Face of Man review: Lack of male staff 1

Hi Adam - I was a regular customer at Face of Man Adelphi outlet for my dermabrasion treatments. I was attended by one of your staff member Vanan who was very good and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have treatment from him. Excellent customer service and always smiling. Off late i notice that in FOM there are hardly any men left as staff/beauticians/therapists. Late last year i went to Lucky Plaza outlet and was quite disappointed to get a treatment from a female staff who did not even wear a smile on her face and looked too bored doing the facial on me. She seem to be rushing through the process and did not explain to me the steps and the products used.
Anyway wanted to bring this to your notice. Ever since i have become a repeat customer of The Body Shop Green Sanctuary even though i am treated by females there but still the ambience along with the customer service and the attitude of the staff is commendable.
