I was billed for services that never happened. I had a manager call me stating that GPS said the worker did perform the service on 3/5, but my cameras do not show anyone treating the front yard, and it was impossible to treat the back yard because the gate was locked. As for 4/10, the manager admitted that the work was not done and told me someone would come on 4/14 to do the job; as of 5:37 PM on 4/14, no one showed up; therefore, I am done. Fairway Lawns has until 4/30 to refund me payments for 3/5 and 4/10. If not refunded by 4/30, I will file complaints with both the state of TN and Arkansas. I do not want anyone calling to try and smooth it over. That ship has sailed.
