We used LawnMowingOnline only once and I can't say that we were satisfied with the provided service.
Recently they charged me for who knows what without my permission, and when I contacted customer service and demanded some reasonable explanation they did not reply. After that I went online and got in touch with PayPal and opened a dispute against LawnMowingOnline.
It would be much better if we could resolve everything peacefully but it seems that they don't want that.
Avoid doing business with this fraudulent company!

LawnMowingOnline.com advertises “Next Day Service” – False.
LawnMowingOnline.com advertises “No Contract” – False.
LawnMowingOnline.com advertises “ If the lawn was not mowed and the reason was not weather related you will be given a full refund.” – False.

Please join me, if you have cancelled your service request because no service was given and then charged $15.00 for cancelling, by reporting this company to the Federal Trade Commission for False Advertisement. Also, as a consumer, you have a right to dispute a charge for services not received, so do not hesitate to file your dispute with PayPal or your Credit Card, they both will be very happy to hear from you, even though LawnMowingOnline threatens people to send them to collections and court if you dare file a dispute. Go figure.

I have called to the company www.Lawnmowingonline.com and asked to provide the lawn moving service. The manager communicated with me all the time, but after he got the payment and notice from me, he suddenly disappeared. I have left 5 messages and the day, when they promised to arrive, has passed already. I think that they deceived me, but I would love to return money back.

Very-very bad services and attitude towards customers. I contacted the customer services of the company www.lawnmowingonline.com and asked to help me with my garden’s stuff. The agent told me when they could come, but no one showed up. They started to change the dates and time, but I was sick of their promises. They continued to delay the dates, so I simply stopped to call them. I was glad that I hadn’t paid them. The company is total crap.

I called to the company www.lawnmowingonline.com and the workman arrived on time, but this guy hasn’t finished the job. He promised to come back on the next day, but lied to me and hasn’t showed up. I called to this company and asked to finish the job, but the rep promised to call me back and vanished as well. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I called to the company www.lawnmowingonline.com. I asked the contractor come and move my lawn. The contractor told me the day and time, when he would come. I took one day off and waited for this jerk, but he hasn’t showed up. As well as he hasn’t called me or warned me about the delay. I was really angry and called again, but this jerk didn’t reply. The worst services, so please be careful with them.

That's a great loss of $805. I sent cash by western union to lawnmowingonline.com and received my order up to date. They sent a worthless second hand toy tablet for kids through china post. I was nearly getting conned for second time by another scammer. Luckily I had misspell the first name when filling western union forms. I googled the email address and realized that it’s another scam.
