally heard but I cancelled the dispute and since *** I've been trying to get my money back but they keep saying that my bank still shows that the dispute is on file and they can't do anything until the bank stops the dispute. I today called my bank and have now reopened the dispute in hopes of getting my money back from redeem vacations. I've never had such a hard time getting my money back from anywhere before. Please be aware this place is a joke and they only care about money and not people. Don't bother trying to get a vacation voucher please not worth the headaches.
Fraudulent advertising practices
So they don't tell you before you pay the taxes that u can't book for 30 days then u go on there n it's impossible to get a refund so sad it really sucks guess I'll b sleeping in my car on my "free vacation
N then when u go to book it's blacked out for more then 60 days
