So, I got these gift cards from Myhotelgiftcard and I was pretty excited to use them. But when I tried to use them, the member account numbers and passcodes on the back of the cards didn't work. I was so disappointed! I tried calling customer service, but they were no help at all. They just kept telling me to try again later.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend getting these cards. It's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and find a different gift card to give.

I recently bought a gift card from Myhotelgiftcard.com for my hotel stays. I was excited to use it and contacted one of the hotels on their list. The hotel was located in Cincinnati, Ohio and the cost for two nights was $468.00. However, when I called to book my stay, I was informed that the promotion had ended two years ago. I was very disappointed with this and felt like they should have reimbursed me for my purchase.

The worst part was that the hotels they claim to have on their list are not up to good standards. I used one of their hotels and was shocked to find roaches everywhere. I tried another room, but it was the same thing. I couldn't get my money back, and it was a terrible experience overall.

I advise you not to purchase from Myhotelgiftcard.com unless you have all the details, including the extremely high prices for hotels that they claim are in good standards. They are lying to their customers, and it's not worth the risk. I was supposed to get at least part of my money back, but I haven't seen it yet.
