For the past two deliveries (January 30th and February 5th 2025)our food order was delivered by UPS. We didn't know when the food was coming and only by repeatedly looking outside the front door did we find it. Not only that, it was placed "somewhere" out on the sidewalk. For a year prior to the UPS deliveries, a company named VEHO delivered the food and they were great. We placed a small table next to the front door and VEHO put the box on the table. VEHO always sent us a text giving us an approximate time of delivery and immediately following delivery they sent another text saying the delivery had been made. And they sent a photo of the box on the table. Following the January 30th delivery by UPS, we contacted Factor and they told us that VEHO would be back for the February 5th delivery. But it was UPS again. We found the box in the middle of the afternoon "somewhere" out on the sidewalk; we had no idea when it arrived. We want VEHO back. UPS is a poor subsitute. If UPS continues as our delivery service, we fear that the food could spoil in the heat of summer here in North Carolina.
Desired outcome: Replace current delivery company with previous delivery company.
