Unsatisfactory Experience with Subscription and Refund Policy: Seeking Credit Card Company's Intervention
These routines is like a face massage, not like face yoga. They didn't want to cancel my account and give me back my money, and I don't trust them to cancel the subscription that keeps coming back, so I'm gonna tell my credit card company to stop them.
Faceyoga.com: A Disappointing Waste of Time with No Refund Policy - Steer Clear!
This Face Yoga website, faceyoga.com, is a total waste of time, trust me. I made the mistake of giving it a shot, but boy was I disappointed. I quickly realized that it wasn't for me and asked for a refund. But guess what? They have this sneaky little clause that says you can't get your money back if you change your mind. Can you believe that? So, my advice to you is to steer clear of this company. Don't even bother.
Beware of Face Yoga Subscription Scam: Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service
I bought face yoga for 3 months and they charged me for another 3 months without my permission. I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription and they said it was approved. But guess what? They still charged my credit card! These scammers are out to get your money, so be careful and don't fall into their trap.
Not Worth It: A Costly and Time-consuming Regret. Strongly Discourage Buying
for something you don't even use. Waste of money and time. Would not recommend.
Disappointing Experience with Face Yoga: No App, Negative Reviews, and Refund Denial
I decided to give Face Yoga a try and signed up for their services, believing that they were a trustworthy company. However, to my disappointment, I soon discovered that they do not offer an app and have received numerous negative reviews. Feeling deceived, I quickly sent an email requesting to cancel my membership and receive a full refund within 24 hours. Much to my frustration, their response stated that there was no evidence in their database to confirm my eligibility for a refund. This experience has left me feeling scammed and disappointed. Any reputable company would have promptly refunded my money without hesitation. I never even had the chance to use their questionable service and yet I still ended up being ripped off. I plan to report this incident to my bank and the Better Business Bureau to ensure that others are aware of this scam company.
Beware of faceyoga.com: A Scam Website with Terrible Customer Service
This Face Yoga website, faceyoga.com, is a complete scam! I can't believe what they pulled on me. They went ahead and charged my account for another whole year without even bothering to let me know beforehand. Can you believe that? Outrageous! So, naturally, I had to take matters into my own hands and file a dispute with good old PayPal.
When I finally managed to complain to these faceyoga.com folks, they had the audacity to tell me that I didn't give them a 24-hour notice. Seriously? Who does that? I mean, come on! They should have at least sent me an email or some sort of notification, right? But no, all they did was apologize for the so-called "inconvenience" and then had the nerve to offer me access to their other products. As if I would fall for that!
Let me tell you, I've had enough of their nonsense. I've switched over to Danielle Collins for my real face yoga needs. She knows what she's doing, unlike these clowns at faceyoga.com. They're nothing but a bunch of jokers and terrible business people. I wouldn't trust them with my money or my face for a second. Stay away from these guys, folks. They're not worth your time or your hard-earned cash.
Face Yoga Program Review: A Total Letdown with Sneaky Charges and Poor Customer Service
So, let me start by saying that this Face Yoga program, well, it just doesn't work. I mean, not even a little bit. I tried it out, gave it a fair shot, but it was a total letdown. No results, no improvements, nada.
But that's not even the worst part. Oh no, not by a long shot. You see, I decided to cancel my subscription weeks ago. I went ahead and used their fancy contact form, thinking it would be a breeze. Boy, was I wrong. Just last week, I noticed a sneaky little charge from "Wire Salad" on my PayPal account. Can you believe it? Wire Salad! Who would've thought they had anything to do with face yoga?
Naturally, I reached out to Face Yoga again, asking them to cancel my subscription and refund my hard-earned money. And let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth. We exchanged countless emails, back and forth, with them trying to convince me to stick around. Like, seriously? I already made up my mind, folks!
But here's the kicker. When I firmly declined their attempts to change my mind, they hid behind their so-called "terms and conditions" of cancellation. I mean, come on! Any decent business would gladly give a refund if they charged you for something you thought you had already canceled. But not Face Yoga and their buddies at Wire Salad. Nope, they just don't care.
So, take my advice and steer clear of this whole Face Yoga mess. It's a waste of time, money, and energy. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Disappointing Face Yoga Purchase: Not an App, No Refund, Terrible Customer Service
So, I recently bought this Face Yoga thingy, thinking it was gonna be an app and all. But guess what? Turns out it ain't no app at all! Can you believe it? I was so disappointed, I tell ya. I tried to be all polite and asked for a refund, but those folks at the company, they just won't budge. They say since I logged in and all, I can't get my money back. Can you believe the nerve? I tried to explain that I only logged in 'cause I thought I was gonna get access to the app, but nope, they don't care. It's like they're tryna pull a fast one on me or somethin'. Their customer service is just plain awful, I gotta say. Feels like a total scam, if you ask me. I mean, just look at the ad I clicked on! It clearly said that Face Yoga is this amazing new app that's changin' women's lives and all that jazz. But when I look at the pictures they used in the ad, I can't help but feel like maybe I deserved to get scammed for bein' so dang gullible. So, folks, be careful out there, alright? Don't fall for this Face Yoga thing like I did. It's a real letdown, I tell ya.
Total Scam: Hidden Subscription Charges & Terrible User Experience
I bought this program about a year ago. I didn't really like the way the videos were set up, so I didn't use it much. But hey, that's on me, right? I'm the one who decided to buy it in the first place.
Let me tell you, this thing is a total scam. Nowhere did it say anything about it being a subscription. And guess what? Today, a whole year later, I get hit with a charge of $66 for a subscription I never even signed up for. I immediately sent them an email to let them know that I never subscribed, but all they had to say was that they don't do refunds. Can you believe that?
Their website, or should I say their so-called "app," is a complete mess. It's all junky and stuff. And get this, there's no option in the "settings" to delete your credit card info or cancel your subscription. Like, seriously? They expect you to email them and hope that they'll actually cancel this fake subscription.
Honestly, save your money and don't buy this garbage. Oh, and by the way, they have some major issues with logging in too. It's just one problem after another with this thing.
Scammed by Face Yoga: False Advertising, Glitches, and Refusal to Refund
I usually don't buy stuff from Instagram ads, I usually do my research better, but I took a chance and got scammed. Luckily, I used PayPal so I had a way to contact the company, (***@faceyoga.com in case anyone needs it), 'cause there was nothing sent with contact info and they ain't got none on their website. Two things - they advertise a weekly payment then charge you up front for the whole thing, which needed to be stated. The website also got this glitch that shows a big red flashing banner asking you to verify your email, which I had already done, and it don't go away, very distracting, and when I tested it on different browsers with a fresh log-in, it was a glitch on their page, not me not being able to get a link. They been arguing over this, saying it's in my spam, I don't know how to click the link, etc... so they refuse to listen or admit there's an issue. I already verified the email! I asked for a refund and they refuse, first saying I agreed to pay the whole sum as was "clearly stipulated", and it was not, at all, this was pretty straightforward. Then they refuse saying that I agreed to their terms and conditions, which they never showed or sent before, during or after the buying phase. They gave me a bit of EU digital trade copy they copied from a government website as "proof" that I agreed. They gonna argue till the end to keep your money on a lousy product. These people don't care about you, they got their money, which is all this is about, thank god I chose the shortest 3-month "weekly" subscription. I let my vanity get the best of me before my common sense kicked in, so maddest at myself!
Face Yoga Complaints 5
App Purchase Issue: No Exercises Available After Payment, Additional Charges Required
I paid and downloaded the app, but I ain't seeing any exercises. It's still asking for 699 bucks more. I already spent 899 rupees on this app.
Bogus Company: Auto-Renewal Scam and Useless Exercises - A Disappointing Experience with Face Yoga
I never agreed to the auto-renewal, and then I was charged and "not eligible for refund" the next day. This company is bogus and the exercises are useless.
Let me tell you about my experience with Face Yoga. I was never asked if I wanted to renew my subscription automatically, but guess what? They went ahead and charged me anyway. And to make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, they told me I wasn't eligible. Can you believe that?
I have to say, this company is a real disappointment. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. It's like they just want to take your money and run. I mean, who does that? It's not fair to treat people this way.
And don't even get me started on the exercises. They're completely useless. I followed the instructions exactly, but I didn't see any results. It's like I wasted my time and money for nothing. I was hoping to improve the appearance of my face, but all I got was frustration.
I wouldn't recommend Face Yoga to anyone. Save your money and find a different way to take care of your face. This company is just not worth it.
Terrible Experience with faceyoga.com: Unresponsive Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges
I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with this Face Yoga website, faceyoga.com. Let me spill the beans, folks. So, get this, there's like no way to take your credit card off the site. I mean, come on! That's just plain ridiculous. And get this, when I finally decided to cancel my subscription, guess what happened? They charged me a whole year later! Can you believe it? I was fuming, let me tell ya.
So, I did what any reasonable person would do. I shot them an email, explaining the whole situation. But you know what? They straight up ignored the facts. Can you believe the nerve? I was so frustrated, I ended up blocking my credit card. I mean, it's the only way I could think of to protect myself from their shenanigans.
Now, I ain't no expert, but I reckon this ain't the way to run a business. I mean, customer service is supposed to be a priority, right? But these guys just don't seem to care. It's like they're too busy counting their money to give a hoot about their customers.
So, let me give you a word of advice, my friends. Stay far away from faceyoga.com. Save yourself the headache and the hassle. There are plenty of other websites out there that actually value their customers and won't leave you feeling like you've been taken for a ride.
That's all I gotta say about that. Take it or leave it, folks. But trust me, you'll thank me later.
